" Love what's wrong akala ko pa naman nakabihis kana " puna ng asawa ko dahil nakarobe parin ako at nakaupo sa gilid ng kama
" Come on love you need to change now, we can't be late in our appointment " she said and kissed my forehead I sighed
" You will be fine love, I am here " she said and cupped my cheek and kissed the tip of my nose
" I'm nervous Deanna " I honestly replied she carresed my cheek and smiled lovingly
" and so am I my love but I knew we can do it together " she replied I sighed and gently nodded
" Okay wait for me downstair, I just get change " I replied she smiled and gave me a peck in my lips
I sighed as I look at my reflection in the mirror.
Calm down self, Deanna's with you. I remind myself and fix myself.
Deanna is patiently waiting in front of the car, she smiled immediately when she saw me.
" You look gorgeous as always Mrs. Wong " she said as she put my seatbelt
" Napakabolera talaga ng asawa ko dyan mo ata ako napasagot eh " sagot ko natawa naman sya at inandar ang sasakyan
" I'm just saying the truth my love. I have the most lovely wife " she proudly replied I playfully slapped her arm
" Tama na Wong lumalaki na yung tenga ko baka mamaya maniwala na ako sa mga pambobola mo " sagot ko tawa naman sya ng tawa at inabot ang kamay ko saka nya ito masuyong hinalikan
" I just want you to relax love, we got this okay? " she asked I gently nodded
" I'm just afraid of the things that might happen, I love to conceive our child. " I replied sadly
" I understand love but you're not alone, I am here for you whatever happens after this " she assured I smiled and gently nodded
In no time we arrived at the hospital.
We walk hand in hand to our doctors office.
We are greeted by her secretary and excuse herself to inform dra. Jhoana for our presence.
" Dra. Jho is already waiting for you guys. Please follow me " she said and we obliged
" Its nice to see you both " dra. Jho said smiling
" Likewise doc, goodmorning. " Deanna replied and doc just smiled
" Okay then please have a seat " she said and we both nodded
" So how are you Jema? " she asked while playing with her pen
" I'm fine doc, but I easily get tired and my mood swings are getting worst " I replied she smiled and nodded Deanna just helding my hand
" Alright anything else? " she asked
" a..and I'm delayed for more than 3 weeks " I replied nervously Deanna's eyes went wide
Of course didn't have a time to tell her
" But is your monthly period regular? " the doctor asked
" yes doc, ngayon lang ako nalate ng ganito katagal " sagot ko tumango naman sya
" Well Deanna I think I need to check your wife. Can you wait for us? " she asked smiling Deanna just gently nodded
" Jema lets go " she said I followed her and she gave me a two pregnancy kit
" Doc are you sure? Isn't too early for it? " I asked her nervously
" yes Jema, we need to try. I know its too early but there's no harm in trying, trust me " she assured I smiled and walks to the bathroom
I take a deep breathe go on with the test.
" d..doccc! " I shouted she immediately knocked the door
" Jema open the door what happened? " she worriedly asked I opened the door and let her look at the kit
" O..Ohhh m..myy! Jemaaaa O..Ohhh Goodness! " she said and immediately offered me a hug
" come and lets proceed to your check up, it won't take too long " she said smiling
She checked my oxygen level, vital signs and blood pressure and then gave her presciptions that I need to take.
" so are you going to tell to Deanna about it " she asked we're still in the room while Deanna is waiting outside
" u..uhm I'm not sure doc, you know I'm too nervous. " I replied honestly she carressed my hand
" You will be fine Jema, so for now follow me and lay down " she replied I gently nodded and follow her instructions
In no time we're done, and we slowly walks to my husband.
" Uhm " I cleared my throat and Deanna smiled
" hey, you okay love? " she asked I gently nodded
" she's fine Deanna you don't have to worry " doc assured Deanna just nodded
" so how's everything doc? I--I mean is my wife healthy? " she asked I held her hand trying to calm her
" Yes Deanna she's fine so calm down hehe " doc replied with a giggle
" o..oh sorry doc I'm just worried about my wife. " Deanna replied smiling
" its alright Deanna its normal, mas malala pa yung kay Bea alam mo yung kulang nalang itali ko sya sa upuan para hindi na sya galaw ng galaw sa bawat check up ko " sagot ni doc natawa naman kami
" She's a great dada doc, alam mo yung tuwing magkakasama kami sobrang saya nya tuwing pinag-uusapan kayo ng baby nyo " sagot ni Deanna napangiti naman si doc
" Well no doubts Deanna she loves us more than she love herself, nagbago talaga sya para sa amin ng anak ko " doc replied happily
" I can see that doc " Deanna replied
" We're done here guys so baka may mga lakad pa kayo, dumaan nalang kayo sa pharmacy for Jema's vitamins " doc said and handed my prescription
" Okay doc thank you for today, I'll see you soon " I replied doc just smiled and mouth " take care " I gently nodded
" Okay doc bye " Deanna bid her goodbyes and we walk slowly
" so are you hungry love? or what do you want to do? " she asked as we entered in our car
" Well I just wanna go home and cook something for my husband what do you think? " I asked she smiled and kissed my hand
" That would be great love, I would love too " she replied I smiled lovingly
" How's work and the company? " I asked
" Well busy as always love, alam mo naman sa office pero kaya naman saka Celine's helping me a lot " she replied I gently nodded
" That's good we're blessed to have Celine love napakabait nya and responsible " sagot ko tumango naman sya
" Walang duda magbestfriend kayo love parehong-pareho kayo " sagot nya tumango naman ako
" Do you need something love? we can drop by in the supermarket " Deanna asked I shook my head
" No need, marami pang laman yung fridge natin dumiretyo nalang tayo sa bahay " sagot ko tumango naman sya tahimik naman ang naging byahe naman hindi ko namalayan na nakaidlip na pala ako
" Sorry love but I need to wake you up, we're here " Deanna said and lightly pinching my cheek
" O..Okay love, sorry " I replied she just giggled
" Its fine I knew you're tired, lets go? " she asked I gently nodded and held her hand
Nagbihis na kami saka kami dumiretyo sa kusina.
" So tutulungan mo akong magprepare love and then akong magluluto " sagot ko tumango naman sya saka kinuha ang ibang mga gulay at hinugasan
" Anong lulutuin mo love? " excited na tanong nya
" Syempre yung paborito mo love sinigang na hipon at pork binagoongan " sagot ko masaya naman syang nag-slice ng mga kailangan namin
" Tataba talaga ako nito love " sagot nya natawa naman ako
" sus paminsan-minsan lang naman love na nagluluto ako ng mga paborito mo " sagot ko ngumiti lang sya at tumango
Nagsimula na akong nagluto ng naihanda na namin ang lahat naupo lang ang asawa ko at pinanood ako hanggang matapos.
" Wow ang bango, amoy palang busog na ako hehe " pambobola nya inikutan ko lang sya ng mata
" Ang daming alam kumuha kana ng plato natin, hindi yung nakaupo ka dyan " pagsusungit ko natawa lang sya
" Eto na po misis huwag ng highblood " sagot nya nailing nalang ako at natawa at naupo tumabi naman sya
" Okay simulan na, gutom na talaga ako love " sagot nya at ngumuso tumango nalang ako saka kami nagdasal at tahimik na kumain
Sa mga susunod na araw marami ng magbabago sa amin ng asawa ko.
