"No! Of course not babe!" Jackson yells while trying to make his way out of the pool.
I sigh before turning around, grabbing a spare towel, and throwing it at him.
"DON'T LIE TO ME!" I yell.
I watch as all my friends slowly make their way inside the house.

"THEN WHY ARE YOU NAKED?!"
"I- I was taking a nap!"
"During a party?" I ask.

"I drank too much and passed out after skinny dipping." He shrugs.
"You're such a fucking liar."
"Why the fuck do you believe him over your fucking boyfriend?!"
"Because I know when you lie! You do this weird twitching thing with your eyebrows!"

"Yes, you do!"
"Alright! Baby, I'm sorry! I'm super tipsy and I wasn't thinking." He sighs.
"Now I'm gonna head inside and take a shower." He says before walking past me.
"No," I say before turning around and grabbing his wrist.
"No? What the fuck do you mean 'no'?" He yells.
"I mean that you are fucking leaving!" I yell before he starts bursting out laughing.
"I'm not joking," I say.
"You will go upstairs, pack all your shit, and leave. I don't care where you go, just leave."
"You're fucking crazy if you think YOU can kick me out." He bitterly laughs.
"Fine, if you won't listen to her then you'll listen to us. Get the fuck out of our house and don't come back." I turn around and watch as Axton and Xander make their way over to us.
"You can't just kick me out! Tell them, babe!" He looks at me for help.
"Don't 'babe' me! You and I are fucking done!" I yell.
"You fucking bitch!" He yells before lunging at me but before he could reach me, both Xander and Axton grab him and drag him towards the door.
I quickly make my way into the house and pack up all his shit.
"Never speak to me again!" I yell before throwing his suitcase at him and slamming the door shut.
"Ry-" Arya starts but I just run up to my room.
I can't believe he cheated on me with three girls!

"Ryan! Please open the door." I hear Arya's voice on the other side of the door.
"I'm gonna take a shower," I say before making my way into the bathroom.
After crying in the shower for a good 30 minutes, I finally make my way out and pause when I see all the girls including Madison sitting on my bed.
"How did you-"
"I picked the lock." Lili shrugs.
"Of course you did." I let out a laugh.
"Come sit with mama," Arya says while patting the spot next to her.
"I mean my boyfriend of 5 years cheated on me with 3 girls...how would you feel?"
"Alright so clearly you're not feeling great," Lina says.
"We brought you food," Madison says while pointing at the plate that holds a large burger and some fries.
"Thanks, guys, but I'm not hungry."
"The girls and I decided we should have a girl's night! We'll wear face masks and watch a bunch of Marvel movies. More specifically Spider-man because we all know how much you love Andrew Garfield."
Andrew Garfield does help cheer me up...
"It will be fun!" Lili says.
"Think about Andrew!" Lina laughs.
"Alright! Fine. FOR ANDREW!" I yell.
"FOR ANDREW!" They all cheer.
I watch as Madison reaches over the other side of my bed and hauls a large makeup bag onto the bed.
"I thought we were just having a spa night?" I whisper to Arya.
"We are. That's all her skincare stuff." She replies.
Holy shit!
No wonder why this chick's skin is always glowing.
She opens the bag and suddenly dumps about 50 different products onto the bed.
"Who wants to go first?" She asks, her face plastered with a huge smile.
I think this is the first time I've ever seen her smile.
"Ryan." Everyone says at once.
She quickly gets off the bed and drags me into the bathroom.
"Lucky for you, you already have pretty good skin but honey, when was the last time you used a peel-off mask?"
"Uhhh never."
"What?! You've never used a peel-off mask?"
"I've never used any type of mask."
"Then how do you have such nice skin?"
"I don't know. All I do is wash my face twice a day."
"Do you wear makeup?"
"Not really."
"Oh. Well, that makes sense." She says while spreading some kind of mask onto my face.
We both continue to sit there in silence until she finally blurts out something unexpected.
"He gave me his number on the plane."
"What?"
"Jackson. He started flirting with me on the plane and gave me his number."
"Did you...ever use it?"
"No and I wasn't planning on it either but I just wanted to let you know." She says.
"I cheated on him too." I blurt.
"What?! With who?"
Fuck! Should I tell her?
"Uhhhh, Axton," I mumble.
"HOLY SHIT! How did you do it?"
"What do you mean?"
"Do you know how guarded that man is?"
"Uh no."
"The amount of girls who have tried to get with that man...the list is endless but he never cares. He has always cared about school and his career so the fact that you got to kiss him means that he must really like you." She explains.
"You think?"
"Girl, I think we can all see the way he looks at you. Do you like him?"
"Yes. I like him a lot."
"Then go get your man!"
"I just got out of a relationship." I deadpan.
"So?"
"So...I don't want to jump into anything yet."
"Fair but who said you have to start being boyfriend and girlfriend immediately? Just take things slow. Go on a few dates and just hang out."

I can't believe I'm gonna take her advice.
I seriously don't understand why the other girls call her a bitch, she's actually very nice.
"Alright, you're done! Now send Lili in, her pores are horrendous." She says.
Never mind, I see it now.
I laugh before heading out of the bathroom and back into the room.
"Lili! You're next." I say as she makes her way into the bathroom.
I walk back over to the bed and see it full of all sorts of different snacks.
"I DO NOT HAVE HORRENDOUS PORES!" I hear Lili scream from the bathroom.
The two continue arguing for a good 30 minutes while Arya grabs the remote and turns up the volume.
"God bless Andrew Garfield," I mumble while drooling over the shirtless man on the screen.
"Amen." Lina and Arya whisper in union.

I look over at the clock and see that it's almost 4 AM.
Holy shit.
All the girls fell asleep a few hours ago while I continued binge-watching 4 spider-man movies.

The girls are all sprawled out across my bed and it's starting to get hot.

"I didn't know you were born on Halloween."

"Thank you for earlier," I say and he looks confused.
"For shoving Jackson into the pool," I explain.

"Look Axton, about what we talked about earlier...I want us to take things slow."

"In all honesty, I fell out of love with Jackson a long time ago. I guess I just never knew how to let go. So, to answer your question, I am ready to date but as I said, we'll take it slow." I say before finally taking my eyes off of the screen and looking at him.
"You have no idea how happy it makes me to hear those words come out of your mouth." He laughs.
We continue staring at each other until we hear a scream coming from the TV.
I jump while Axton just laughs at my reaction.
"Axton?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you want to kiss me as much as I want to kiss you?" I ask before he whips his head in my direction.
"Ry, I always want to kiss you." He laughs before grabbing my face and smashing our lips together.
Compared to our first two kisses, this one felt more relaxed. We didn't have to hide this from anyone anymore.
