he felt as if these eyes were waiting for an eternity to see someone.
as Xie Lian turned his gaze to that of those crimson eyes , he saw a tall dashing young man with flawless facial features appearing as if god himself had sculpted his face leaving no traces of flaws, he appeared to be in his late twenties. Dressed in a crimson red shirt paired with pitch black jeans and his black boots completed his look. As Xie Lian locked his eyes with that man's gaze with no intension of looking away , he saw a slight luminescence appearing from his ever so sculpted his hands , what seemed to be a ring , but it seemed as if there was a crimson flower engraved on his silver ring , which caught Xie Lian's attention as it was Xie Lian's favorite flower ; cape jasmines .
" XIE LIAN ! XIE LIAN !" Xie lian snapped back to reality returning his gaze to his friend, who seemed to be shouting his name constantly .
" Yes, what is it Shi?" Xie Lian replied in a relaxed tone.
" Why are you staring at that guy , you interested in him? not gonna lie he is dashing. " Shi Qingxuan asked him with a slight smirk on his face.
Upon hearing the remark Xie Lian's cheeks had a slight flush suggesting he was quite embarrassed .
"NO! i was just um , i was just umm.." Xie Lian replied in a panic.
A wider grin appeared on Shi QingXuan's face , he knew that his friend was interested in the guy.
" What the hell are you guys talking about?" asked a familiar voice .
"Feng Xin we were just having some drinks and talking about something." Xie Lian replied.
"WAIT , IS THAT YOU SHI QINGXUAN ?" a voice came from right beside where that guy with the crimson eyes was seated.
Shi QingXuan turned to that man who appeared to be dressed in all black accompanied by a black leather jacket with knee high black boots. Wearing a white watch completing his casual club look.
" HE XUAN?, OMG ITS BEEN SO LONG . " Shi QingXuan exclaimed while practically jumping on He Xuan .
It was definitely a sight to witness , to Xie Lian's surprise he never really saw Shi QingXuan act that way around others . He had that ever so sparkling aura but he definitely wasn't a loose cannon.
" Long time no see eh ? Shi QingXuan ." He Xuan said in a calm yet poised tone and what seemed a slight smile appeared on his face.
" WELL OF COURSE ITS BEEN 7 YEARS SINCE WE LAST SAW EACH OTHER , AFTER HIGH SCHOOL WE NEVER REALLY SAW EACH OTHER." Shi QingXuan replied ever so cheerfully with a smile on his face.
" Are you guys supposedly old acquaintances?" Xie Lian inquired in a calm tone.
" Yes we are Xie Lian , we both were best friends in high school , after our graduation we never really met because we had chosen different streams , i chose to study psychology while He Xuan chose marine biology." Shi QingXuan replied.
" Well that is absolutely correct." He Xuan remarked.
" Oh so you are the one studying marine biology , Feng Xin told me about , i heard some of the other Uni students were coming too." Xie Lian said.
"Yeah i guess we might have some mutuals with your friend, we also have someone from the prestigious art uni . " He Xuan replied.
He Xuan pointed towards the guy dressed in red , which peaked Xie Lian's curiosity but he dare wouldn't let it show.
" This is my best friend Hua Cheng he is majoring in Sculpture , painting and poetry , quite the artistic guy if you ask me." He Xuan said in ever so prideful tone being proud of his best friend.
" Shut up." Hua cheng replied in an ever so domineering pitch.
" Wait don't tell me he is from THAT WEALTHY CHENG FAMILY OF INDUSTRIALISTS ?" Shi QingXuan asked in pure surprise.
"Well well someone is quite knowledgeable I see , yes he is the youngest heir of the Hua family." He Xuan replied.
Shi QingXuan gasped ever so dramatically," OH MY GOD , NOW WE KNOW ANOTHER GUY WHO IS RICH AS HELL."
"Who is the other one ?"He Xuan inquired with slight curiosity in his tone.
" WELL WELL GIVE ME A DRUM ROLL" Shi QingXuan said in an ever so excited tone . He pointed towards Xie Lian ," OUR VERY OWN XIE LIAN FROM THE PRESTIGIOUS XIE FAMILY OF DOCTORS."
" Wait are you insinuating he is from that LIAN family? holy shit." He Xuan replied while being startled .
" hehe , that is me ." Xie Lian chuckled ever so slightly in embarrassment with one of his hands behind his head.
Xie Lian then felt that gaze again , but he didn't turn that way , but Shi QingXuan noticed it, Shi QingXuan daren't wouldn't miss this chance, he knew how much that guy had peaked Xie Lian's interest as Xie Lian's eyes were locked on him ever since they came here .
Shi QingXuan instantly took the chance and asked," He Xuan let's go dance , its been so long , come on let's go , U TWO BUTT BUDDIES COME TOO." pointing at Mu Qing and Feng Xin.
Both Fing Xin and Mu Qing gave deathly stares to Shi QingXuan as if they were gonna bury him right here and now and make sure no one can find his ever so pathetic remains. But those stares didn't matter to Shi QingXuan as he practically dragged the three to the dance floor . He gave a wink to Xie Lian as if he was hinting him to make a move, which made Xie Lian confused as he couldn't understand the gesture.
Xie Lian walked over to where Hua Cheng was seated, drinking what seemed to be cognac, in an ever so superior demeanor . He sat down and couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity with the male, as if he had shared a long acquaintanceship with him , he couldn't think of a way to strike a conversation whatsoever . As he was quite bad with socializing .
" Are you studying psychology too?" the man right beside him asked in a soft tone while smiling ever so slightly . Having no intension of having even a hint of rudeness in his tonality.
" Yes i am , I am studying psychology in Peking Uni, anyways i am Xie Lian it is quite nice to meet you Hua Cheng" Xie Lian replied in a polite tone.
"i prefer you call me San Lang."
