As I'm trying to be " that girl " aka the best version of myself, I decided to write this chapter
Ok, here how it is:

• Make your bed
• Brush your teeth
• Do a little skincare ( just wash your face )
• Go for a walk ( 30 min is enough )
• Journaling ( it keeps you focused )
• Put on deodorant
• No social media for 1 hour
• Be updated
• Do a breath exercise

Weekly
• Change your bedsheets
• Do a " beauté "
• Exercise ( x3 times )
• Hang out w/ friends
• Do your laundry
• Clean the screens ( tablet, lap top )
• Call an old friend
• Listen to podcasts ( it really helps )
• Go swimming
Monthly
• Organize your wardrobe
• Buy what's over
• Schedule your month
• Delete unnecessary things from your phone ( emails, photos etc.)
• Have a cheat day ( eat whatever u like, always in moderation )
• Go for a walk 'n' see the display windows
And thats it !
