Tae paused what he was going to say. Hoseok looked at the direction he was looking. Emma was standing there pouting. She slowly walked towards them and stood there.
Emma- I'm sorry for shouting at you
Tae looked at his sister and thought what Hoseok just told him. She was always like this. Ask sorry even if it was her fault. She will forgive him quickly too. he felt something wasn't right. But seeing her cry because of his words made him sad. He quickly thought of an idea to change the atmosphere when he saw Hoseok smiling at him.
(This guy is just like what JK told me and Emma is giving me no other choice. There is no one in Lily's house so it's not safe to let her live there alone. The only hands i could trust my sister with is Hoseok. JK and Yoongi hyung have told me many things about him. So, i must let her live here.)

Emma clapped hands on her brother's mouth and pulled him outside. Hoseok just sat there confused at the weird siblings fighting there. But he was enjoying the conversation with Tae. He couldn't help but smile watching those two bickering each other. He understood Tae had decided to let her live here which made him nervous. He saw Emma caught Tae's hair and pulled him outside door when he tried to talk to him from distance again. Hoseok smiled and looked into the reply he got from Yoongi as he informed him about Emma's attack.

After Tae went Emma and Hoseok got inside. Hoseok looked bit sad.
Hoseok- (in his mind) Tae is a great brother. He just be with Emma and support her decision always even though he is protective of her. Their sibling friendship makes me remember when I and Kookie were like this. I just wished for his good but now I feel I should have supported him for achieving his dreams. Why did I tell uncle that day about him won audition and planning to be a trainee in secret? I shouldn't have done that.
Emma saw him standing there zoned out so decided to check him up.
Emma- are you okay?
Hoseok- (startled) yes, I'm okay.
Emma frowns at him. He just shrugs it off. But suddenly his smile turns to smirk. He came near her.
Hoseok- well, guest room or my room?
Emma rolled her eyes.
Hoseok- I don't mind sleeping with you
Emma- in your dreams
Hoseok- well It already happened many times in my dream and you were so good. I just have to check how you do it in real.
Emma- shut up...
Hoseok chuckled as her walked and Emma followed him. He led her to a small room. Even though no one uses it, it was very neat and clean.
Hoseok- I'll get you another bed sheet.
Emma- well do you have some clothes fit for me?

Then he ran outside. After few second he came back with some clothes.
Hoseok- here this is bit small for me and you are almost same height as me. I guess this will be okay. And the bathroom is there

He pouted and left there. She closed her door and smiled. Then she took clothes to take a shower.

She removed her clothes and looked into mirror. There were marks on her face, her stomach, hands and thighs. She got it when he pinned her to wall and fell on the stairs while running. There were many cuts too. she ran for her life. She almost got hit by a car in parking area too. she still can't believe how she survived.
She holds her own body tight as the water flow through it. She was scared. Her body was killing her with pain. she stood under shower for some time. Suddenly she felt someone had opened room's door.
This pervert......
She made sure bathroom door was locked. She tries to listen and her door again open and closed. She off the shower dried herself and put on clothes before coming out of bathroom. There was no one there. She saw a first aid kit on her bed. She went near the bed and took it in hand.
Did I just doubted him when he left me this here? Oh my god, I'm blushing.
She couldn't help but smile. She treated her wounds and kept that box aside. She locked the door and turn off the light before laying on bed.
It was almost midnight; Emma haven't slept till now. She was staring the ceiling. The moment she closed her eyes today's event is haunting her. Body is aching and she feel scared. She tried to listen music but it is not helping. At last she decided to drink some water from kitchen as she was feeling thirsty.
Is he asleep? He must be....
She was in kitchen drinking water. She flinched when someone talked from behind.
You are not asleep? Hoseok asked as he switch on the light. She saw him sleepy and messy hair.
Emma- no... I...... did I wake you up?
Hoseok- (sigh) tell me the truth, are you okay?
Emma- (looking down) no.... I'm not
Hoseok- do you want to watch a movie?

He pulled her to couch put on a movie. He brought some food and drinks too. Emma was watching him stunned. He put a blanket around her and gave a smile.

Emma- no...it helped. I'm not feeling scared. I don't know why I'm not sleepy. (in mind- I know perfectly that it's because of my perverted mind) well what about you?
Hoseok- well, I never shared bed with a girl.
Emma- (mocking him) what? what about the big list of girls you fucked?
Hoseok- (shrug) I leave them there after I get what I want or kick them out of hotel room

Emma- we did that acting thing many times. We both were crackheads. Funniest thing was he got job in cyber cell. I teased him asking that how you're gonna work there when you are a petty thief? You're gonna change? He replied I want to change. I thought I have to find another one but he suddenly continued like I wish it was real instead of acting.
Hoseok- wow...that was smooth
Emma- yeah and I couldn't say no. we became couple. It was very nice. That was when I tried to get in police academy and my parents were against it. He supported me and motivated a lot. At last when my parents tried to marry me off secretly, I ran away from home.
Hoseok- (shocked) marry you off?
Emma- I don't even know who was my groom. I just ran away and went to his house. That issue ended up my father disowning me and I was free from their hands. They told me they won't give me a penny from their pocket to which I gladly accepted. At least I live earning my own not wasting their money. I never even asked Jin for money and he knew why. He supported my every decision.
Hoseok- then why?
Emma- i don't know..... he never showed me any lack of interest. He was tensed a bit for a week. But I thought it was his job related issues. If he wants me to know he will tell me. we had never kept anything from each other. But I never thought he was going to leave me.
Hoseok- don't you feel something fishy? I think he still likes you and faking something.
Emma- may be, but it doesn't bring back the days I spend with therapist and trying not to kill myself. You don't know Hoseok, I almost went crazy. He was my only hope other than Lily and Tae.
Hoseok- what if he come back, will you give him a second chance?
Emma- no
Hoseok- why?
Emma- because he is very late for that.

Emma bit her lips as he went back to his side. She tried to close her eyes and sleep.
