"Well, that's odd."
"There's two of them now."
"How could that happen? Two ninetails?"
"Where's Tobi?"
"Hm? He's meeting with Pain right now. Could it be that someone managed to get the other half of the ninetails that the 4th Hokage sealed away?"
"We would've noticed something like that happening. Get Tobi, this is important."
"He's not going to be happy."
"Doesn't matter."

"What is it, Zetsu? That was an important meeting."
"I'm sure it was, but this is also important."
"What?"
"There's two ninetails."
"Two ninetails?"
"That is what he said, yes."
"Shut up. How exactly, are there two ninetails."
"It's unclear."
"There was one, and now there's two. It's quite simple math really."
"Shut it. It appeared suddenly, somewhere near the village, by Kakashi Hatake."
"Kakashi? Hmm. It has a Jinchuriki, I presume?"
"Correct."
"Then we'll continue as planned. Have one of your clones watch the 2nd ninetails until it's time to seal it."
"You were much calmer than I expected with this."
"Why be bothered by something that doesn't hurt us yet. Watch it, report back to me regularly, and don't get caught."
"Right."
"Is that it?"
"Yes."
"Good."
Edit: A/N, just realized now that since I've been copying and pasting everything from my notes to this, thr bold and italics haven't been carrying over. That's a little awkward, I'm gonna get that fixed where it's important, let me know if anything gets confusing because of this so I can edit it.
