The kenki jenkai is their emerald eye ,which helps them see any wound or disease on a person. When in use the part around the eyes turns green. They can regenerate quick and bring the dead back to life.

They create new medicine and cure diseases. They also create poisons ,as addition they have brutal strength and are amazing with chakra reserve and control.
