"What did your brother exactly give you?"

"Not sure, I think it's just a piece of paper."

"Huh, you're right. There's nothing even written on it."

"What's it for?"

"Dunno but since Ace told me to hang onto it, that's what I'll do!"

"Well since we're on the Grand Line it could be a magic paper!"

"OOOOO Really! Magic Paper!?"

"Listen to my little sister here! That isn't a normal piece of paper." Corbett pointed at his sister.

"So it really is a magic paper??" Usopp gasped.

"I wouldn't say magic or anything.. It's just connected to Ace. Like for example, if anything happens to Ace, the paper would start burning up." Corbett shrugged his shoulders and leaned onto the rails.

"So... Magic paper." Both Faythe and Luffy said with excited grins.

"Yeah... sure." Corbett turned his head away from the two adorable teens. Not knowing how Ace and him could decide who was more cuter.

"Nami make sure to sew it on tight!" Luffy called out.

"Alright, I'll sew it in underneath the ribbon here..." Nami was pulling a thread with her teeth, making sure it was sewn in tight.

Corbett was watching the whole thing, arms crossed.

"Here." Nami handed her Captain his hat.

"Oh! Thanks, Nami! It should be safe here! Now I won't need to worry about losing it!" Luffy tightened the fit on his head.

"What, you worry?" Usopp commented, Faythe was laughing at the statement.

"Luffy, Faythe change into these." Vivi held up many layers of cloths.

"Huh? But why? It's hot outside." Luffy muttered.

"Isn't that gonna make us die??" Faythe said confused, feeling the heat fall down on her.

"You have to because it's so hot outside. The temperatures here can reach over 50 degrees. If you don't you'll get sunburnt all over." Vivi helped them understand.

"Then why're you two wearing sleeveless stuff." Luffy squinted his eyes at both girls.

"Ya, isn't that going against what you were saying moments ago?" Faythe frowned.

"We're going to be wearing additional clothing on top of this." Nami smiled.

"WHAT! YOU ARE!?" Sanji and Corbett yelled out at the same time.

Faythe looked at her brother confused, as she was going to go change into her new outfit.

Both Sanji and Corbett gripped eachother's hands in defeat about the ladies.

"Dammit... If only the sun was on our side..." Corbett had tears coming down his face.

"Then the ladies would still sparkle and radiate...!"

"Exactly!" Corbett pointed at Sanji.

The two men looked at eachother like they have found they're lost comrade.

It looked pretty dramatic.

"AHHH! I think we're going the wrong way. We're heading away from the tip of the island." Chopper shouted, catching Vivi's attention.

"Actually, this isn't the tip of the island. It's actually the mouth of the Sandora River." Vivi corrected, "You can see how the island coast continues on over on that side of the river."

"Oh, you're right."

Vivi started drawing on a old piece of paper, a rough draft of the river and surrounding lands.

"Look, this is a rough map of the region here I sketched just now. Our destination is here! We'll exit from the mouth of Sandora River and then head inland!" Vivi explained the plan.

"Sounds decent." Corbett nodded.

"And this leader of the rebels is in Yuba, right?" Zoro mentioned.

"AND I JUST HAVE TO KICK HIS ASS, RIGHT!?" Luffy exclaimed excitedly.

"NOOOO!" Vivi pleaded, "I'm going to stop the rebels through words. I don't want any more unnecessary bloodshed..!"

Corbett raised a brow at this. Faythe glanced at her brother who almost seemed to laugh at her idea.

"But there's 700,000 of these rebels. You think they'll just stop?" Zoro pointed out.

"Well... I'll just find out the answer to that along our journey to Yuba, as I determine the extent to which Baroque Works, has deceived and corrupted the citizens of Alabasta...!" Vivi stated nervously.

"But I swear I won't stop trying! I can't let this senseless violence continue! AND I CAN'T ALLOW BAROQUE WORKS TO CONTINUE DOING WHAT IT WANTS EITHER!"

Nami looked at the princess with concern, "Vivi..."

Usopp stated nothing, along with Faythe and Corbett.

"Well, don't you worry about your trek through the desert! I'll make sure you stay well-nourished!" Sanji included happiley.

"I can't wait to start out journey!" Chooper added.

"Sorry for doubting you..." Zoro grinned.

"ALRIGHT VIVI! LET'S GO!" Luffy cheered.

"TO UPA WE GO!"

"It's Yuba."

"TO YUBA WE GO!"

"OK!!!"

After that whole excitement overload, the crew went to go relax until they sailed to their destination.

Corbett was polishing his swords when his sister came up to him with a nervous smile.

"Heyo, sis. What's the matter?" Corbett raised a brow.

"It's umm, well.. Since your family, Chopper, our Doctor wanted to let you know about something.." Faythe whispered to him.

This made Corbett stand up immediately. He strapped his swords on his hip instantly and looked at his sietr with concern.

"Are you okay? Are you sick? Ill? Do you have a disease?" Corbett placed both his hands on her shoulder.

"S-SHHH!!" Faythe placed a finger on his lips to shut him up, then she glanced around to see some of the crewmates looking at them confused.

"Just come with me so Chopper can tell you.." Faythe sighed, and grabbed his hand to lead the way.

"O-Okay... It better not be life threatening or pops is gonna kill me himself..." Corbett sighed.

"What was that?" Faythe tilted her head to him as she opened the door.

"Nothing, nothing, it's all good."

"Okay.." Faythe turned back around and led him down the halls into a side room, where Chopper was sitting on a high stool. He was reading a letter that was probably folded into his bag when they left the Drum Island.

"So... what is this whole thing that's making me super nervous?" Corbett sat on a chair beside Faythe who took her place on the bed.

"Well, let's see where to start.. Have you heard of Intrusive Memory PTSD..?" Chopper stated nervously, reading the paper, that Dr. Kureha wrote for him.

Corbett stared at the Doctor for a moment and then folded his hands together.

"Are you telling me that my sister has lost her memories?" Corbett looked a bit frightened at the prospect but it made a lot of sense of how she acted towards him when they first met.

"Fae... Do you not know what your dream is..?"

"... I had a dream..?"

This statement made Chopper drop his pen. Corbett was equally shock but not just surprised, he was ridden with grief. He got out of his seat and sat beside his sister. He wrapped his arms around his beloved sibling and pressed her head into his chest.

"Yes... You had dream.. Along with papa and mama." Corbett's voice cracked at remembering the good times. Chopper had left them alone to talk.

Faythe felt her eyes sting, the sunken feeling in her stomach dropping significantly. All her life she's believed she just had a promise to uphold, the burden to fulfill a promise for a lost friend that wasn't going to be with her for it all. It was the thing she lived for. The thing that kept her strong. The thing that made her, her today! But now she learned that she has family.. a past that has forgotten all about.

She had forgotten so much...

That she didn't even know she had a dream like all the other crewmates.

She lifted her shaking arms and gripped the cloth on her brother's back. Her breath taking in uneven amounts of air. Tears that were building up in her eyes, were now collapsing against her will.

"I-I'm s-sorry...!" She hiccupped, her head rubbing against his chest.

"I-I'm sorry for forgetting..!" She cried, "Everything...!"

Corbett looked down at his broken sister, his heart shattering into pieces at the sight. He lifted his hand and rubbed her red hair to smooth it out. It was getting ruffled up from all the crying.

"You don't have to be sorry... It's fine.. Everything is going to be okay." Corbett whispered soothingly, "Just let it all out.."

And that she did, she had cried and let out all the hardships she's gone through, and things that she's kept in. She let it all out until she cried herself to sleep.

Resting her worn out body, Corbett let his sister lean on him as she slept. He combed Faythe's red hair with his fingers, untangling the messy unkempt hair. It seems she still didn't like brushing her hair still, even when she was little she didn't like the feel of a brush.

He hummed a few beats, whistling a small tune he picked up on his travels. At last he was at peace. He had found his sister, he had finished his great search. All that was left was to continue his first objective.

The Lost Star that had fell into the sea.

He ran his finger through his bangs, brushing them out of his face to organize his thoughts.

After spend some time with his sister, he'll stay for a bit to see if her crew will treat her right.

Along those lines, his crew should call him no longer than a few days to head further down the Grand Line.

Once he meets up with his crew, he'll have to ring up his father and tell him of his discovery. He was sure he would be over joyed. But surely surprised what crew his daughter had joined along the way.

Of all people in the great seas, she just had to tag along the second like son of their father.

Great..

"The world's a small place... And apparently we just all have to be connected in some way..!" Corbett huffed annoyed at the fact.

A knock on the door interrupted his grumbling. Pausing for a moment to recollect himself.

"Come in." He cleared his throat, embarrassed that he was caught off guard.

"Fae..? Oh. It seems she's fallen asleep.. Darn I wanted her to continue writing her book.." Nami stepped into the room with a large book and quill tucked in her right arm.

"She's written a book..?" Corbett perked up at this, his interest peaking.

"Yep, she's even went as far as to hear our side of the tale when we first joined. She's writing a story about our adventures and journeys." Nami grinned, handing the book to the brother.

Corbett in turn had instantly opened the book and skimmed the lines. Grinning ear-to-ear as he read through the pages.

Nami watch the brother with genuine curiosity, as any other person would, when looking at a friend's sibling.

She noticed that when he smiled, it was the same bright grin that Faythe would do when she was watching something in amusement. His eyes sparkling as they trailed down the book's context, seemingly to glow in the dim lit room. But something sharp would take their eyes when in battle or when angered.

When they laughed, it seemed to happen in sync as they cackle at what nonsense had occurred in front of them, struggling to stand as they used eachother as leverage.

It was amusing to her, amusing how his hair wasn't this bright red color but was just as unkempt as Faythe's.

"Like what you see? Or is it just that your mocking me?" Corbett chuckled, noticing the orange-haired woman looking at hi in amusement.

"My, my, some might think you are." She grinned teasingly.

"You think that, but I have standards." Corbett laughed, growing more amused by the second.

"Oh..? Is it our cook, Sanji's level?" Nami raised her brow.

"That blonde kid? Sorry honey, but I'm not that kind of simp." He popped the 'p'.

"Oh I'm sorry, let me rephrase that, it seems you are more of a sister-con." Nami giggled as his reaction, which looked defeated.

"And by the looks of it, I hit the nail, didn't I?" Nami waved her finger around, keeping one eye open as she tease him.

"You people are really observant, huh?" Corbett leaned back, letting out a defeated sigh.

"I can say we are, but not as observant as our Captain." Nami hummed happily, pulling out some beli to count and pass time.

"Your Captain? Is it that Luffy kid? Ace's brother?" Corbett tilted his head towards her, watching her count effortlessly.

"Yep, he's always been there for us, even if we don't know it. He pays especially close to Faythe, he keeps looking at her with a very quizzical look sometimes. I would assume that she reminds him of someone sometimes when she wears his hat sometimes." Nami snorted.

"I would assume so, She does have his red hair.." Corbett laughed nervously.

"What do you mean?" Nami stopped counting and turned to look at him confused.

"Well, you'd find out sooner or later if you keep track of the news. He's bound to start moving sometime around." Corbett trailed off in thought.

Nami stared at him for a moment before going back to counting.

Corbett paused as an idea came to his head as he thought about the seagulls delivering system.

"Hey do you think you could deliver some photos of Faythe sometime when I hit the road after a few days, you know after this whole war thing?" Corbett glanced over his shoulder to meet Nami's gaze.

"Hmmm, It'll cost you." She giggled, holding up her bundle of money as an example.

"Don't worry about money, that's never a problem with how much of a bounty I have." Corbett laughed out.

"And much is your bounty, sir?" Nami was now curious of how big of a person Faythe's brother was on the Grand Line. He pulled out a poster, showcasing his bounty. To say Nami was shocked is an understatement, she was beyond terrified of the man in front of her.

"Are you too scared of my bounty to want my money?" Corbett taunted, rolling up the paper and placing it in his pocket.

"You sneaky man.. No wonder your a Captain." Nami sighed annoyed that she was frightened so easily by seeing just a number.

"Are we going to negotiate the payment or not?" Corbett pulled out a bag full of belis.

"Oh my! Have I ever told you that you are forever welcome on this ship!~" Nami squealed at the sight of belis.

"Has anybody tell you that your awfully polar opposite with money in front of you?" Corbett chuckled nervously at the look in her eye.

"Why I'll take that as a compliment, kind sir." Nami batted her eyes, rubbing her hands together satisfied.

"Of course, you would." He rolled his eyes, earning his a soft giggle from the lady beside him.
