(9 weeks later)
I'm now 7 months pregnant 27 weeks to the exact let me tell you it's a nightmare
Poor Alex is walking on eggshells around me once minute I'm happy next I'm sad or angry
I've been having pelvic pain a lot aswell as backache
My boobs were huge Alex can't stop looking at them aswell as my baby bump that was humongous
My hands and feet were always swollen and I've been having hot flushes and always out of breath
I was laying in bed my new favourite thing to do admiring my bump I could feel my daughter moving around in there I shouted Alex over he always loved watching her move around or kick my belly
"Wha' yeh alright babeh"Alex asked I nodded
"She's moving"I smiled Alex laid down beside me placing a hand on my bare bump
"Oh sheh kicked"Alex exclaimed with a wide smile on his face
"Does it hurt"he always asked this question I found it so cute when he asked
"No baby it feels weird by it doesn't hurt"I smiled Alex nodded
"I can't wait teh meet her"Alex sighed happily
"Me too I bet she'll look like you"I giggled Alex shook his head
"No shehs gunna beh as gorgeous as her Mummeh"Alex smiled pecking my lips
"No she's going to look like her daddy"I protested
"Mooch yeh wanna bet"Alex smirked
"Not betting money mister"I chuckled Alex smirked only grew wider
"Who said anything about moneh"he replied kissing my neck until we were interrupted by the door
Making us groan in annoyance
I got up to open the door to find Courtney with polly and Jamie Matt Andy and Nick all waiting to be let in
"Hello guys I didn't know you were coming today"I smiled
"Thought weh would surprise yeh bof"Jamie said letting himself in
As well as the rest
"Look at you Lucy you bump is so cute"Courtney squealed placing polly into her pram that Andy was pushing
"It's so annoying my back is in agony"i chuckled
"Well no' long now eh"Nick chimed in
"Yeah well I'm on my third trimester now seven months about 27 weeks so around Erm 13 weeks till my due date"I replied
"Fookin buzzin"Alex giggled entering the living room with some drinks non alcoholic of course everyone doesn't want to drink alcohol around me because I obviously can't have any and they think it's not fair that they drink and I can't but I don't know how many times I told them I don't mind at all
It's now January Alex's birthday had past I got him a new acoustic guitar and a new journal just incase he runs out of space and I bought him a super daddy pyjama set which he loves so much
We also went on a date in his birthday to the cinema and a nice restaurant since it was his seventh I told him to go out with the lads and enjoy himself but he went against it he's words were
"I'd rather spend mEh 17th wif mEh gorgeous girlfriend and mEh unborn babeh" making me smile a toothy smile
(February 27th 2003)
I'm closer to my due date May 11th Alex was very supportive he released the bands demo album beneath the broadwalk and now in the middle of recording their debut album what ever people say I am that's what I'm not
That would be released about when the baby's a year old Alex said
My mum and Izzy have been coming over every day for almost a month since I can't barely walk as it is
My dad tried to contact me through my mum but my mum didn't tell him a thing without my permission I didn't want to talk to him
I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy and he wasn't there when I needed my father so he can get lost
Me and Alex are preparing for the baby coming him and my mum went to our local Tesco to by all sorts of nappy's and baby milk since I'm still debating on breastfeeding or not
"Is tha' all weh need"Alex asked
"It should be oh we need a dummy"I gasped
"I'll go get one now cause weh end up forgettin"Alex chuckled grabbing his coat then heading back out into cold rainy Sheffield
"You excited Lucy"my mum squealed making me giggle holding my bump
"Extremely I can't wait till this back pains away"I chuckled
"I'm so proud of you"my mum started to tear up making me and Izzy tear up
"Oh mum"I sobbed hugging her as the three of us cried
(Alex's POV)
I ran to the corner shop since I knew they sold dummies since me and Lucy had to get one when we were babysitting polly
"Hello Alex"Marco smiled I looked at the dummies or pacifiers at the side of the counter
"Joost one of them dummies mate"I asked pointing over to the dummies
"Of course son how's Lucy and the baby"Marco asked
"Yeah Lucy's fine shehs joost got back pain and the babehs due in a couple of weeks"I smiled
Marco rang the dummies
"Just £1 son"Marco smiled
"Thanks Marco"i replied
"When the baby's here make sure to let me see you all what's she having"he asked
"It's a girl and weh will don't worreh"i chuckled
"You got a name for her"Marco asked
"Weh were finking about Rhiannon"I smiled
"Tell Lucy I were asking her her"Marco shouted as I were about to leave the shop
"Will do"I shouted back
I ran back to mine and Lucy's house the rain was pouring down
After 5 minutes I finally made it home to find Lucy's mum Donna, Lucy and Izzy all cuddling crying their eyes out
Donna lifted her head up and saw me
"Join the hug al"Donna said I sat beside my girlfriend wrapping my arms around her
"Yeh alright"I asked them they all nodded pulling away
"Just happy tears"they all laughed
(Lucy's POV)
My mum made us all dinner I sat on the couch my feet resting on Alex's lap as he massaged my feet
"We should pack the bag tonight"I mumbled sleepily to Alex
"But yeh no' due till the 11th"Alex chuckled
"The baby can come earlier than that or later"I laughed Alex remembered that I told him that ages ago
"Oh yeah fookin hell"Alex chuckled Izzy was in the kitchen with my mum chatting Alex kept rubbing my feet
"Tell yeh Wha' tonight I'll give Yeh mEh special massage"he smirked
"Well I could use a back massage but I can lie on my stomach so when the baby's born I expect the best back massage of all time"I stated
"I'll give Yeh more than a back massage babeh"Alex smirked I rolled my eyes at him
My mum came in with two plates with spaghetti Bolognese
"Thanks mum"I said as she handed me my plate
"Fanks Donna"Alex smiled to my mum
"No problem dears"my mum replied Izzy had hers and my mums we ate in the living room watching eastenders
After I was finished with my food I tried to get up without falling back into the couch Alex grabbed my plate
"I'll take it in yeh joost watch tha'"Alex chuckled lightly pecking my lips before making his way into the kitchen
"Alex just leave them on the sink I'll clean them"Izzy shouted
"Yeh sure I don't mind cleaning them"Alex replied
"Don't be daft"she chuckled Alex made his way back to me
He sat beside me I ended laying my head on his lap Alex started playing with my hair soon enough I fell asleep on his lap
"Come on Lucy luv let's go teh bed"Alex chuckled i slowly opened my eyes
"Where's mum"I mumbled like a child
"Sheh left an hour ago"Alex chuckled I slowly got off Alex's lap so he could help me up from the couch
"Come on babeh"Alex whispered guiding me to the bedroom I yawned loudly
"Alex I love you"I sleepily mumbled Alex smiled Alex pulled me into a sweet and passionate kiss
"I luv yeh so so much"Alex mumbled against my lips making me grin
"How about that massage"I giggled Alex smirked

(Later that night)
I woke up with nothing on Alex was still asleep I checked the alarm clock next to me to see it was
4:36am
'Why do I wake up in the middle of the night' I thought to myself
Alex turned to face me he was awake aswell
"Yeh alright babeh"Alex said placing a hand on my bump
"Yeah just keep waking up in the middle of the night"i sighed
"Could you pass my nightdress and some pants"i chuckled Alex got up from the bed he wasn't wearing anything making me chuckle
"Wha' no' like yeh haven't seen anyfing before"he chuckled handing me my maternity nightdress and some fresh pants
He helped me into them he wasn't looking at me sexually he was just helping me with my clothes since having a huge bump limited you a good bit
"Yer mum said when the babehs born like after a few weeks or summut sheh said sheh can babehsit and weh have a night out like the old times"Alex mumbled climbing into bed beside me
"I'd love that"I giggled Alex spooned me from behind then I felt the baby kick
"It feel fookin weird when sheh kicks"Alex chuckled sleepily
"Try having her kick inside you then you'll know what weird is"I giggled snuggling closer to Alex
Soon enough we drifted to sleep
I woke up at 1:30pm Alex must've left for work or band practice I had penny and David coming over today no reason in particular I didn't mind I love penny and David
I quickly got into a shower luckily my shower wasn't one of those ones that were in a bathtub once I showered I quickly throw on some maternity joggers and a extremely oversized jumper I bought at the men's section at primark
I made myself some tea and sat and watch some 'only fools and horses' one of my many favourites
Then there was a knock on the door
"Come in the doors open"I shouted knowing it was penny and David
"Lucy hello luv"penny exclaimed coming over to hug me
"Hello penny"I giggled hugging her back
"How's the cheeky monkey"David asked referring to the baby
"She's great not long now I'm too excited"I chuckled
"Alex been behaving"David asked
David always tells Alex to not piss me off and to Treat me like a queen but Alex doesn't need to he's done so much for me
Just as I was about to open my mouth someone was knocking on my door
Penny said she'll attend to it
She came back with a very upset Courtney
"Court what's wrong"I asked she sat beside me sobbing her heart out
"A-Andy cheated on me"she sobbed my eyes popped out my head
"Oh my god Courtney I'm so sorry"I said Hugging her
"I'm sorry I didn't know penny and David are here I'm sorry"Courtney sobbed
"Don't worry about us luv"penny smiled hugging Courtney aswell
"Lucy luv we need to go see nana Turner anyway so we'll be back some point next week"penny smiled give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek David did the same
"I'll see you both later love you"I called to penny and David
"Right what happened"I asked
"Andy cheated on me with lots of girls we got into an argument today and he told me he shagged a load of them"she sobbed I felt anger run through me
"Where is he the now he's not getting away with this"I yelled not at Courtney of course but no one is doing that to my best friend over my dead body
"No you can't the baby"she said trying to calm me down
Alex came home once I calmed down
"Courtney didn't kno' yeh were coming todaeh yeh alright"Alex asked
"No she's not Andys being a slag"I said
"Wha' I'm so sorreh court I had no idea"Alex gasped hugging her
"I hate him"she sobbed
After Courtney calmed down she left to go home
Leaving me and Alex in our house
"How was work baby"I smiled
"Were alright joost jack mEh work mate got the sack for stealing records"Alex chuckled making me chuckle
"Well then"I chuckled I wasn't quite expecting that
"How was yer daeh babeh"Alex asked me
"Yeah good your mum and dad come over then Courtney came sobbing her heart out then your mum and dad left to see your nana and I comforted court trying my best not to go and fight Andy and now I'm here with my baby"I smiled wrapping my arms around Alex snuggling against him
"I say we get a takeaway tonight a chippy"i announced
"Yes"Alex chuckled grabbing the phone and dialling the chip shop number ordering our food
Once our food came and we ate me and Alex laid in bed watching Disney movies well Alice in the wonderland my favourite Disney movie of all time
Soon enough I heard Alex snoring I looked up giggling I grabbed my Polaroid camera snapping a photo of Alex I waited until the picture was developed then placed it inside my top drawer smiling at the new memory I snapped
