CHAPTER 13 - AND THUS SET FORTH THE 'VOYAGERS' ONTO THE JOURNEY

"Oh wow...!" Bellamy said in slight awe when he saw the sheer number of survivors, even though they're only fifteen people in total including Theodore and Susan, but each of them looked formidable and strong in their own rights, both the Mundane and Magical kinds.
Draco sighed and said dryly, "Ohh boy. We're going to need a bigger mobile trailer."

CONTINUATION FROM LAST TIME...RIGHT ON THE SMALL CAMPSITE WHERE THE NEW GROUP OF SURVIVORS ARE...
It was quite a shock, albeit a little, upon meeting the new group of survivors. But Draco and Bellamy are glad to see them and they will be accepted and added into their group back at the cabin where they came from.
With Draco's previous statement about needing a bigger trailer upon the magically enchanted mobile one, it was definitely an understatement--of sorts.
Seeing that in addition with the fifteen new people, mixed of Magical and Mundane kinds, it seemed a lot for all of them to fit inside the magical trailer vehicle that Draco knew that it needed to be modified again to be bigger and longer for them to comfortably fit in when they continue on their long journey in the future.
Even though this group has their own vehicle, which there are two and they are a large family-type van and a pick-up truck of the kind, it looked like they have been long out of commission like it ran out of gas or broke down.
Draco figured that he and Murphy will be able to fix that upon bringing these vehicles back to the cabin. But then he was caught completely by surprise again when Bellamy suddenly exclaimed. "Oh my God! Nate! Is that really you!?"
One of the survivors of this new group, who was one of the two guards looking out on their campsite, blinked and stared at Bellamy with shocked recognition like he knows him. "I'll be damned! Bellamy Blake?! I can't believe it's you, man! You're alive!"
Bellamy and this man called 'Nate' hugged each other in a brotherly embrace and laughed like it's been too long since they've seen each other and just as they were about to catch up on how they survived since the monster apocalypse happened, Draco interrupted them with a sound, "Ahem!"
Bellamy blinked and then blushed upon forgetting about his companion when the blond man cocked a brow at them as he asked calmly, "I'm guessing you two know each other?"
Bellamy introduced his friend who blinked in confusion at the blond male that seemed to poise himself like he's a noble aristocrat. Bellamy said, "This is Nathan Miller, one of my best friends."
"But you can call me Nate, man," Nathan said with a friendly smile, thinking instantly that this blond man is another new friend of his old buddy and reached out a hand at him.
Draco would have refused because of his suspicious paranoia against new people and strangers but seeing that this is another friend of Bellamy's besides Murphy, he trusted him and returned the gesture to shake his hand in greeting. He nodded dimly as he replied, "A pleasure to meet you. So--Theodore, aren't you going to introduce the others that are in your group besides our fellow Mages?"
Theodore nodded but then he became wary and cautious when it comes to one of the Mages, who is Victoria Crabbe, and he saw, much to his relief, that she's just standing in the back and waiting by in a polite manner until introductions were made and done before she gets her turn into confronting the blond male Mage, that is Draco. But then Draco noticed with a slightly confused blink that the mundane man, who is Nathan Miller, seemed to be reverently staring at Theodore like he has a deep romantic crush on him.
One by one, Theodore and Susan introduced the others, minus the people have already known that were their former schoolmates from the previous world, who are Padma Patil, Anthony Goldstein, and Vincent Crabbe's younger sister, Victoria.
The two 'Sparks' among their group are introduced first, and one of them is a blind woman with long fiery red hair and blank daze-like sky blue eyes named Aria Hawke, and despite her blindness, she has gifted keen senses, which was believed that it must be her special magic powers also helping her sense the entire surroundings and world around her. It also seemed like this blind woman Aria Hawke is also gifted with a unique magical ability that can make her sense something beyond human comprehension, similar to Luna's special abilities like they're both Seers but in a slightly different way than normal.
The other Spark is a muscled male named Wolfe and that's his only name for he admitted his kind of story about himself before, that when the meteor struck and affected the whole world upon creating the monsters and causing mutation radiation sickness that decimated nearly entirely the human population and everything--he got affected by the monster meteor but in a different way that it somehow activated his dormant magic powers and gave him added abilities, transforming him into a shape-shifter, which he can only turn into a big wolf but in a very large size like a horse. However, his magical kind of abilities upon being released from his dormancy and turning the man into a Spark came with a price. And that is memory loss about who this man truly was from his entire past before until the monster apocalypse happened. The only thing the man knows is just his simple name, which is 'Wolfe' that he only remembers but in a vague way. Wolfe wasn't freaked out about himself when he discovered that he has magic powers and can turn himself and transform shape-shifting into a giant wolf and he survived and had lived through the monster apocalypse since then with Aria Hawke as his companion and loving partner when she found him blindly with her aura-sensing kind of ability and he took care of her, despite that she can maneuver easily through her permanent blind state of condition.
For the Mundane people, as Nathan Miller was already known and introduced, the others are only one female, who is Mel, and the remaining six of the fifteen people are male, who are Wells Jaha, Atom, Drew, Riley, John Mbege, and lastly Sterling, who is Mel's brother-like friend.
Draco and Bellamy nodded in greeting to each and every one of the people in this new survivor group but Bellamy frowned deeply in thought like he somehow recognized the name of the man that is Wells Jaha. However, he'll think on that later, when the others started asking the two of them about their group, where they are staying, and how they have survived this long and so far.
The two of them gave their short but explanatory versions of their stories about how their group had survived and lived through the monster apocalypse up until they're all living at the abandoned cabin they found and cleaned up to make it cozy and homey for them, and they're staying there for an unknown temporary time limit of sorts before they decided to make their final decision on leaving again and continue on with their long journey.
Even though the only people in the group that have doubts or suspicions about Draco and Bellamy are just the man Wells Jaha and the female mage Victoria Crabbe, which the latter one just has a deep grudge against the blond mage when he had noticed but tried to ignore the dagger-glaring gaze from her, the others trusted them instantly and accepted the offer into joining with their group and unite together so they can all journey and survive through this harrowing monster-infested apocalyptic world.
It didn't take long for them to tow a secure line from the magic trailer with their two broken-down vehicles as they are bringing it along, and it was easy to pack up all of their belongings and got the survivors settled into the vehicles with Draco driving and leading the way, returning to the cabin.
Granted, Draco and Bellamy invited them all to ride inside the magic trailer but some of them would rather ride on their tow-pulling vehicles just in case the line might break, get them separated and lost, so they'll be riding in them, and call out if it does happen.
As the line of cars from big and medium-sized kinds are driving down the road back towards the cabin where the other group of survivors is, Draco and Bellamy were silent as they were thinking deeply over the stories shared by the new group of survivors and how they lasted long and survived through the monster apocalypse since it happened. While they were pondering thoughtfully in their minds about it, Draco was not dazed enough in his deep thoughts to focus on his driving so that they won't car crash.
Among the Magical side of the Mages, their story is similar to Draco and the others, as they followed their example into leaving their former world and transport into another but they ended up in a different place far away from where they were living before. Then when the great meteor fell and the monster mutation had happened, breaking out the horrific apocalypse, Theodore and his magical group fled to other places of the world, trying to find a safe shelter but so far, they haven't found it for very long. So they were forced to use and reveal their magic powers to make their own, even with a few Mundane people around.
Fortunately, the Mundane people were too focused on running around like headless chickens, trying to get away from the mutating enlarging monsters, to notice the magical beings, until Theodore's group met up with Nathan Miller's group back then.
It was about two weeks that Theodore's group of Mages had magically fortified their temporary shelter for themselves and then saw Nathan Miller and his mundane group scouting around with small mere kind of weapons, trying to search or scavenge for any leftover food or supplies in their area. A few of the Mages had watched them, hiding behind the shadows guardedly, on alert in case they're the hostile bad kind of survivors, and it didn't take long for a few minutes for them to pity the other survivors when they show themselves to be good ones and then reveal their presence to them.
There was distrust among them when the Mages introduced themselves but then the Mundane people decided to join the magical group when they revealed their magic abilities upon saving one of them when a monster was about to sneak up from behind and munch on him, that's when Victoria Crabbe strikes out without hesitation with a magic spell to stop it from killing one of the Mundane survivors, catching them all by shock and surprise from seeing their powers.
The Mages were afraid and nervous at first, upon revealing their magic and these Mundane people might be thinking ways to exploit them for their selfish greedy benefits but they have proven themselves more worthy in their eyes when they had watched them secretly and shown that they are truly good people before.
This united group had worked together so well and their friendship bond together was very strong up until they met up with more survivors as time went on like the couple magical 'Sparks' and a few Mundane--who are Mel, Sterling, John Mbege, and Riley.
They haven't lost anyone in their survivor group since then, nor did they suffer any problems amongst themselves when two or a few of them moved on from friendship to romantic partners, such as the solid pairing between Aria Hawke and Wolfe, and a starting budding one between two pairs of Theodore Nott and Nathan Miller, and Susan Bones and Wells Jaha.
Draco wasn't at the least surprised upon one of his Slytherin housemates having a gay relationship with another guy for he had known long before that Theodore was actually gay back then. But he hid it from his family since they were a part of the domestic magical terrorists the Death Eaters and magical people who were gay, were hunted down and killed, besides the Mundane-born magical children and such. When Draco found out about it, he helped his friend hide his 'gay' status and Theodore Nott was indebted to Draco, despite that he's also part of the Death Eater circle because of his father. Draco was glad to see his friend Theo so happy in his budding relationship with Nathan Miller, as well as Bellamy when he had known long ago that his friend Nathan is gay too.
It didn't take long for them to return to the cabin and the others came out from the cabin to greet the new group of survivors, except the children who were told to stay behind and Charlotte is looking after them to ensure that they stay indoors. They exchanged polite greetings and share warm smiles and kindness to each other.
It was very sure that the new group of survivors is going to get along very well with the other one and get acquainted and closer to one another until they're a fully united solid group to be able to fight side-by-side together against any dangers or threats out there.
