"yasha? yasha are you there?"
that was the last words she heard before turning off the ear piece she had inside her ear to keep in contact with her coworkers, she sighed in annoyance and focused on her victim one more time through the zoom of her sniper .
the victim was a man in his late 40 , looking rich as fuck , a long skinny beautiful woman beside him clinging into his arms , y/n clicked her tongue in annoyance knowing very well that the girl with him was not enjoying herself, she was with him just for money , well the man was ugly and stupid , he was just rich , and maybe one of the highest criminals in Japan .
y/n stopped breathing for a second then she pulled the trigger watching the man drop dead immediately with a hole in his forehead, she began hearing yells of the people next to him , she smiled a bit then packed her sniper back to its bag .
"we never miss , right Jude?"
she whispered looking down at her sniper , she stared at it for a few seconds like she's waiting for it to talk back .
she finally closed the bag and left the roof , and the whole building as well , she puts her hood on head to cover her hair then she walked to a specific car there , it a black rolls royce cullinan , she opened the door and entered closing the door behind her.
"why did you turn off your ear piece yasha?"
a deep voice coming from the driver seat, she looked at bonten's advisor and spoke quietly
"i always tell you guys that i can't concentrate if you keep talking in my goddamn ear"
"what if you were in danger?" takeomi uttered again with a serious voice before starting the car's engine and driving away
"then just let me be" she mumbled before putting her headphones and looking outside from the window
"just drop it takeomi, it'll be a good riddance anyways" Ran Haitani who sas sitting in the front passenger seat next to the older man , patted takeomi's shoulder
"right" kakucho who was sitting next to y/n , mumbled with a uninterested voice
she heard everything obviously, but she acted like she didn't, her music was on but that doesn't mean she couldn't hear , she nodded her head to the rythmes of one of ' when the levee breaks by led zeppelin ' , and continued looking away.
after a few minutes the car stopped so she removed her headphones and got out of the car , looking at the building in front of her , they were at bonten's hideout.
they entered the building that looked abandoned from the outside, but from the inside it was fancy , of course.
the four bonten excutives made it to the meeting room where the rest of bonten were, waiting for them.
they bowed a bit when they saw their leader sitting there as well , the boss nodded making them sit at their places.
"let the meeting begin" bonten no 2 spoke when he got a signal from his leader
they just started discussing the events of the week , until they stopped at the last mission , that just happened a few minutes ago.
"the mission was successful boss , yasha got him with her sniper" takeomi explained to mikey
"Jude" Sanzu corrected his older brother's mistake " the sniper's name is Jude"
Y/n just sighed in relief and nodded at Sanzu with a thankful expression on her face
"anyways, yasha got him " takeomi continued his words not caring about what his younger brother just said
"good job y/n" mikey's words were so quiet they almost didn't hear him
they were all shocked from the praise he just gave the female excutive, she was shocked too , mikey never even praised Sanzu , his trusted man , but
now he just did , with yasha .
everyone in bonten calls her Yasha except for mikey, he calls her by her real name , the bonten excutives were always surprised by the boss actions towards her , he's supposed to hate her , kill her , after all she was working with the man who destroyed his life , but instead he made her an excutive and now he's praising her .
"thanks , boss" she mumbled looking down , not wanting to face all the looks she's getting from her coworkers.
"the meeting is done" mikey announced then he got up leaving the meeting room
"not fair , why is mikey not praising us too" koko spoke with an annoyed voice
"yes , i mean im the number 2" Sanzu whined
"you just have to try harder" y/n smirked at sanzu who just rolled his eyes and gave her the middle finger
"or maybe mikey is just that sick in the head that he chooses to praise yasha , the partner in crime of the man who killed his sister and adopted brother"
rindou deadpanned looking straight at yasha with a look of disgust in his eyes
"oi , rindou are you talking shit about mikey's decisions " Sanzu slammed his hand into the table loudly and looked at rindou with a crazy look on his face , a look that says 'i will grab my katana and slash your throat'
"Rin calm down , and Sanzu back the fuck off " Ran glared at sanzu as he stood in front of Rindou protectively
Y/n just stood there watching the scene , specifically watching Ran Haitani, the way he stood up for his younger brother , the way he's ready to do anything just to keep him safe , the way he's protecting him , She admired that , she admired Haitani Ran as a person in general, and as a brother.
when they were in missions and Ran does something dangerous to save his younger brother who somehow always gets in trouble , she just can't take her eyes off of him sometimes, she wished she could've protected her younger brother too , just like Ran is protecting Rindou , but she didn't.
Ran was everything she hoped she was , that's why she admired him , but there's no way she's admitting that out loud , that guy hates her guts , he'll find it super weird if he found out she admired him.
"cut it out guys , this is ridiculous" kakucho interfered in the argument
"actually kakucho it's not ridiculous" rindou spoke really annoyed by the whole situation
"Rindou, trust me i know , but there's no reason to fight , mikey won't change his mind about her" kakucho explained
"Rindou stop it , let's just leave alright?" Ran patted his brother's shoulder
"the hoes are mad" yasha mumbled with a very audible voice
"what did you just say" rindou scoffed with a glare
"guys seriously stop , how about we go to my club, there's some new girls there, and i'll pay for drinks alright?" Koko suggested trying to calm everyone down
they all agreed when they heard free drinks , koko turned to look at y/n who was just standing there like 🧍🏼♀️
"yasha let's go!"
"no im going home"
"what? but it's too early , c'mon" koko threw his arm around her shoulder
"im tired , im going home" that was the last thing she said before leaving the meeting room and the entire building, her car wasn't here so she just walked home , yes she walked to her penthouse apartment, that was miles away from her location right now .
it took her at least two hours to finally get home , did she get tired? yes . Did she care? No.
she took a shower then when she finished, she wore her clothes and went to her bed , she closed her eyes , hoping for sleep to visit her.

they were all at koko's club , drinking and watching some hot girls dancing,
mochi and rindou were already making out with some random girls.
kakucho , koko , Ran and takeomi, were just drinking silently and relaxing, and well Sanzu was taking his pills .
"So, about Yasha" takeomi muttered making Ran roll his eyes in annoyance
"i think you guys should stop treating her like that" takeomi continued his words while lighting up a cigarette for himself
"yes guys , she's one of us now , it's been 5 years since she joined us , so just stop it already " koko agreed with the older man
"she's the coolest i swear" Sanzu spoke loudly before laying his head down on the table
rindou pushed the girl that was sitting on his lap a little bit to speak
"you're only say that because she listens to your nonsense"
"yeah because she cares?" Sanzu looked at rindou with a duh look
"oh she doesn't" rindou scoffed
"she does"
"stop defending her , all of you , did you forget what she did?" Ran looked around his co-workers
"she was with kisaki and hanma , she planned all of it with them , she shot kakucho and she killed izana" rindou uttered glancing at them
"she didn't kill izana , it was kisaki who did it" koko interrupted him
"that doesn't mean she's not guilty" Ran argued back
"do you think we're saints? we're not different from her , we all killed people , we're all in the wrong side , so it doesn't matter anymore haitanis" Sanzu got up and looked around both of the haitanis then at kakucho
"Mikey wanted her to be with us , so she will be , the three of you have nothing to say in this" Sanzu said one last time before leaving
