Ahana smiled as she looked down at her hand in which she wore her engagement ring. She looked smiling at Rajeev or so he thought. Behind Rajeev stood Neil, hidden behind the tree smirking as he took the bluetooth out of his ears and smiled at Ahana as he blow her a flying kiss to which she blushed slightly looking down before she composed herself and look at Rajeev.
Ahana:"Times up Rajeev"
Rajeev:"What?"
Ahana moved back a little as she dusted her hands. She smiled at his confused face before looking at her watch for the time. 5 mins left.
Ahana:"So Rajeev. Thank you"
Rajeev:"What is going on baby?"
Ahana:"It's Ahana."
Rajeev:"huh?"
Ahana:"Ahana Neil Malhotra "
Rajeev started at her confused as to what in the world was happening. He looked a Ahana who was smirking at him.
Ahana:"what happened Rajeev. You think only you can play games. Well you're wrong there because you just got played big time. To be honest Rajeev at first I pitied you. You had such a wonderful family that every guys dreams of yet you didn't care for them. You didn't value them. But now I know. You didn't deserve them. You can even pity a monster these days but you. You are worst then evil itself."
Rajeev:( Getting angry at Ahana's tone towards him)" What the hell are you doing Ahana. Dont make me do something you will regret later"( He said in anger)
Ahana:"Oh what will you do? Kill me? like you did to my parents. Well poor you. You can't do that. You need me to achive your stupid goal of getting rich. you think I don't know that you don't care about me. You care about the Money and property, Mom and Dad have put on mine and Ansh's name. You care about money that you could get from Malhotras. All you care about is Money"
Rajeev:"Yeah I do so what. In this day and age Money is what gets you everything"
Ahana:"Sadly that what most of the people think. But Money just gets you the luxuries of the world. It does get you love. Or Care. Or a family. Money can buy anything but love and Happiness. What's the point of living if you can't live in a happy and lovable environment with Loving people"
Rajeev:"Cut this Bulshit. What happened to you Ahana we were bonding few mins ago and now"
Ahana:"bonding you say"( She asked with amusement filled in her voice)" We weren't bonding Rajeev. You were getting trapped in my plan"
Rajeev:"Wh..."
Ahana:"You know I already knew every crime of yours. From cheating to the murders. Everything but you were still free. I wanted evidence. Evidence of you crime. And guess what you gave me a perfect opportunity to get it. You being a stupid moron you are confessed everything"
Rajeev:(Paled)"No...I...what.."
Ahana:"Yes Rajeev. All your confessions, all your crime are with me now."
Rajeev:"You bloody b..."( Ahana backed up a little as Rajeev launched forwards towards just then a Hand stopped him. He looked up to see Neil Standing in front of him with angered expression)"He was here the whole time"
Ahana peeked over Neil shoulder and nodded with a grin causing Rajeev to groan in anger. Neil Pushed Rajeev back as he stumbled on his feet before he turned to see Neil checking Ahana for Any injury while she assured him she was fine.
Rajeev tried to Run away seeing the couple busy only to be stopped by 2 hands. He turned to see the police standing there with a smirk on their face.
Officer:"Going somewhere Mr. Singh?"
Rajeev:"O..officer i.."
Officer:"Oh I have no time to listen to your nonsense. Arrest him"
Rajeev:"What no.... you can't do that... Ahana I...you know I. .love you please "
Officer:"Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Malhotra."
Ahana:"No thank you officer for helping us"
Officer:"May we have the proof "
Neil:"Yes one min"( Neil took Ahana's phone and The recorder and did something before handing the recorder to the officer)
The officers left with a screaming and Struggling Rajeev in their hands while Ahana turned to Neil.
Ahana:"You send the recording to your phone?"
Neil:"Yes it's save in both our phones. Just in case"( He said with a teasing smirk that led to the couple remembering their previous night conversation)
Flashback to last night....
As Ahana watched Neil Standing in the balcony, Her phone pinged again. She looked at it again as saw a msg from Jio company. Inviting her to watch free movies and serials on their new plan. She sigh as she started to remove it when something clicked her.
Ahana:"Movies... Serial...Neil.."
Neil:"Yeah?( He asked seeing her over excited about something)
Ahana:"I have a plan. A plan to get Rajeev"
Neil:"I am listening "
Ahana:" We need evidence to get Rajeev his punishments. And the beat evidence anyone can have is The criminal confessing his own crimes. That what we have to do. We have to convince Rajeev to tell us his crimes from hai own mouth."
Neil:"Why would he do that Ahana"
Ahana:"Because he would trust me"( Neil gave a confused look)"Neil we are using a Bollywood and Indian tv serials strategy here"
Neil:"Ahana No offenses but we all know sometimes Bollywood movies and especially Indian serials don't always use logic"
Ahana:"I know but we will. See All we have to do is convince Rajeev I am in his team. Knowing him for years I can tell one thing be has a big ego. All I have to do is boost it. Your job is to get me 3 devices. Camera, Recorder, and a bluetooth that can be hidden from him. All we need is to have his confession recorded and Saved. You will be at a save distant from me so I know nothing bad will happened and we can inform the police to arrive as well.
Neil:"But...I..."
Ahana:( laughing slightly)"And don't worry unlike Indian serials we won't have any evil villain to come and distort our proof because that recording will be automatically saved into your and mine phone."( Exaggerating evil villain part)
Neil laughed at what she said Exaggerating, before he analyzed the plan. Will it actually work. He couldn't risk any harm on Ahana or the baby. He looked at Ahana. He could she the determination was wanting to end Rajeev's chapter once and for all. He could see the pain when she has thinking of the fact that Rajeev still roam around free after all his crimes.
Flashback ends....
Neil completed few of the documentations regarding this arrest before Ahana and Neil headed home.
5 days Later....
Things started to turn normal after such a big storm. Ahana and Neil started to send the kids back to school and life in Malhotra Mansion was back to The way it was few months ago. The case of Rajeev had gone to court 2 days ago and with all the evidence and witnesses proof, Rajeev was given jail sentence for the rest of his life. But even before leaving Ahana and Neil's life forever he made a request in court which shocked everyone.
Flashback to the court day..
Judge:"Keeping everything in mind, The court finds Rajeev Singh Guilty of 3 Murder charges along with 2 attempts to murder and Fraud. He is to given given Life sentence with no communication with the outer world what so ever. The court is adjourned"
A smile came upon, everyone's face while Rajeev stayed quite looking at the ground. Ahana hugged Neil tightly before hugging Prabha who smiled at the thought of her friend getting justice finally. Ahana turned around and Gave Sonia a smile as well who smiled back. Sonia had also came to share her side of the story. She was more then happy to help get Rajeev behind the bars.
Rajeev:"Wait.."( His voice rang in the room causing everyone to stop. The jugde who was getting up from his seat looked up at Rajeev with a stern expression)
Judge:"Take the Prisoner Away"
Rajeev:( Stuggling as officers tired to take him out of court)" My lord please listen to me. I...I accept your Judgment but I have a request."
The judge didn't say a word while Ahana and Neil looked at him confused. Rajeev wasn't one to keep quite in such a punishment. He had lost everything and he still isn't raging. Something is not right.
Rajeev:"My lord I know I have committed horrible. Horrible crimes but please give me a chance. All I have is one request after that you can give me a death sentence and I won't argue a bit. Please My lord...please. Even a criminal has these small rights. Please"
Judge:( Sighs)" Speak ahead "
Ahana:( holding Neil's hands tightly)" Ne..Neil I...I don't feel good. This..He is up to something. He would never give up so easy. Something wrong"( She whispered)
Neil:"Nothing will happen Ahana. He has already been given life sentence. His request will also not be agreed upon if it is some crazy. Calm down love. I won't let anything wrong happen"
Rajeev:"My lord...I....I admit I have done horrible crimes. Standing here I feel disgusted of my self. I feel incredibly horrible that my Parents have to live a day to see there own son be this..This monster that I have became. I feel terrible to see my..My Ahana look at me as if I am a nightmare. I...I..killed her parents. The people who considered me as their own child. I killed an innocent mother and wife who had nothing to do with me. I feel sorry for Sonia. For 7 years I tricked her into thinking I love her. I am truly sorry Sonu. But even in those fake love, I do genuinely care for you as a friends. To Neil I am incredibly sorry for stealing the love of your life. I am truly grateful as well that you were able to give Ahana that love and That care which I could never. You were able to give my parents that son that I was never able to be."( He said as tears flowed from his eyes)
Judge:"Your apology will not change your verdict Mr. Singh but if it's truly from you heart maybe then it will reach your victims heart as well. As for now I would like you to keep your request forward because I have other things to attend as well."
Rajeev:"Yes..yes..my lord.. Th..Thank you for even giving me a chance to speak my request. My lord I regret multiple things in my life. The one think I don't regret is meeting Ahana. My lord today I have a request to stop myself from regretting another thing. My lord I want to meet my son. Onces in my life I want to see him. Touch him. Talk to him. Please My lord I want to have 1 meeting with my Son. With Ansh. That's my request my lord. Please one time. One time allow me to meet my Son my lord. See it as a request from A dying man. My last wish my lord. Please let me see my son."
