In two days you would marry the man of your dreams. Chris made you feel loved, he understood you and didn't try to change you nor you him. He really was rarity in this world.
You both knew there would be things that you didn't agree on, but that's what marriage is, learning to work through situations that arise. Leaning on each other would be something you both would need in this crazy world.
Chris would be coming in today a long with his family and a couple of friends you haven't met, including his best friend Tara. Every time you were in town she wasn't. You both had talked about how to handle him having a best friend that was a girl. You both agreed to talk to each other first about problems before going to someone.
Getting the reception area done first was your main priority before Chris came and you couldn't help but send a picture to him and Scott.
You: 🥰 it's dreamy!
Peeping Scotty: Very romantic! You have great taste! You can do my wedding too!
You: It wasn't all me! I had a great deal of help!
Chris: it's perfect! Can't wait to see your face!
You: you'll have a life time of looking at my face 😏

You: Oh Chris I need your touch
Chris: I need your lips!
Peeping Scotty:
You: Like don't say 'things' to your boyfriend...
Peeping Scotty: it's because he's my brother! Bad mental image.
Chris: I can give you some more 😏
Peeping Scotty: I'm out!
Within a couple of hours Chris arrived with some family and friends.
"Chris!" You had been watching out the window when he texted you they were close. Chris got of the car and helped his mom when you came running out to him, almost knocking him over.
"Someone missed me!"
"What gave you that idea?" You quickly kissed him leaving him in a daze.
"Wow.." he clears his throat, "Y/N, I want you to finally meet Tara. Tara this is Y/N, the love of my life.
Tara had a big grin on her face.
"Y/N! I'm sooo glad to finally meet you! Chris has not shut up about you. Every time he talks about you his eyes light up."
You looked at Chris who was staring at you with loving eyes.
"How could I not... she is... wonderful"
Tara came in for a hug and you could tell the two you would be friends.
Lisa came up to you next for a hug.
"My dear girl! Chris showed me the picture of the reception. It's beautiful! Is the ceremony hall ready?"
"Almost I'm going to finish it up tomorrow."
"Y/N!!!! I need my hug too!!" Scott came out of another car with a few more the Evans party.
"Scott! I'm so glad you're here! My day is complete now!" You meet Scott half way for a bear hug.
Next came Chris's niece and nephews running in for a hug.
You ushered everyone inside the rented house and showed them their rooms.
" Chris here is your room"
He quickly pulled you in and shut the door, pushing you against it. He leaned in for a kiss peppering your jaw before reaching your lips.
He pulled back, tucking a piece of hair behind your ear.
"Hey"
"Hey" you gave him a lopped sided grin.
"So you're not staying in here with me?"
"Not until we're married... I think you can hold on that long."
"Well you better not be a temptress... no wiggling your hips, hair flips or making bedroom eyes at me... otherwise you'll be sorry" Chris gave you a devilish smile.
You couldn't help but laugh at him.
"Well love... you better not either!" You quickly gave him a kiss.
"So the plan for tonight is to go tubing at a skiing place near by"
"Oooo... that sounds awesome!"
After a few moments of making out, you gathered the wedding party and a few friends to head out for tubing.
It was the most fun you had in a long time. It gave you a much needed break away from wedding planning.
"Ok love we are going down together this time!"
"You know,Chris, I think it's just excuse to get me in your lap"
"So what... maybe it is... since you won't sleep with me tonight. I'm going to hold you as much as possible" he said with a wink.
Chris switfly sat down on a tube pulling you onto his lap. His arms quickly went around your waist as the tube was pushed off. You leaned into him as you went sailing down the hill.
Once at the end you tried getting up only to be kept down by Chris's arms.
"Oh not yet love... I like this feeling way too much"
"We have to move or we will get hit"
Chris allowed you to stand and he quickly got up only to wrap you in his arms again.
"I can't wait to spend my life with you"
"Me too, my sweet"
The next morning you woke up to the smell of coffee. Slowly opening your eyes you find a cup of coffee on your night stand.
"Last day as a Miss... I'll let you drink your coffee in peace ;)"
The note and coffee put a smile on your lips as you made you way into the bathroom for a shower.
As you were letting the warm water run over your body, the shower curtain opened
"Y/N!!!"
"AAAAAAAA!!! SCOTT!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!"
Scott was now on the floor laughing.
"I couldn't help it! I love scaring you! Besides don't know how much I can do when your married... you know I love you" with that Scott got up off the floor and walked out laughing.
The rest of the day consisted of making the ceremony area ready for the next day. Having all of the extra hands made this easier.
You achieved the romantic look you wanted, giving the warmth cozy feel you were looking for.
After the decorating was done, the rest of the day until the resesual was spent with the your family and friends just making sure everything was set for the next day.
The rehearsal could have gone smoother but you were making memories. At one point Scott was trying to break dance with your best friend while Chris was giving you cat calls walking down the aisle. Your brothers tried more than once to carry you off with your nieces, including Chris's niece, fighting for your release only to cause fits of laughter. Your nephew stood next to you making sure Chris wasn't touching you unless he asked him first.
Durning dinner Chris had a few surprises
"Y/N, there are a couple of people you need to meet" he pulls you toward the door when Sebastian Stan and Scarlett Johansson walk through with their dates.
"Y/N, this is Sebastian and Scarlett"
You shook your head before speaking. Chris had talked about his marvel cast mates but you hadn't meet any of them yet.
"Hello! I'm glad to finally meet you two... Chris has talked about you both a lot." You reach out your hand as Sebastian reaches for it and pulls you in for a hug
"Good things I hope? He's talked about you enough I feel like we are all ready friends"
Sebastian squeezes you before letting you go
"Well you know we may need to swap stories to make sure." You gave a wink at Chris and then reached to hug Scarlet.
"Chris, she is more lovelier in person!" Scarlet slightly punches Chris's arm. The rest of the night was full of stories from friends and family.
It was reaching midnight when the party started to wind down, tomorrow was going to be a busy day. Chris walked you back to your room stopping at your door.
"I can't believe I get to call you mine forever..."
"Who would have thought running into you would end in this..." you reach up to stroke his bearded face, "I can't believe I get to spend my life with you."
Chris looked down at you, tucking a piece of hair behind your ear, "mon Coeur"
You pull back slightly and look up "what does that mean?"
Chris smiles down at you "my heart"
"Oh Chris" you reach up and sweetly kiss him.
The sun was seeping through the window when your mom came in and gently tried to wake you.
"Sweetheart... it's time to wake up... it's your wedding day."
You turn over to look up at your mom's smiling face.
You sigh before speaking "I've imagined this day for so long... and it's finally happening"
Your mom reaches down and kisses your head
"I know... now get up and get some food in you... we have things to do before this afternoon."
Scott came bursting through the door before you got out of bed
" I have a coffee for a Mrs Evans?"
"Good morning, Scott!"
"Well there is sleeping beauty! Chris wanted me to make sure you got your coffee... and to check on you"
You giggle "you make sure he keeps his head on staright... I know how his anxiety gets"
"Don't worry I've got him... and a few others too... see in a while!" Scott gives you a hug before leaving.
You quickly grab your phone to text Chris
You: Thanks for the coffee... can't wait to see you later... I'll be the one in the white dress.
Chris: You're welcome 🥰 I'll be the one waiting on you in the suit. 😏
The rest of the morning and early afternoon was filled with some last touches for the wedding. The time finally came to get ready. You were putting some finally touch ups on your face when Stella came running up to you.
"You look just like a princess! You are so pwetty!"
"Aunt Y/N! You are gorgeous!"
"Uncle Chris is going to faint!"
"Oh girls! You make me laugh! Ok... let's go get some pictures done!"
Having snow on your wedding day made everything better.
The time finally came for your dad to walk you down to the man that won your heart.
Before the doors open your dad looked at you with tears in his eyes
"My sweet daughter... I have prayed for this day since you were a little girl... I know Chris will take care of you and love you for who you are... I love you"
"Oh dad.." you hug him tight, " I love you too!"
The doors open and you watch the bridal party go down first. You take your dad's arm and make your way down the aisle.
You caught Chris's eyes and a smile made a way to your lips. Chris was beaming and he couldn't help but to tear up slightly.
Your father handed you to Chris but not before giving you a hug.
Once you had Chris's hand you looked up at him.
"Hey glad you could make it."
He shook his head and smiled
"Wouldn't miss it for the world"
The pastor started the ceremony and it became time for you both to give your vows. You both decided to write your own.
Chris went first
"Y/N, Since the first time I've met you, I cry a little less, laugh a little harder, and smile all the more, just because I have you, my life is a better place. Just when I think that it is impossible to love you any more than I already do, you prove me wrong. I promise to make sure you have coffee in the morning and to watch what nickname I call. You make me laugh at your tricks and I love the way you are not afraid to be yourself. I have completely fallen for you, you're the first thing I think about,the last thought before I sleep and everything between."
"Chris, You do a million little things that bring joy to my life. The joy you bring me is unmatched by anything. You have become my best friend, making me laugh until it hurts. Your passion, love, madness courses through me. I look at you and I see home, my soul is complete. I promise to be by your side even when you leave your clothes on the floor or when you eat the last piece of pizza. I'm amazed by looking at you just because you are everything I have ever wanted. I know fairy tales come true because I have you."
Next the rings were exchange with the I Dos and all that was left was the kiss.
"I know pronounce you man and wife... you may now kiss the bride."
Chris puts both hands on your face as you wrap your arms around his middle. He dips down to give you sweet passionate kiss that made your head spin. He pulls back to look at you and whispers
"Hello... Mrs. Evans."
