3 months later....
Perrie was sitting on the couch of her London house, they had just finished dinner and Alex was taking care of putting their son to bed. She was scrolling through social media while the television was in the background.
"Hi" her cousin said, coming into the living room. Perrie just looked at her and smiled to then switch her attention back to the phone. The younger girl sat next to her.
"So, there's something I would like to talk to you about", Ellie's voice seemed a little uncertain and she didn't dare to look Perrie in the eyes. The singer put her phone aside and turned to face the younger girl; she smiled to encourage her keep talking.
"So, I have been thinking about this for a while and I'm positive it's the best solution for everyone. I'm moving out, I'm getting my own place in London". Perrie was a little surprised by that decision, she started wondering if she did something wrong. "Why? Did something happened" she asked perplexed.
"No, everything is fine, but I feel like this can be an opportunity for you and Alex to spend some time alone, some quality time together. I'm sure it'll help you go through this crisis." Perrie sighed, still looking at her "You know that this doesn't have anything to do with you living here; and me and Alex are past this, so there's nothing to worry about".
Her cousin nodded ready to speak again and to sound the least judgmental possible. "Perrie, I don't think that you giving up your career is an agreement. It's him winning again and you ending up doing exactly what he wants. We both know this isn't fair at all".
Those words affected Perrie more than her cousin could imagine. She perfectly knew that Ellie was right but her family and especially Axel stability came before everything, even her career as a solo artist.
"You know what? You will understand once you become a mother yourself" Perrie said laughing as that was becoming her favorite sentence when explaining things to her cousin. "Here she goes with the mother thing" Ellie replied laughing as well.
After a few minutes Perrie became serious again. "Anyway everything between me and Alex is settled, you seriously don't have to move out." The other girl stopped smiling as well "It's not just that, I also feel mature enough to leave on my own..."
Perrie nodded and took her and "Okay then, let me know if you need help finding a place".
Ellie couldn't have foreseen how much her choice would have affected Perrie in the next months and years. Perrie on the other hand didn't have the minimum intention of giving away her worries and concerns but she knew that a lot was happening and all these things were leading to make her feel, and be, more and more alone.
The Little Mix hiatus had just begun, she'd just given up her solo career and now her cousin/best friend was going to live somewhere else. But then she started feeling extremely guilty for what she was feeling and thinking. She had the most amazing son and Alex, who despite everything loved her more than himself.
And then she realized that she also had something else and she couldn't help but start smiling; Red Parrot was always there, wasn't it? Maybe It was a good idea to discuss it during the dinner Leigh had planned for Friday.

Jade and Jordan
The couple was dining at a luxury and chic restaurant in London, it was a special occasion.
"Did you tell the girls about the news?" Jordan asked while analyzing the menu and deciding what to order. Jade was intent on the same action and replied without moving her eyes from what she was reading, "No, I will announce it during the dinner, I want to tell them in person". He just nodded and shifted his focus to his girlfriend. "And what do you think their reaction is going to be?" Jordan asked. "I'm sure they'll be excited" she replied.
After dinner the couple opted for a walk in a really nice and cozy park. They were walking and making small chats. "So, are you happy about the news?" Jade asked out of nowhere looking at the slightly illuminated trees. "Of course I'm one hundred percent in! I'm really excited", he replied, smiling and kissing her.
Once they started walking again Jordan spoke again, "You know during the past weeks I have thought a lot about us and the future". Jade immediately looked at him really concerned "Are you having a second thought? Or are you still mad about what happened?"
He shook his head and smiled "No and no. It's actually the opposite and I can't wait for this new chapter of our lives. It's going to be amazing, I'm really excited about it". Jade sighed in relief "I'm really excited too. And again, I'm sorry If I kept you in the dark".
He stopped walking and looked her directly in the eyes. "Jade, you apologized so many times. Don't be so harsh with yourself and this is exactly what the therapist explained. You have to allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them. Allow yourself to fall and learn how to stand up again, cause I'll always be by your side, Okay?".
"Do you promise?"
"It's a promise Jade, I'll always be next to you!"
They kissed and started walking again. "Yes, in a couple of months our lives are going to be really different but again I couldn't be more excited" He briefly looked at her smiling before continuing to talk.
"You know my mind always travels so fast. I always have so many questions, like what is my life going to be in ten years? What will happen to my career? Will I still eat healthy? Will I still be this handsome when I'm old?".
Jade started laughing loudly and hit him slightly on the arm. "You are so stupid" she replied while they were now walking in a less illuminated area of the park.
"There's another thing I wonder about, and I would like to know your opinion about it". She looked at him and smiled "Go ahead, and for your information I'll still be this beautiful when I'm old". He smiled back "I second that".
"So what do you want to ask me? I'm an open book and as we promised no more secrets between us". He stopped talking to face her, his gaze was so intense and full of love.
"So, I don't know exactly how the future is going to be like. I don't know if this current one will still be my job in the future, It would be amazing cause it would mean a lot of money" He said smiling and ready to continue "I don't know either if I will keep following this diet and sadly I cannot predict if I'll still be this handsome. So there are obviously a lot of unstable and uncertain variables but it doesn't matter, because among these there's one that is stable and independent".
"What the hell are you talking about?" Jade was just standing there looking confused not understanding what he was explaining.
"So Jade, what I was wondering is if you want to be the stable and independent variable for the rest of my life? What I want to ask is, will you, Jade Amelia Thirlwall, make me the honor of becoming my wife?
Jordan was now on his knees, holding a small box that revealed a diamond ring. Jade on the other hand was totally shocked since they had never talked about it. Was that really happening? Was Jordan really proposing?
While minutes passed and while she was formulating all those interrogatives she noticed how her boyfriend's smile was fading away. She realized she didn't reply.
"Of course! Yes, Yes, Yes!"
He stood up, placed the ring on her finger and as soon as they started kissing the park got illuminated revealing many pictures of them hanging from the trees.
It was amazing, she was going to marry the love of her life and they were starting a whole new journey together. After so much pain her life was taking so many positive turns.

Friday dinner.
"Hi Leigh" Jade said, getting into the kitchen of her friend's London mansion. She and Jordan had just arrived and she left her boyfriend in the living room chatting with Andre to check if her bandmate needed some help in the kitchen.
"I need to see it!" Leigh replied, taking Jade's hand and admiring the diamond on her finger. "It's beautiful Jade, I'm so happy for you. You are getting married!"
"I'm so excited. It was totally unexpected but I'm so happy. He is the one." Jade replied. Her older friend looked at her with watery eyes and smiled "He really is, he proved to be an amazing person and to love you more than anything. So, as your older sister I consent this wedding"
"Oh you do? Thank you Leigh" Jade replied laughing. "Because without your approval I wouldn't have married him" she continued sarcastically and her friend couldn't help but laugh as well.
After Perrie and Alex arrived, the couples went into the dining room and dined while talking about random topics like other celebrities, sport, music and babies. Toward the end of the dinner Jade looked at Jordan and he smiled to encourage her to talk.
"So guys, there's actually something I would like to tell you. Me and Jordan have an announcement" Jade started talking, a little bit nervous. Perrie and Leigh-Anne immediately looked at each other trying to detect if the other knew what was going on.
"Me and Jordan are moving to L.A. I signed with a really important label and management that will allow me to have success in the U.S too." Jade said looking at her astonished friend and waiting for a response; but they didn't say a word and their smiles quickly faded away.
Andre, after congratulating them and noticing the tense situation, offered the guys to go to the bar area of the house, Jordan and Alex agreed immediately, leaving the girls alone.
"Are you serious?" Perrie asked sadly, reflecting on how her week was going from bad to worse. She had just given up her career, her cousin wasn't going to live with her anymore and now Jade was moving to a new country. It was really becoming too much.
"Yes, as I told you I just signed with a new team and they explained that me living and working in L.A will be the best decision if I want my career to finally take that international turn we've always looked for.
"So this is the end?" Perrie replied, unable to prevent the tears from falling. "I knew that our hopes and promises weren't going to last". Jade sighed looking at their older bandmate for help, she knew she was the best when it came to finding the bright side of things.
Leigh seemed serious, she was trying to analyze the situation, she sighed and then nodded "This is an amazing opportunity and you made the right decision in accepting it. I will miss you like crazy but we will always be in touch and please let us know whenever you visit, okay? Wait are you still coming to the-"
Jade immediately understood what her friend was implying and cut her short "Of course, I'm coming. I wouldn't miss it for anything in the world". She then stood up and embraced Perrie into a tight hug.
"Pez don't worry, even if I'll live in L.A. for a couple of years I will always be there for you, no matter what!"
Leigh quickly joined them and smiled, "Red parrot right?" The other two girls nodded and repeated "Red parrot".
Once she was a little bit more relaxed Perrie looked at them and smiled "We will always be this close, nothing comes between us".
Leigh and Jade smiled sincerely, they had been together for almost eleven years, they were now sisters more than friends. They had been through so much and nothing could change that, nothing could change them; or at least that's what they hoped at that time.
If only they knew how different life would have become in the next couple of years, how their relationship would have changed. But friendship always finds its way, they wouldn't have been so invested in each other's lives but for sure they wouldn't have lost what they had found.
Because they shared every misery, they lived every victory
Yeah, they got synergy
