"Now then, please put your full effort behind your investigation! After all, you don't have any choice but to give it your best shot! Seriously, you don't have a choice! Okay, so we'll meet up for the class trial... in a little while!" With that, Monokuma leaves
"Well... That was pretty awful." Kenta says in an attempt to break the silence
"W-Why do we have to do all of this? What did we do to deserve everything that's happening?" Chihiro asks as tears fall from her eyes
"Who knows... All that matters right now is our investigation. We need to figure out who killed Sayaka." Kenta tells her
Kenta reassured Chihiro by putting an arm around holding her loosely
"He's right. We need to begin our search right away." Byakuya says
"Either way, we can't run away from the situation, so we have no choice but to move forward," Sakura tells everybody
"We just hafta do it, I guess. What other choice do we have?" Aoi sighs
"No way in hell am I letting someone kill me...! Alright, dammit! Let's do this!" Leon exclaims
"Before we start searching for Sayaka's killer, we need to decide what to do about securing the crime scene," Kyoko tells everybody
"What do you mean...?" Makoto asks her
"You're thinking of putting someone on guard duty so nobody can disturb the area, aren't you? After all, if the culprit decides to destroy the evidence, we're pretty much screwed." Byakuya says
"In that case, I don't mind doing it. I don't like havin' to think, anyway. I'll let you guys figure out who killed that chick." Mondo offers
"Okay, then we can let Mondo look after the scene," Kenta says
"Well, no... we can't just leave him there alone," Byakuya says
"What? Why the hell not!?" Mondo asks him
"Isn't it obvious? If you were the culprit, what's the first thing you would do? By volunteering for guard duty, you're in a position to destroy all the evidence you want." Byakuya explains
"That is a risk that isn't worth taking..." Kenta admits
"Wh–!? Fuck you!" Mondo shouts
Kenta is baffled how a person who agreed and liked him a few days back quickly insulted him .
Kenta just sighed at how human beings work .Him being a human doesn't make it better . Kenta just knows that anyone here can betray him
It would be just foolish to trust anyone here.But to succeed he needed to trust someone or else can't escape from here
And the only ones who he can trust wholeheartedly are makato and Chihiro. Aoi and mondo are too impulsive . Byakuya and celeste are potential backstabbers with huge charisma. Kyoko is just suspicious . Leon is out of the idea due to obvious reason.
Kenta picked up chihiro due to personal and logical preference
"Fine, then I'll stay there on guard duty as well. That way there's no problem." Sakura says
"2-player co-op base defense with the two of them... With their stats, they're totally OP!" Hifumi says
"Keep it, calm kid," Kenta says
"Since we won't be able to help investigate, we're putting out faith in the rest of you," Sakura tells everyone
"I'm still pretty freaked out, but... I'll try," Aoi says
"Guess we should begin with the monokuma file. Though, some of you may not like what's on it..." Kenta mentions
"Heh heh... so you finally noticed," Celeste says
"Huh? Noticed what?" Leon asks her
"I was looking through the Monokuma File we received. And I noticed something very obvious, and very unusual." Celeste tells him
"Huh? What are you talking about...?" Chihiro asks
"Go ahead, take a look. Notice anything interesting about where Sayaka died? She died in Makoto's dorm." Celeste reveals
"Wh–? She's right!" Aoi exclaims
"Then, could it be...!?" Hifumi wonders
All at once, everyone's gaze turned to Makoto.
"H-Hold on a second! You've got it all wrong! F-For just one night, I... I traded rooms with her. I did it because... she was afraid." Makoto explains
"Y-You expect us to b-believe that? Just tell us the t-truth!" Toko practically orders him
"Are we all done talking? We need to begin our investigation soon. At this point, we should split up. We need to get to the bottom of this and find out who killed Sayaka. We'll have to collect clues to form a foundation, then construct an argument to come to a final decision. If we get this wrong... Well, do I really have to say any more?" Kyoko tells everyone
"I'd rather you didn't, no..." Hifumi says
"Everyone pray for good luck." With that, Kyoko hurried out of the gym.
"I'll be going, too." And just like Kyoko, Byakuya was gone before anyone realized it
..."Oh yeah, I'm on guard duty, huh? I'd better head to the scene of the crime!" Mondo says
"Ah, that's right." Sakura adds
"...Lemme just say this right now! If whatever son of a bitch did this is here right now, and they're thinking of destroying that evidence... They'd better not let me find 'em! I'll skip the trial and cave their goddamn skull in myself! I'm serious! I will fuck them up!" Letting his deadly words hang in the air, Mondo and Sakura ran off.
Kenta wondered if Mondo knows what mental peace and calm mind is
"Such an interesting opportunity. I've never investigated a murder before. I'll be sure to give it my all. I suggest you guys do the same." Kenta advises
everyone else also left to go investigate as well...
Well, Chihiro is still weeping.Kenta comforted her and gave her his kerchief.
Kenta pov
***"I can't believe she ended up dying instead. Guess her fate was sealed from the very beginning..." Kenta mutters to himself as he walks through the halls alone"
The "Who" of this case isn't a mystery to me. He gave himself many times even if I didn't read the message.It's easier to know who is the culprit judging by the tone.
He said something about not letting himself dying.It seemed like he didn't care about the trial at all and he isn't even a little bit interested in the culprit.
The "How" on the other hand is quite an interesting case. I should probably still investigate as to not raise suspicion." Kenta says as he pulls out the monokuma file and begins reading
"The victim was Sayaka Maizono. The time of death is estimated to be around 1:30 a.m. The body was discovered in Makoto's room, in the dormitory. All evidence suggests that the death took place in the bathroom. The cause of death was a stab wound to the abdomen. There was also an injury to her right wrist. Specifically, the wrist appears to have suffered a fracture."
"Hm...? Okay, I should head over there right now then." Kenta murmurs as he goes to Makoto's dorm
Kenta walks into the dorm room and looks around once more. Everything about it is completely trashed
"I wonder how it got like this..." Mondo murmurs
"There must've been some kind of struggle. That's the only explanation I can think of." Kenta tells him"
You're prolly right. But what the hell? How could someone be so cowardly as to kill a woman?!" Mondo asks
Well, Opportunistic people and no I think it requires great courage to kill a human being.Not everyone can kill a person. Or else we would have had a great murder rate
It's difficult to talk about logical discussions.An intelligent knows when to back off and no it's not him being a coward . He doesn't pick meaningless
"Well... What can we do about it? She's already gone after all." Kenta says
"Anyone who raises their hand to a woman is scum that deserves death. That's what my brother taught me. So if I ever find the son of a bitch that did this, I'm gonna pound his goddamn face in." Mondo says
"But what if it was a girl that did it?" Kenta asks him
"...""That'll all get sorted out when the time comes," Mondo responds

Kenta POV
Simpled-minded people like will be a white knights. You need to be aggressive and get ready to step on any ants. This alone is the real trait I like about Byakuya . He can be selfish when he needs it and it is a good trait .Byakuya has good chance for survival aside from him being jerk and arrogant
But rest assured if he inflicts destruction upon me. I am more than ready to crush him
He is ready to step on any ant to get what he wants. More people should be like him.It makes games like these interesting.
Also no.I don't want to hear any sentimental values. It's a benefit above everything else .
3RD POV
"Hey, Kyoko..." Makoto says to the lavender-haired girl in an attempt to catch her attention though she doesn't respond, as she was down on her knees, carefully inspecting every inch of the room.
"What are you doing?" Makoto asks her
"Isn't it obvious?" Kyoko says
"N-No, not really." Makoto responds
"I'm searching," Kyoko tells him
"Searching? Did you lose contact or something?" Makoto asks
"...."A few seconds later, she suddenly stood up straight and looked over to Makoto
"Are you a clean freak?" She asks
"Huh? N-No, I don't think so. But what...?" Makoto questions her nodding, she glanced around his room one more time.
"Interesting..." Kyoko mutters
So she is interested in makato . As toko said earlier, I am not interested in romantical comedies here
"What's interesting?" Kenta asks her
"It's just as I suspected, there's something very unusual about your room," Kyoko says
"Unusual? What do you mean?" Kenta questions
"I've searched the floor from one corner to another and I didn't find one single strand of hair," Kyoko says
"Really?" Makoto says
"Not one hair from the victim, and not one hair from you, even though you've been living in here," Kyoko tells him
"You know, now that you mention it, I noticed something while I was looking around before. It looked like the lint roller in my room had been used, but I never touched it. Could someone have used it to...?" Makoto trails off
"Very interesting. Your room didn't have a single hair in it, and someone used your lint roller without your knowledge. In other words, someone other than you came in and scrubbed your room clean." Kyoko summarizes
"Was it Sayaka? Or the killer?" Makoto wonders
Killer. Or else it would hairs everywhere.Sayaka wouldn't clean the hair before killing anyone or else it would be a waste of time
"I think it was the killer. How oddly courteous of them." Kenta chimes in
"I wouldn't call someone that would do something like this courteous..." Makoto says with a sweatdrop
You don't have a sense of humor at all , how boring are you
"Well... You're gonna hate what I do next then..." Kenta tells him
"W-What....?" Makoto asksWithout saying another word, Kenta walks into the bathroom where Sayaka's body is still there...Kenta then crouches down next to her and... He begins poking and prodding her body....
"W-What are you doing!?" Makoto questions him from the bathroom door
" I'm inspecting the body of course." Kenta answers
"You can't just mess with a dead body like that! That's just... It's awful." Makoto says
"She's already dead, so I'm sure she won't mind. Plus, all our lives are at stake here, so we'll have to do whatever's necessary to survive..." Kenta says
"Moving on, it looks like her wrist is definitely broken, as it was already stated in the Monokuma file. And there seems to be blood on only one of her fingers on her left hand. Wonder if that's important. Moving on, there's something interesting that I found." Kenta says
"Something interesting?" Makoto questions him
"There's some weird yellow dust on her broken wrist. It looks a little glittery as well. I wonder where that came from..." Kenta elaborates
"That's probably from the replica sword I had. The paint on it sticks to your skin like glue." Makoto tells him"Replica sword...?" Kenta questions him
"I had found this sword in the display case at the gym. Sayaka told me I should bring it to my room for self-defense... in case of emergencies. But the paint on it comes off really easily. And it sticks to your skin like glue..." Makoto explains
"I see...." Kentamurmurs
"If that's true, then that would mean that the killer had attacked Sayaka with the sword. And that's why her wrist is broken and there's some of the paint from the sword on there." He adds
"Y-Yeah, you're probably right..." Makoto says
"Wait a second Makoto. What is that?" Kenta asks
"What is.... What?"Kenta looks past Sayaka to the wall behind her
. And points towards it.Makoto follows to where he was pointing to and he notices something strange...Written in blood were the numbers 11037. They had gone unnoticed for so long due to the fact that it was mostly hidden behind Sayaka's body
"11037? That's odd... What is something like that doing here?" Makoto asks
"I can't say for sure just yet. But I think that's all there is to check in the bathroom. Let's get out of here." Kenta says Makoto
That is lie. I know what it is . How nice of Sayaka to be useful and leave a message.Now the killer is confirmed
nods and the both of them exit the bathroom. Waiting for them at the front of the door was, of course, Kyoko.
"It looks like you two found it, right? The bloody numbers... That most likely Sayaka's dying message." Kyoko tells them
"I've never seen something written in blood before... It really was her final message... It's as if she wrote it with life itself." Makoto murmurs
"...Do you often talk like an aspiring poet?" Kenta asks with a chuckle
"But the numbers she wrote, what do they mean? 11037... I have no idea what that could possibly mean." Makoto says
"The way she wrote the numbers makes me think she wanted to use her body to block them. If she wrote them in that location, while she was sitting the way we found her, it means she must have written them by turning only her hand toward the wall. If you were to write something in that position, do you know what the result would be?" Kyoko asks
"The result?" Makoto says quizzically
"Think about it," Kyoko tells him
