I just wanted to send out a pre-warning for the next chapter. I'm just gonna say it out now that there is going to be a rape scene. Now, it will not be detailed in any way other than what the person narrating sees. But, I was concerned about you guys as readers and I wanted to make sure no one was uncomfortable while reading
If you'd like, you may skip over chapter 38, or you can skip over the scene itself. I'll try to find a way to make it identifiable for you if you want to skip it.
Like I said, I wanted to send this out as a caution for anyone that would be uncomfortable with the situation and what happens. The update will come some time this week, maybe even tonight. And also, please do not be rude or mean or nasty about me writing this because it's vital to the rest of the story.
You may skip the entire chapter or the scene itself if it's something you are unable to handle.
