Faythe was soaring above the crow's nest, keeping watch with Usopp. She witnessed some seagulls up above so she decided to soar along side them.
"Still nothing, Usopp?" Luffy called out from the lower deck.
Usopp surveyed the area with his binoculars, "Yup. Still nothing."
Zoro had his hands on his hips as he looked out to the sea, "It can't be that far, right? That monkey-dude did call this area his turf after all."
Nami had her hands clasped together behind her back as she felt the wind brush through her short locks, "Yeah, it should be close. The climate's stabilized for a while now, so we should be in Jaya's climate zone."
Luffy was laying back on the ship's figure head, "Jaya must be a spring island."
"Feels nice and warm..." Chopper commented, siting on the rails. He looked up watching Faythe and the seagulls fly above the ship, "What a lovely spring day. Even the seagulls look happy. Faythe-san too."
Faythe was casually twirling around until she felt the sudden urge to dive straight down. Her eyes darted west as she saw oncoming bullets soar straight at the birds, along with her.
She flew in a full loop in the air dodging one.
The rest of the birds were shot down.
Chopper watched as the seagulls landed right on the lower deck in front of him, "AGHHHH! THEY'VE BEEN SHOT!" He panicked, as he looked up in the sky to see Faythe dive straight down and transform back into her human body.
"Oh! Faythe are you good?" Luffy asked as he watched her brush some blood droplets that landed on her when they were shot.
Faythe glanced up at her Captain, "Yeah, I'm fine, I just dodged whatever was shot at us. Perfectly, A-Ok, Cap'."
Luffy nodded with a thumbs up, "Let's have some grilled-bird!" he looked down at the seagulls.
"S... SHOT!? But I didn't hear anything even close to a gunshot!" Usopp called out from the crow's nest.
Faythe thought for a moment, "Either they had a silencer on they're gun, or they're a sniper. Or maybe it's because they were too far away."
Chopper had pulled out a pair of tweezers and pulled out a bullet from one of the dying seagulls, "Look! Bullets! Judging from the direction they were flying in, the shots were fired in the direction we're sailing!"
Nami began to shield her eyes from the sun as she glanced at the sea in front of us, laughing she said, "What, you think they were shot from an island we can't even see yet? That's just silly, Chopper."
"BUT I WAS WATCING THE BIRDS ALL THIS TIME!" Chopper raised his hoofs, trying to get it through to her.
Luffy picked up the seagulls by their feet and started dashing towards the kitchen, "Sanji! Seagull-meat!"
Faythe picked up Chopper and patted his head, "It's alright, I believe you, along with Usopp. I mean, anything could happen on the Grand Line." She smiled at the tiny reindeer in her arms. Chopper smiled up at the red head, his eyes glowing with admiration.
Usopp nodded, "Faythe's right about the Grand Line, ha... That'd have to be one hell of a sniper with one hell of a gun and one hell of an eyesight! I'm sure those birds were shot while someplace else and only happened to fall down now."

"Whoa!"
"AWESOME! THAT LOOKS LIKE ONE FUN TOWN TO ME!"
Everyone was up in the front of the ship, all trying to get a good look at the island.
"Whoa, it looks like a mini-resort...!" Usopp exclaimed.
"A resort!?" Chopper practically glowed.
Luffy sat on top of Merry's head, slapping it, "Faster, Merry!"
Nami held her hand over her eyes, "You're right! I'd love to go and take it easy for a little while."
Faythe sighed a crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing into the town. Zoro glanced at Faythe and leaned down to her height, beside her, "Anything we need to know before we start rushing right in?"
Faythe smirked a bit, "Nah, just a bunch of cocky bastards who don't know what about to come right at 'em." She shrugged her shoulders, earning her a snicker from the green headed man.
Usopp then commented something that caught everyone's attention, "Is it just me or are the ships docked at port all pirate ships?"
Nami giggled innocently as she smacked Usopp's shoulder playfully, "Don't be silly, Usopp! There's no way pirate ships would brazenly dock right in front of the town!"
Usopp rubbed his head in a weak chuckle, "Hahaha... I guess you're right!"
"MURDER!"
Chopper, Nami, and Usopp all started sobbing in horror at the scream from the island, all knowing what was to come, "What's wrong with this town..." They said in unison.
"Ah... Nothing seems better than a pirate ridden town. Welp time to show them whose boss!" Faythe held a fist up.
Nami and Usopp came twirling around and both smacked her in the head, "OH NO YOU DON'T!"

As the ship docked Luffy and Zoro both jumped off with excited grins while the scared trio all looked at Faythe hopeful. But the latter only gave them a grin and jumped off, following her Captain and first mate.
Luffy had one hand in his pocket and the other securing his hat, his same grin spreading across his face, "Lotta people here."
Zoro also walked up behind Luffy, with a hand in his pocket, a grin also painted on his face, "Seems like a pretty fun town."
Faythe snickered at the two, "I wonder if there's some bakery's around here."
As the trio of idiots walk off towards the bustling streets, filled with argue and laughter, they heard Nami calling out to them, "WAIT! Luffy! Fae! Zoro!"
Faythe turned around grinning and offering her a hand. She caught up to them and took Faythe's arm as they continued walking.

Nami crossed her arms and gave the three of them a stern look, "Good! That's a promise, you three!"
Faythe just patted Nami's hand, which was holding onto her arm securely, "Don't worry Nami, I'm sure we can keep a promise."
Luffy nodded, "Uh huh."
Zoro just zoned out looking ahead, "Uh huh."
Nami just let out a loud sigh, What's with that uninterested reply!? The moment you start trouble in this town, we won't be able to stay here any longer! That means we can't go to the sky either!"
"Yeah, yeah." Zoro glanced over at some stands near them.
Nami let out a frustrated huff and leaned her head on Faythe's shoulder for comfort. Faythe only chuckled and patted the girl's head, "It's fine Nami. They won't get in any fights."
"Your truly my only ally, Fae..." Nami let out a relaxed sigh.
"Yes, yes." Faythe hummed, with a small snicker. She glanced at the boys and saw them staring at the two ladies, "What? You need some comfort pats too?"
Luffy's eyes glowed for a second, "Yes, I mean-" He was then smacked by Zoro who looked at Nami with a slight glare, "He means we're fine, we don't need any comfort." He huffed and carried on with Luffy following close behind, rubbing his poor head.

Walking into an open space, they were met with a fairly large fellow in a fur covered coat. His face faint in sickness as he started coughing up a dangerous amount of blood. on both his eyelids were blue tattooed music notes. And a black floppy hat sat on his head. He laid on his side limp. A fairly massive, lightly blue toned horse stood next to him.
"Huh? Who's he!?" Nami stood behind Faythe worriedly.
Luffy leaned forward curiously, "Look, he fell off his horse."
Zoro nodded in agreement, "Yeah, he fell of his horse."
"Wow... Is he an idiot?" Faythe raised a brow. She glanced around them to see some onlookers laugh at the sickly pale man. He then started hacking up blood again.
"He's coughing up blood." Luffy observed.
"Yeah, he's coughing up blood." Zoro nodded again.
"He's gonna die soon." Faythe stated bluntly.
The sick man slowly turned over and weakly motioned to the two boys, "You two... I'm sorry but... Could you help me get back up...?"
Zoro gave the man an incredulous look, "You just don't want to stand up on your own, don't you?"
After the whole trouble of hauling the surprisingly heavy man. He apologized for the trouble he caused them, "Whew... Finally back on my horse..."
"Are you good Mister..?" Faythe asked with furrowed brows.
The man looked down at the red head with a weak smile, he looked like was struggling to sit up straight, "My body's been fragile ever since I was born... Pant... Pant... Let's go, Stronger."
After moving forward just one step, the horse began to spit up blood, nearly collapsing in his spot, "THE HORSE IS SICK TOO!?" Nami shrieked in shock.
"Did he call his horse... Stronger..??" Faythe rubbed her chin in thought.
Luffy hummed in agreement, "I'm afraid his naming skills are even more concerning than Nami's."
Zoro snickered, "That, my friends, I would have to agree on."
Nami instantly smacked all three, "THAT'S WHAT WORRYING YOU GUYS!?"
The sickly looking lad leaned on his horse and held out a basket of fruit shakily, "Allow me to thank you... Here, have an apple..." His voice sounded forced and raspy.
"Yeah, that totally ain't suspicious. Move along, buddy." Zoro stated bluntly.
"Free apples? Thanks a bunch!" Luffy gratefully took a bite from a random apple, "WOW! This is good! Hey, Fae, try this one!" He handed the same apple he bit into towards the red head.
She took a bite and her eyes brightened, "OHH! Your right!"
"DON'T EAT THEM, YOU IDIOTS!" Zoro gawked at the two.
Faythe gave the man a pout, "Hey! I'm not a idiot! I'm just.. hungry." She shrugged.
"You totally half assed your answer didn't you." Nami sweat dropped.
"Yes." Faythe took another bite from the apple and tossed the rest over to Luffy, who gladly finished it off.
A sudden blast sounded off behind them, a nearby shop seemed to have exploded for some strange reason, "GAHHHHH!"
"HUH!? WHAT HAPPENED!?"
"There was this weird guy just now, who was offering some free apples, but when people bit into them... 5 PEOPLE JUST BLEW UP IN FRONT OF MY EYES!"
"THIS IS INSANE!"
"THE WHOLE STORE'S A BLOODY MESS NOW!"
Luffy and Faythe slowly turned to each other, both making a face of disbelief, "Eh?"
"WHA...!?" Nami's face paled drastically.
At the corner of Faythe's eye, she witnessed the sickly man grin a bit, which had sent involuntary shivers down her spine.
Luffy latched his arms onto Faythe's shoulder's shaking her violently, "OI! FAE! SPIT THE APPLE BACK UP! YOU MIGHT EXPLODE!"
Faythe was starting to get dizzy at this point, a very nautious.
Nami then grabbed Luffy by the throat, strangling him, "YOU TOO! COUGH UP THOSE APPLES THIS INSTANT!"
Luffy's face was morphed into one that looked like he was having a stroke, "Gahh! Urp! I-It's... Passed down my throat already!"
Faythe fell down to her knees, "Maybe you, but I might have a high chance of barfing it back up..." She kneeled over, her hands covering her mouth, trying not to puke on the spot.
Zoro was busy shouting out the one responsible for the fruits in the first place, his hands steadily unsheathing one of his swords, "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE PLAYING AT!?"
The sickly man only chuckled pitifully, "Ahahaha... Ha... Cough! Don't worry... If he picked the wrong one, he would've died along with that lady on the first bite..." He panted out.
Luffy stood up straight, with Nami helping Faythe lean on her.
"You're... Haha... Cough! Cough!" A devious smile curled on his lips, "A real lucky one..."

"WHAT'S WITH THIS TOWN!?" Nami huffed out a complaint as she rubbed her fingers up and down Faythe's back, soothingly.
"Thanks, Nami, but you don't need to worry too much about it.." The red head smiled.
"Eh, don't lose your head over it, Nami." Luffy stared in front of them as they passed a couple of pirates, shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly.
"DON'T LOSE MY HEAD!? DO YOU REALIZE YOU WERE ONE APPLE AWAY FROM LOSING YOURS AND FAE'S HEAD!" Nami hugged Faythe's head close to her collar bone, patting her almost preciously.
"These things happen." Luffy rolled his eyes.
"NO THEY DON'T!" She retaliated, "I'm beginning to doubt we can even find any proper info in a town as weird as this...!"
"He's beat another one!"
"That wrestling champion again..!?"
"How many people does that man now?"
"And it's not like he's even someone with a price on his head... Just who the hell is he...?"
"Best not get involved with him..."
Faythe glanced back up to a tower on the side of a shop. And on that tower was a wrestling like man laughing up at the sky with his arms raised victoriously. For some reason that annoyed the hell out of her.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The wrestler roared out a laugh as he defeated yet another weak pirate.
The trio of fighters in the crew turned to glare up at the wrestler, "Champion...?" They said in unison. Almost taking that as a invite in provoking them.
"WHAT'RE YOU GETTIN' RILED UP FOR!?" Nami shouted out at the three crewmates.

They continued walking down the street and turn the corner to see hotel of sorts that sat on wooden decks on the sea. Even after seeing multiple other hotels.
"What about this place then...?" Zoro motioned at the hotels.
Luffy looked around with his hands in his pocket, "It's not too noisy here."
Nami nodded, "Yeah, it's actually quiet."
Faythe looked out in pure amazement, "Hotels can be on the water...?" She looked over at the water as they walked onto the wooden deck, branching out to other rooms.
Nami gazed at the curious red head an grinned a bit, taking out a camera and taking a picture of Faythe crouching down on the edge and looking down at her reflection, "That's 500 belis from Corbett..." She muttered and hid the camera back in her bag. Zoro glanced at her with a raised brow.
"I guess even a town as wild as here has a place like this." Nami commented, "Look at all these villas... It's like a floating ocean resort..."
Luffy took the lead as they crossed the wooden deck bridge, with the others following curiously, "I don't see any people around, but I can sure smell something good.."
Faythe muffled a giggle, "So it was your hunger that led us here?"
A anxious looking man who kept moving his head around in a worrying speed, had quickly made a nervous dash over to the group, "S-Sir's...? You can't just come in here without any permission! T-This is very troubling for me!"
This gained everyone's attention as they watched his nervously rubbed his clammy hands together, "Our 'Tropical Hotel', is currently rented out entirely to the Bellamy Pirates."
Zoro looked at the many buildings surrounding them on the water, "Hotel? This is a hotel?"
Faythe raised a finger, "I guessing each building is a separate room."
The nervous looking man who Faythe believed was the manager started sweating bullets as he tried to usher them out, "I-If Bellamy were to s-s-see you here, It'll be disastrous! So please leave the premises now if you will-" He was cut off my Luffy.
"What's the big deal? We're just looking around."
Nami had her hands on her hips, "Who's this Bellamy?"
"What's wrong?"
The manager made a nervous squeal at the approaching voice, "EEK!"
Turning around they saw two people approaching them from the entrance.
"Who the hell are these dirty little shits?" The man of the two scowled as he gazed down at the group. He was adorned with a gold chained necklace and a fluffy white trench coat, it a tinted a bit in the lavender side though to Faythe's opinion. He wore a gold belt that had the same emblem as the tattoo on his exposed chest. His pants were an ugly magenta color striped with the same lavender color at his coat. He wore purple tinted razors, to cover his eyes. His partner was some side chick with blonde hair, with some matching cloths as in the same colored fur coat and sun glasses with a dark pink bandana on her head.
Faythe then started to wonder if fur coats were popular in this town.
"M-m-mister Sarquiss! I... Umm... No- These three are..." The manager sputtered out as he tried to think of an excuse.
"I don't care what your excuses are so just drive them out already! How much do you think we're paying to rent out this whole place!?" The blonde side chick started acting prissy.
"That's right!" The light blue haired dude, which she assumes in 'Mr. Sarquiss', had his right arm around the blonde's shoulder, "Beat it, kid...!"
Luffy looked up at them both as they stopped right in front of him. He then turns to Nami with a blank face, pointing his thumb behind him at the man, "Hey, can I kick his ass?"
Faythe nodded beside him, "Can I smack a bitch while he's at it?"
"NO!" Nami instantly shut down they're requests.
'Mr. Sarquiss' starts laughing at the two, "Some real jokers, aren'cha?" He gave them a hard stare, "You think you can kick my ass...!?"
"Ye-" Zoro had instantly covered Faythe's mouth before she could retort.
The light blue haired man, pulled out some pocket change from his pocket and threw it at they're feet, "What a bunch of ragamuffins. Here, get yourself something decent to wear."
"Sarquiss! The money's wasted on them." The blonde chick squabbled out in her high prissy voice.
"Yeah, I guess it'd have been better to wipe my ass with those bills!"
Faythe stared down at the money and felt the skin on her back ache a bit. She felt some of her feathers grow out a bit and start ruffling. She felt the need to tear something up as her hand twitched. They acted so much like those people...
Nami glanced at Faythe worriedly seeing her dark glare.
Luffy wasn't paying attention, as he smiled down at the money, "Really? You're giving it to me?"
Nami quickly scowled at her Captain's reaction and grabbed him by the face, "Come on! We're leaving this lousy place!" She was growing more pissed the more time they stood there. Zoro rubbed is his head without a care and followed after them, after he gave Faythe a side glance as she stood there with clenched fists.
"Ow ow oww... I can walk on my own...!" Luffy muffled out.
Sarquiss threw his hands up, laughing at their reactions, "What, don't need the money? AHAHAHA!" He then turned his attention to Faythe who was obviously glaring at him, "What? You wanna have some fun?"
Faythe raised her hackles and scowled at the man, her only reply to him was spitting at the money at her feet, "I'd rather see you go fuck yourself then hang around with you, asshole." She pulled out the middle finger on him and flipped her bangs out of her face gracefully while stalking away.
