Chapter 38: battle between two kingdoms
Roshan's POV
Nagising ako sa pagsabog na narinig ko galing sa labas. I checked my phone it's too damn early. Masyado pang maaga para sa pagsasanay ng mga estudyante. But wait, another explosion was heard. Ano bang araw ngayon? Shit. Today is the day.
Dali dali akong naligo at nagbihis. Syempre no. masyadong mainit kung hindi ako maliligo tapos makikipaglaban na ako. Gusto ko presko.
Lumabas na ako and I'm careful with every move I make. That damn academy broke out our academy ng ganitong oras, ganitong kaaga. Hindi ko sila mapapatawad.
I was on my way through the lobby when I heard someone's footsteps. Idinikit ko ang kamay ko sa pader malapit sa pinanggagalingan ng tunog and I saw they were enemies.

Shit. Rem is in danger. Hindi ko hahayaang mamatay yon.
Hinarang ko sila at laking gulat naman nila nang Makita nila ako.
"where do you think you're going?" tanong ko.
"we're going to get to Reminisce" sagot nung isan babae. Shit her ass. Hindi sila makakalapit sa mga kaibigan ko.
"no you won't" sabi ko and I formed some water form and had their necks on hold.
Pilit nila itong inaalis per pilit ko silang sinasakal. I can't believe I'm killing them. If ever, this is my first kill in my entire life. Oh God, I'm not a killer. Sabi ko at hindi ko namalayan na onti onti nang lumuluwag ang water chain na nakapulupot sa kanila.
Napangisi ang dalawang kalaban sa akin. I don't know them honestly but I feel pity on them and I don't know why I can't kill them.
Bigla naman akong hinagisan ng parang glass ng babae. That was suppose to hit me pero biglang tumigil ang lahat, maging ang kilos nung glass at kilos ng kalaban. it was like time stopped.
Napalingon ako sa tunog ng sapatos na narinig ko, and there, as expected I saw him.
"Kuya Freeze! Saan ka ba galing ah? Tss, may atraso ka pa sa akin pero mamaya ko na lang sisingilin. We have to go to Rem, she's in danger" sabi ko na ikinangisi naman niya.
Agad kaming nagtungo sa duel room. Napagplanuhan na namin ito ng barkada. We can't let Reminisce be harmed kasi nasa kanya ang memories na hawak namin. If she died, then lahat ng memories ay maibabalik sa may ari and the king doesn't want that.
Usapan namin ay sa duel room number 109 siya magtatago kaya pinuntahan namin siya dito pero wala siya dito. Naman! Nasan ka na ba Rem?
I ran at may mga nakakasalubong akong kalaban pero I ignore them. I have to find Reminisce, I have to. At kung mamalasin ka nga naman, I bumped into Amber.
"why hello there miss water element holder" sabi niya at nginisian ako. Papatalo ba ako? Nope and never. Nginisian ko din siya tulad ng ginawa niya.
"I never expected for you to be here" sabi niya
"neither do I " I said at biglang pumwesto siya and sent her fire eagle out of her body. Tss, hindi ako papatalo so I send Blue dragon out of me too.
"never pa akong natatalo Roshan" sabi niya
"then today will be your first." Sabi ko sabay pakawala ng water sa kamay and I aimed it to her. Iniwasan niya ito and I feel something burned behind me. shit.
I covered it with water to heal it. Hindi ako papatalo. I mad a huge wave of water behind me, raised my hand to lead the water towards Amber.
While on counterpart, sumakay siya sa fire eagle niya and they flew above, making my attacks useless against her.
"come on Roshan! Bring it on!" sigaw niya. Tss.
Tss. Sumakay din ako sa blue water dragon ko at tinapatan ko siya sa himpapawid sabay sigaw na "come on Amber! Kalian ka pa nakakitang apoy na binuhusan ng tubig na nakapagpalakas pa lalo ang apoy? A fire always dies with water!" sigaw ko
Ngumisi lang siya pagbalik at sinabing "everything is possible now Roshan! Ice doesn't have the chance to win against fire right? Eh bakit sa x-men nanalo parin si ice man or bobby against pyro?" sigaw niya. Tss
I throw water to her at biglang nawala ang fire eagle niya na nagging dahilan ng pagkahulog niya sa lupa. Bumagsak siya dito at mukhang masama ang tama niya.
Bumaba na din ako sa baba ng blue water dragon ko at tinapatan ko ang nakadapang si Amber. Her face was facing the ground and it seems like she wasn't breathing anymore. Pupulsuhan ko sana siya but then she grabbed my hand and pulled me towards her and she looped her hand to my neck, gripping it causing me shortness of breathing.
Naramdaman kong nilapit niya ang bibig niya sa tenga ko at bumulong "you can't beat me with your dark mind. Wag na wag kang lalaban nang may galit sa puso mo dahil kailanman ay hindi ka mananalo" bulong niya sa akin sabay tulak ng malakas at napa impact ang katawan ko sa wall.
Tss. Kala mo kung sinong magaling, tanga namang magisip. Hawak na ako pinakawalan pa. she already had the chance to kill me yet she didn't grabbed it. Ngayon pagsisisihan niya ito.
I grabbed all my force and used or communicated to water. Nang maramdaman kong sapat na ang lakas nito ay agad ko itong pinakawalan, pinakawalan papunta sa kanya, kay amber.
Mukhang nanghina siya sa ginawa ko. Apoy ba naman buhusan ng tubig, tingin ninyo anong mangyayari? Pero hindi sa ganitong paraan ko siya gustong mamatay. I smiled at the thought. I want something rare, something unique.
Nakaluhod na siya ngayon sa lupa at hawak hawak ang puso niya at nahihirapang huminga. I don't care. I raised my hand, gesturing that I'm controlling something.
"aray! Aaa!" sigaw at daing niya. Well, I'm just getting all the water inside her body, making her dehydrated. Sigaw siya ng sigaw ngayon but I don't care. She messed up with me, she messed up with us.
"MORRI!" narinig ko ang boses niya. Ang boses ng bestfriend ko. Agad kong nabitawan ang pagkontrol sa tubig na nasa katawan ni Amber at iniwan na siya doong nanghihina. I heard her voice, her voice sounding help.
"REM! REMINISCE NASAAN KA!?" tanong ko at agad ko naman siyang nilocate using psychometric. I don't care if I leave Amber alive. I do't care. My bestfriend calls for help and she needs me.
Tumakbo ako sa direction ng kinaroroonan niya. But what I saw broke my heart. Yeah, it broke my heart. I saw Rem, lying n the floor, hinang hina ang katawan.
I ran towards her, carried her in my lap and said "Rem come on! You're not gonna die aren't you?" sabi ko sa kaya pero isang weak smile lang ang ibinigay niya sa akin.
"who did this t you? EA ba Rem? Tell me!?" wika ko pa pero isa lang ang sinabi niya.
"it's my time"
Yun lang ang narinig ko sa sinabi niya at hinawakan niya ang pisngi ko. She closed her eyes and suddenly I felt pain in my head. Wala akong nagawa kundi ang sumigaw. Ugh! this headache is seriously gonna kill me!
"aaaaaahhhh!" tuloy parin ako sa pagsigaw ko and suddenly memories seems like flashing in my mind. Everything. My first day in Enchanted Academy, the confrontation of Amber, the council test. Everything went back! My memories are back!
I slowly opened my eyes, but then I saw the almost lifeless body of my bestfriend. I felt her hands slowly going down. "you're the first Roshan" sabi niya... "and I'm sorry for everything" and after saying that, tears escaped from our eyes slowly.
Alex POV
Shit, my sister. I have to find my sister. I need to protect her. Tumakbo ako ng tumakbo, patuloy na hinahanap ang kapatid ko. Glenda told me a view in the future.
Flashack...
Pagkarating na pagkarating ko sa diablerie ay agad kong tiungo ang kwarto ni Glenda. May nakapagsabi sa akin na gusto daw akong makausap ni Glenda.
Pagkapasok na pagkapasok ko ay nakita ko siya sa may bintana ng kwarto niya, nakatingin siya rito at mukhang malalim ang iniisip. Nakatalikod siya sa akin pero ramdam ko ito.
"pinatawag mo daw ako." Bungad ko sa kanya.
"mm. Freeze, I had my vision" sabi nito. Teka, vision daw ba? Kung ganoon ay sasabihin niya bas a akin? It's a rare thing.
"so, you're gonna tell me your vision? Come on Glenda, that's not you" sabi ko na lang pero humarap siya sa akin with a serious face. So I guess this is a serious matter?
"this is a serious matter Freeze, it involves us, your sister, and" napatigil siya, I waited her to npause what she's trying to say "and Reminisce". Sabi pa niya
"so tell me Genda, what did you saw?"
"death, return, throne" she said.
Now how am I supposed to know what's behind her visions? That's only three unconnected words. Pero somhow I feel nervousness. Kinakabahan ako.
Glenda's face looks numb, pain, hurt. Parang hindi niya gusto ang mangyayari.
"spil it Glenda." I told her
"Reminisce. I care for her but it seems that the death god will be taking her so soon." Wika nito. Does that mean Rem will die?
"yes, Reminisce will die today. She will kill herself out of pain, out of control, because of guilt. At kapag nangyari yon, she will have to pass her element to someone before she dies. And at the same time, two people will suffer"
Hearing that, pakiramdam ko alam ko na kung ano ang sinasabi niya. There are only two people that I know a kinuhanan ni Rem ng memory. Shit
"so you're saying that..."
"yes, your sister and Roshan's memory will be returned soon. At kapag nangyari yon, the faith of this academy will turn upside down. Kung dati ay nakita kong magtatagumpay ang Diablerie, well that's because that time, Roshan and the queen is with us. But now, I think it's impossible for us to win" sabi niya.
Honestly, wala akong pakialam sa kapakanan ng eskwelahang ito. Ang mahalaga lang sa akin ay ang kapatid ko. I want to protect her as much as I want kaya gagawi ko ang lahat ng makakaya ko.
"so, anong mangyayari sa kapatid ko oras na mamatay si Rem?"
"kapag nangyari yon, your sister will feel pain. Sasakit ang lo nya at kapag hindi na inabsorb ng utak niya, then she could die. Three years na kaming ganito. they made that as a bait against me, threatening that they'll kill her if I don't follow their orders. I hate my dad, he dragged us in this situation.
Yeah, it's all my dad's fault. He's managing a company and that company went bankrupt. Lumapit siya sa isang kaibigan daw at doon humiram ng puhnan but then ang hiningin kapalit ay ang paninilbihan ko sa diablerie. They know I don't want to do that pero ginawa nilang panakot ang kapatid o at ang pagkawala ng memory niya para sumunod ako sa kanila kaya wala akong nagawa.
Nagmamadali na akong tumakbo sa iba't ibang direction para hanapin ang kapatid ko.
But if you're gonna ask me, I'm totally on EA's side.
