Welcome to another chapter

Well, we're in the middle of August and this is the period where most of us try to get back to our routine or stick to a new one.

Some of us return from vacations other just stay at their hometowns. Either way we must get our life together and start preparing for the next month.

First of all it's important to set our goals

What I mean by that is to see what we wanna improve. For example "Exercise more, read more, do more skincare" it's different for anyone.

Soo, sit down and write ✍ all the improvements you sure you can make. You can also divine them from easy to more difficult.

Secondly, it's important to observe well the path you're in before moving forward

In other words you can start Journaling simple things to see if you're satisfied with yourself

Questions you can answer:

What did I accomplish this month?

How was I feeling this month? Why?

Happy, grateful, determined, and motivated. Focusing on my health has really helped with my mood!

What events happened this month?

No big events happened this month. It was chill and rejuvenating.

List some things you learned this month.

Fitness and health have a positive effect on your mind and mood.

What can I do better next month?

Less time on social media because it’s no longer a positive space for my mind to focus on.

Thirdly, most of us we're students and we're going back to school this September.

It feels a Lil odd but we can do nothing about that

At least we can say we still enjoy summer to it's fullest

Soo, start planning your days. I know that every school year it's difficult get used to wake up in the morning and get ready.

Soo, in my opinion its better to start having a routine now so as to get used to that until the opening.

• You can even download apps for more help, like habit trackers ( I use one called proddy )

4rth on the list is to create a vision board or find one on pinterest

Another important thing is to start decluttering and tidying your space

I can see your clothes in your suitcase, go tidy them 🧐

You can start from your laptop, tablet, room, closet.

Just tidy up girl, it may make you feel more motivated.

Last but not least if none of the above helps you, just try different routines until you stick to one
