Today was the day of the initiation. I was looking for the locker i put Enma in since I didn't want anyone to get hurt by it.
A/N: This is what he's wearing. And he was smoking a cigarette while he was looking.
Jaune: Uggghhh! Where is that damn locker?
As Jaune saw his locker he was going to it but was stopped by someone.
Jaune: Excuse me, can you move so I can get to my locker?
???: Oh, sorry and-
???: Excuse me. So you know who your talking to?
Jaune: Don't know, don't care. Why should care?
???: Do you even know who I am!?
Jaune: No. And again, why should I care?
Weiss: Well for your information. I am Weiss Schnee, heiress of the Schnee dust company.
She said proudly.
Jaune: So?
Weiss: So!?
She said with confusion.
Jaune: *blows a puff of smoke* Yeah...so?
Weiss: Well if your curious about her. She is pyrrah nikos.
Jaune: Ok, and?
Weiss: She graduated at the top of her class at sanctum.
Jaune: Where now??
Weiss: She won the mistral regional tournament 4 years in a row.
She said getting more agitated
Jaune: Never heard of it.
Weiss: She's on the cover of every pumpkin Pete's marshmallow flakes box.!
She said furiously.
Jaune: Why would anyone even eat that stuff?
Weiss: Why are you even smoking?
Jaune blows a puff of smoke infront of Weiss's face and said...
Jaune: Because I can.
Weiss was completely furious.
Weiss: Pyrrah!
Pyrrah then threw her spear at Jaune which he caught it by the blade using armament haki on his hand.
Both Weiss and Pyrrah were in a state of shock that someone caught her blade with his own hand. They were brought out of their shock by him telling them.
Jaune: Listen I understand if you don't like me that much, but for the record, I don't like you either Schnee.
Jaune hands pyrrah her weapon back and grabs his Enma from his locker. And heads to the cliff for initiation.
Timeskip to cliff and Ozpins speech.
When it was Jaunes turn to go it was delayed so he looked at the headmaster.
Jaune: Is there a reason why I'm not gone yet.
Ozpin: Well I'm just making sure that you didn't hurt yourself over the years Mr. Vinsmoke. Or should I say, "Mr.Arc ".
Before Ozpin could continue he felt a cold blade right at his neck.
Jaune: Don't call me that. I don't want to be associated with "them" in any way, shape or form. Got it?
He said with hatred and venom.
Ozpin responded calmly.
Ozpin: I understand.
Then Jaune went back to the platform and was then launched into the air.
Goodwitch: Ozpin, your not going to expell him for threatening you!?
Ozpin: Calm down Glynda. And there's a reason why he did that. The real question we should asking ourselves, is "why does he hate his family so much"?
As Jaune was flying in the air he thought to himself "Now did he know who I was? My damn parents must of asked him to search for me." He was was brought out of his thoughts when he noticed that he was getting closer to the ground. So he decided to use Skywalk (or moonwalk I don't care) to slow down his fall.
Then he dodges a spear heading right towards him thanks to his observation haki. He decides to investigate it since this ain't the first time someone has tried to kill him.
Once he got there he noticed that it was pyrrahs spear.
Jaune: Was she trying to hit me?....no, she was possibly trying to save me.
He then sensed someone behind him, he immediately turned around and had his hands on one of his swords ready to strike.
Then it turns out it was pyrrah who was startled to see Jaune ready to attack.
Jaune: Oh it's just you.
He said lowering his guard a bit.
Pyrrah: Sorry about that. And before hand.
Jaune: Its fine, it wasn't your fault.
Pyrrah: I guess this makes us partners.
Jaune: Yeah.
We started walking, ran into a few grimm along the way. But we disposed of quickly. As we were walking Pyrrah decided to try and start a conversation.
Pyrrah: Hey Jane, I was wondering who taught you how to fight.
Jaune: My master.
Pyrrah: Well does this master have a name?
Jaune: His name...I'll tell you about it after initiation.
As we were walking I decided to light a cigarette.
Pyrrah: Ok. Also you do know cigarettes are bad for you.
Jaune: Don't worry, these cigarettes are the kind that have the good stuff while leaving the bad stuff out.
Pyrrah: Oh wow. I've never heard of a cigarette brand like that before.
Jaune:....Thats because there isn't.
Once we made it to the tomb we noticed that almost everyone else was there as well.
Yang: Hey swordboy nice outfit.
She said winking at the end.
Jaune just kept his stoic face. Then he noticed Blake and went up to her.
Jaune: Hey Blake.
Blake: Hey Jaune. How is your initiation going so far?
Jaune: Eh, could be better. You?
Blake: It seems good minds think alike.
Jaune: So not good either?
Blake shakes her head no.
Then other people showed up until we all heard ruby falling.
Jaune: I got her!
Jaune quickly uses Skywalk and grabs Ruby before she could fall any further.
Jaune: Ruby, are you ok?
Ruby: That was amazing, was that your semblance?
Jaune: Well no, not exactly.
Truth be told Jaune did unlock his semblance during his training with Zoro and Sanji.
Ruby: Wait what!?
Jaune: Before you ask, no I'm not going to teach it to you.
Ruby: Aww. Hey wait where's Weiss?
We all then looked around until we looked up to see her on a nevermores back.
Weiss: How could you leave me!?
Ruby: I said jump!
Blake: She gonna fall.
She said while Jaune nodded in agreement.
Ruby: She'll be fine.
Ren: She's falling.
Jaune: *Sighs* I'll get her.
He then uses Skywalk to fly up and save Weiss from falling any further. But when they reached the ground.
Weiss: Let me go you idiot!
Jaune having enough to deal with her just drops her on the ground.
Weiss: Why did you do that!?
Jaune: You said "let me go". So I let you go.
Weiss was about to say something but was cut off by someone.
Ren: Uhh, guys I think that nevermore is turning back around.
He said in a worried tone.
That is until Jaune sensed trouble.
Jaune: I think that nevermore is the least of our problems.
Yang: Uhh, what do you mean?
Then a deathstalker came charging out of nowhere.
Ruby: I got this.
She charged at the deathstalker only to get her cloak pinned by the nevermores feather.
Yang: Ruby, get out of there!!
Ruby: I'm trying!!
She says trying to get her cloak unpinned.
Jaune saw the incoming attack by the deathstalker and decided to intervene. As soon as it was close to Ruby she closed her eyes bracing herself everyone heard the sound of metal clanging together.
Ruby opened her eyes to see something she didn't expect........It was Jaune holding the deathstalkers tail back with his blades.
Jaune: Weiss, i need you to trap its tail!!
Weiss: On it!
She then summoned ice surrounding the deathstalkers tail trapping it for a minute.
Jaune: Here's a tip for the future ruby.
Ruby: Yeah?
Jaune: Don't charge into a fight without a plan.
He says as he pulls out the feather.
Yang ran up to her sister and hugged her while thanking Jaune.
Jaune: Alright. Listen up everyone! To all those who have ranged weapons or attacks deal with the nevermore.
Blake: What about you?
She said with a bit of curiosity.
Jaune: I'll deal with the deathstalker.
Everyone: WHAT!?!
Yang: Ok we know your strong, but you can't be that strong!
Jaune: There's no time for arguing! Lets go people!
Everyone reluctantly went off to the bridge area while Blake looked at Jaune one last time.
Blake: Jaune.
Jaune looked at Blake.
Jaune: Yeah?
Blake: Be careful.
Jaune smiled at her and nodded causing her to blush a little. She then went towards the others. Then the deathstalker managed to get its trapped tail free from the ice.
Jaune: Alright big guy. It's just you and me.
He said while putting his headband on with a confident smirk.
The deathstalker just roared at him as if trying to intimidate him. While Jaune just kept his smirk.
With Ozpin and Glynda
Glynda: Sir, maybe we should send someone to help him out.
Ozpin: Hold on Glynda, lets see what he's capable of. I mean do you know anyone who can block a strike from a deathstalker?
Glynda:.....
Ozpin: Thats what I thought. But who knows...there may be more to him than what meets the eye.
Back with Jaune
Jaune was standing waiting for it to make the first move. Then the deathstalker thrusted its tail at Jaune only for him to quickly draw his blade and slice the stinger off. It screeched in pain, then Jaune sheathed his blade and charged at it.
Jaune: (One sword style:....)
He zoomed passed the deathstalker at blinding speeds while slowly sheathing his blade. Once it was completely sheathed the deathstalker was sliced into two.
Jaune: (...Lion Song!!)
With Ozpin and Glynda
They were amazed at what they saw. They just witnessed a first year student single handedly kill a deathstalker in one strike.
Ozpin: Well at least we know that he's strong.
Glynda: Agreed. But I'm more curious how he is this strong. I mean it would take a full team of huntsman to kill a deathstalker. But Mr. Ar- I mean Mr. Vinsmoke fought it on his own and killed it with just one blow.
Ozpin: It seems we have an interesting bunch this year.
Glynda: It seems so.
Back with Jaune
After the deathstalker died and turned to dust he went after the others. And to his surprise he sees another deathstalker. He calmly walks behind it without it noticing. Quickly unsheathed Enma.
While Nora, Ren, and Pyrrah were dealing with the other deathstalker from a distance until they noticed Jaune coming up behind it. They were about to warn him till everyone heard a yell.
Jaune: ENMA!!!
Then the cliff edge that was holding the other deathstalker instantly fell into the abyss below.
They look at Jaune who was holding one of his swords which was glowing. And they saw his forearms covered in an iron like material. Then the glow died down. Jaune looked at Ruby who just decapitated the nevermore and looked in awe over what Jaune just did.
After the teams were decided both teams went off to their dorms.
Ruby: Jaune, how did you do that!?
Jaune: Well...it hard to explain exactly.
Yang: Man, I'm surprised that you managed to beat a deathstalker on your own.
Jaune: Well it was nothing really.
Weiss: Well if you say so...
As both teams entered their dorms one team in particular noticed their dorm was much different.
Pyrrah: Uhh, why does our dorm have a kitchen?
Jaune: That would be me.
The team looked at Jaune in curiosity.
Jaune: Basically the day before the initiation I personally talked to professor Ozpin and asked him if we could have a kitchen in our dorm.
Ren: If you don't mind me asking, why did you so that?
Jaune: So I can cook, duh.
Nora: Can you make some pancakes!?
Jaune: Sure. I can make y'all something to eat right now if you want.
Pyrrah: I think that would be nice.
Ren: Sire, I have no problems with it.
Then Jaune quickly got to cooking once he was done he gave them their food and each one had a different reaction.
Nora: Ren, these are the best pancakes I've ever eaten in my life!! I think I'm in love...
Ren: Wow Jaune, this is really good.
Pyrrah: Agreed. I've had many types of food before but this food puts all that to shame.
Jaune: Thanks.
After they ate they went straight to bed to get ready for classes the very next day.
