Peace has been restored to Liyue, there are no more sea monster that is threatening to destroy a civilization...

There is however, One angry man who has been swimming for hours trying to reach the harbor ...
"They didn't even take me into account! What the fuck?!?"
As much as he complains, No one was willing to save him from swimming eternally ... Well... There is one... However...
"Oh? Heyo (Y/N)! Good timing! I was preparing your coffin!"
"I MEANT HELP AS GETTING ME OUT OF WATER NOT MAKING ME DIE IN A COMFORTABLE BOX!"
If only the Director of the Funeral Parlor, Hu Tao, Was willing enough to jump in to the sea and grab (Y/N) out of waters, perhaps he wouldn't be screaming right now...
"Here you go!" Hu tao smiled and pushed a coffin into the sea towards his direction. seeing the opportunity to rest, (Y/N) quickly swam towards the coffin and tried to lift himself up to it, only to fail and cause the coffin to flip over
Hu tao laughed as He rose up from the water and managed to lift himself up of the coffin "huff... Huff... I... I might get traumatized from the amount of times i almost drowned..." He spoke to himself as he laid down in the coffin as he took deep breaths
"(Y/N) that's not... How you use a... Coffin" Hu tao shouted as she laughed, causing (Y/N) to look at her and frown "I'm not dying yet! So don't go making Coffins for me too early!"
Hu Tao slowly stopped laughing before smiling as she watched (Y/N) drift towards the harbor.... Slowly... Very slowly... "Hmm... What say we do a little bit of pranking~?" Her smile turned to a grin as (Y/N) was nearing her range. It wasn't long before He got the gist of what she was planning to do "No... Don't you dare!"
"Ehehehe~ go~!" A smiling ghost appeared from Hu Tao's hand and went to bumped the coffin that (Y/N) was on, it wasn't enough to tip the coffin over, but it was sure enough time for (Y/N) to stand up and jump towards the harbor
Hu Tao's eyes widened as she saw him almost reach the docks only for her to grin.

(Y/N) failed to reach the harbor with a jump, causing Hu Tao to laugh before suddenly, A Rainbow string shot out from the water and quickly tied itself to Her foot "Eh?" Dumfounded by the string and not having enough time to react, She was immediately dragged towards the water
It only took a few seconds before Hu Tao's hat floated from the sea, following (Y/N) who accidentally wore the hat while Hu Tao hugged him from behind "PHUA! This is going way too far!" Hu tao coughed out some water directly towards the back of his face as another rainbow thread fired out from the water and began dragging them towards the docks
"It's fun to drown people now, hm?"
"Tsk, another customer lost"
"Why the hell do i want to die?!?!"
Laughing at him angrily talking back, Hu tao went on and lifted herself up first and took her hat from (Y/N)'s head "Now im wet... What am i supposed to do~?"
"Fix.... That problem yourself... I have to go somewhere..." (Y/N) quickly lied down at the docks and tried to recover his energy "Taking a damn swim... Is tiring...." Hu Tao only smirked and sat beside him "Sounds like a skill issue"
"No shit... Sherlock.... Why are you still here anyways? Go switch clothes already.." (Y/N) slowly tilts his head towards her "Well~ You see, my clothes are kind of glued to my body and... You know, someone might think of me something else other than a prankster..." Hu tao blushed and covered her face
"...Not my problem"
"Your the one who pushed me into the water!"
"Weren't you the one who tried to drown me?!?"
And thus, they both argued for hours. Disagreeing with one another, it wasn't long till (Y/N) was pushed back to the waters as a Pouting Hu Tao watched him struggle to get back on the docks

Eventually, Both me And Hu Tao received a scolding from Ganyu about how dangerous it is to push each other to waters...
"One of you could had drowned! I don't mind if she drowns though..."
"Do you have something against me?!?"
She was still continuing on the lecture of water safety. But to be honest, This all wouldn't be happening if you guys would had taken notice that i was there with you all then this wouldn't had happen!
"Ganyu, Stop scolding now" Ganyu looked at me with a frown "But (Y/N)! You almost dro-"
"I wouldn't really if one of those damn birds noticed me"
"...ah"
That's all you can give me Ganyu?!? A single 'Ah'!?!? You hurt my feelings Ganyu! I thought i would get something like 'i am very sorry to hear that i hope you are fine' but what the hell?!? "I shall talk to them about it. But for now, Please dry yourself up. I shall have the inn reserve a room for you"
Ganyu immediately bowed at me before leaving me and Hu Tao behind "...Alright i guess, come on let's go looking" I grabbed Hu Tao's hand, causing her to flinch a bit "W-w-wait hold on! I can go home myself!" I stood there for a moment, oh... Yeah i guess it might be weird if i decided to drag her with me to an Inn huh... "oh yeah... Well then good luck i guess and see you"
"Hold up! That was a joke!" I quickly turned around to face her, what do you really plan to do, woman?!? " Can you... At least escort me back to the parlor...?" She ask while grabbing my shirt "i-if s-someone actually sees me like thi-"
My sigh quickly interrupted her "Fine Fine, Go on I'll be sure to not let someone ogle at you or something..." Its my gentlemen instincts alright! My gentlemen instincts! I am a good man! I don't literally bully women that costs their dignity! That breaks the gentleman code!

We've reached the Parlor... Or something... To be honest i kinda forgot what this place was called... Did i have my map? Where did i put it...
"Hey... You..." I raised my eyebrows and turned around to see Three men carrying a bunch of weapons... Thieves? "Hand over your Mora and this will be over quick" i sighed and fished for some money in my pockets...
"Oh silly me! I don't seem to have fucking money! What would the thieves do i wonder?"
The thieves looked at me before shrugging and walking away... Wait... Seriously?! Your not going to say something like lets kidnap you instead'?!? Since when did robbers become so polite?!?
"Heya! Sorry for the wait!" I quickly turned around to see the lively Parlor Director hop towards me with her signature smile "To be honest, I don't know why you came back outside, wasn't this your home or something?" She only tilted her head in confusion "People dont live in their workplace you know? Especially not a Funeral Parlor" I kinda didn't think of that... That one is on me
"So why are you exactly dressed the same when its night? Are you like one of those characters that unbelievably has a closet full of the same clothes?" I asked as she began walking towards and past me "Work clothes. Come, we have a job to do" I'm pretty sure i didn't accept a job so far other than training Mondstadt's Guards...
I have a choice to not follow her, but that would be disheartening, wouldn't it? I Quickly turned around and began following her from behind, she doesn't seem to be in the Happy go lucky mood she was in earlier... I wonder if something happened?
We slowly walked and.... Exited Liyue before i knew it, Hu Tao kept on walking and walking until we reached a hill with a tree and a ditch...

I could see a few people gathered around the ditch, Few were crying while others were comforting those who shed tears. Slowly a few men dressed in black arrived alongside with a coffin... This is the job you want me to do?
Two people walked towards the coffin and hugged it as they cried, Family members. The coffin was then approached by Hu tao who patted the two people before nodding towards the group...
Before i knew it, my body automatically turned away. I couldn't bear to witness the depressing scene before me, and most likely i wont be able to sleep tonight. I could hear a loud cry as i stared at the scenery in the opposite direction of the tree, This is bringing up bad memories...
She would definitely not accept this kind of outcome and would try to resurrect the villager even if she didn't know them. because for her, Sadness is the only thing that stands against her goal of happiness...
... I'd love to see her again... no... If only i could see them for one more time... Then... Maybe I could had experienced the thing called eternal happiness...

I could see people going away with sadness in their faces alongside the group that carried the coffin "That's one customer for the week down, a plenty to go!" Hu Tao told me like that funeral never happened. Damn, someone just died and your acting like that?

Well... I suppose i understand since you might had been doing this a lot of times already but still... "Hm? You have tears in your eyes (Y/N). Were you crying?" I quickly rubbed my eyes to check if was crying. I didn't even notice... "Ah... Don't mind. I was just reminiscing some bad memories"
Hu Tao glanced at me before shrugging "Oh well, how would you rate that service?" She asked with a smile on her face "0/5, wasn't paying attention to be honest" And that smile quickly turned into a frown as she slowly walked down and sat near the hill "hey (Y/N), What do you think of Immortality?"
I slowly walked to her location as i thought of the answer "Immortality huh... People say ots a blessing, even i have one..." I said before slowly sitting down beside her "But its not a blessing, it's a curse. Immortality will help you live on, that's for sure. But you will see those you loved dearly.. die..." Hu Tao looked at me as I continued to speak
"I don't think... People would find it fun if they get to experience being immortal once they find the actual problem of it... Who knows? Maybe when the public knows you are immortal, scientists will take you for themselves and perform a lot of experiments on you, just to have a taste of Immortality" I stopped and looked at the stars "I would prefer to be able to die than being alive for the rest of eternity" I slowly turned my head towards Hu Tao who slowly nodded "... That's sadly true..."
"Why ask anyways? Did you plan on making me a coffin?" She placed a finger on her chin "Maybe~? My services costs 500,000 mora though~" Oi, we were just having a grave discussion earlier, stop sponsoring your services
"I don't understand this world... Young and cute girls like you shouldn't be doing this kind of job you know? Its very bad for people like you to be working in such a depressing job" I said as she gave me a bittersweet smile "It was handed to me by my grandfather"

There wasn't anything i can talk about after that, For all i could know her grandfather could had died and she was forced to work on that...

Man... This is really awkward now... I should had just let Ganyu continued instead...
"Hey (Y/N)?"
"Yeah?" I quickly looked at her, she was giving me a smirk...?
"Did you know that Liyue has a curfew and doesn't allow people to enter when its past midnight?"
"Interesting..."
That smile once again turned into a frown "Your not worried?" I shrugged at her "I was born as a Support Class, so i am trained to sleep with the least equipment and such, so im fine with taking a nap somewhere else..." I stood up and grabbed a nearby stick and walked towards the grave and began making a cross "Hey, What are you doing?" I could see Hu tao peek at my drawing with curiosity "a ritual for the man's soul to peacefully rest" after finishing the drawing, i threw the stick to the side and kneeled in a prayer pose
"May your soul rest in eternal Peace"
I gently tapped the cross and poured a small amount of mana Into the cross. It glowed for a second before the cross disappeared "Well then, I'll be exploring around Liyue to keep myself awake then" I stood up and began walking to another direction
"...You aren't coming?" I looked back to ask Hu Tao who was giving me a gentle smile before nodding and began walking to me, it took a whole minute for her to stand beside me before grabbing my hand "Onward!" She cheered, I only sighed and complied as we began to take a stroll on the starry night.
