Kanao was to use thunder breathing. She trained under Kanae, the former flower hashira. Zenitsu lives in the ice mansion. He was adopted by the owner, and is his tsuguko.
Aoi Kanzaki=Inosuke Hashibara
Inosuke Hashibara=Aoi Kanzaki
Aoi was raised in the woods by boars. She decided to train to kill demons and become the strongest demon slayer ever. Inosuke was also adopted and lives in the ice mansion. He's in charge of taking care of patients and making medicine.
The Hashira+Kagaya:
Giyuu Tomioka=Tsutako Tomioka
Tsutako Tomioka=Giyuu Tomioka
Giyuu was killed protecting his sister. She was about to be killed by a demon but he got in the way. When Tsutako ran away she met Urokodaki. He adopted and trained her along with one other kid.
Hashira=Uppermoons
Uppermoons=Hashira

Muzan Kubutsuji=Kagaya Ubuyashiki
Kagaya is the king of demons. He is the master of every demon and is responsible for eating the Kamado family. Muzan is the leader of the demon slasher corps. He gives orders to his slayers who sees as his children.

The demons are slayers and the slayers are demons.
The top slayer:
Yoriichi Tsugikuni=Kokushibo
Kokushibo=Yoriichi Tsugikuni
Kokushibo was the strongest demon slayer ever while Yoriichi, his brother was the second strongest. Yoriichi was jealous of his brother. He became a demon to try to become stronger than him.
(Since Hinokami Kagura -sun breathing- is passed down to the eldest son, moon breathing is passed down to the eldest daughter -don't question it, this is my story and I'm going with it)
(Also the Hanafuda earrings represent the moon)

Makomo=Sabito
Sabito and Makomo were killed during final selection. Their ghosts helped when she was training.
