Y/n's POV:
Taehyung walked me back home like the gentleman he is. Unlike our numerous exchanges wherein he was quite flirty, this time he maintained his distance and remained quiet for the maximum part of our 4 minute walk back.. and for some reason I hated it...
"I find it really hard to sleep in another bed" he said.
"Hmm?" I asked, not understanding why he would suddenly say that.
"Well you slept at Jungkook's last night- so-"
"Oh yeah" I said, "I'm always sleepy" I laughed, "I can sleep anytime.. anywhere"
He smiled, "you're cute."
"Yeah I know" I smiled, "well we're here" I said pointing to my apartment.
"Already? That was super close" he said.
"I would call you in but it's a mess" I said.
"I love messy places but I could stay outside and wait for you" he said.
"I'll probably take some time.. plus you have a class in 20 minutes" I said.
"Huh, are you keeping a tab on me?" he chuckled.
"You mentioned it Taehyung" I said.
He smiled, "I'll see you at uni then?"
"Mhmm" I smiled back and nodded.
My place was indeed a mess.. half of my problems would be over if I stopped procrastinating but... I have no idea why I decided not to put everything back in place after I had put on a little fashion show for Jungkook... again I procrastinated.. and I was obviously gonna do it again because I was super late for my classes.
I got into the shower without even taking out any clothes.. quickly cleaned myself up and then stepped out in the towel. I put Jungkook's shirt carefully in the laundry, making a mental note to properly wash it, put on whatever clothes I found, got ready and answered Jungkook's call;
"Come on out" he said.
"I got ready earlier than expected" I said, "yeah I'm coming."
He smiled at me as I put the seatbelt on, "did I tell you how amazing the pancakes were?"
"Mhmm, you did" I said.
"And did I also tell you how thankful I am to you for making me breakfast?" he said.
"Is there any particular reason you're trying to butter me up?" I asked. (A/N: I HAD TO OKAY? BUTTER DESERVES TO BE EVERYWHERE.. KEEP STREAMING FOR THE LOVE OF NAMJESUS)
"Oh the butter" he said, "it's the first time I had butter on top of pancakes.. it tasted amazing.."
"Jungkook-"
"Did he enter your house too?" he asked suddenly.
"See? You should directly come to the point" I chuckled, "no he didn't, he was late for his classes."
"So he would've had he not been late?" he asked.
"Oh my god can you-"
"I'm sorry" he said, "I promised not to do this.. but he's a fuckboy.. you know that."
"So what Jungkook? I haven't had a bad experience with him.." I said, "he's sweet to me.. and he can fuck me if he wants to honestly, I won't complain."
"Excuse me what-" he hit the brakes immediately.
"I'm kidding" I giggled, "stop freaking out and drive."
"You know I care about you right? he asked.
I nodded, "you make it well known Jungkookie"
He smiled, "good then."
I saw Taehyung jumping onto Jimin's shoulder and then both of them laughing at something from a distance and smiled to myself, the two seemed to have a very cute friendship..
"There's your best friend" I told Jungkook.
"Who-"
"Oh so you're looking? Do you have another best friend Jeon Jungkook? Are you perhaps cheating on me?" I asked.
"Please- as if that's ever gonna happen" he said, "ew are you talking about Taehyung?"
I nodded, "don't even think of finding another best friend bitch."
"You bet" he chuckled, "gotta thank Jimin though.. for finding my phone."
"Ah yes, you should."
"Hey Jimin" Jungkook said once we reached the both of them.
"Oh hey Jungkook, did you miss me?" Taehyung teased.
"You wish" Jungkook said.
"Hey dude, how are you?" Jimin asked, "hi y/n" he smiled so brightly, I felt like all my worries vanished into thin air.. not that I had any but still..
"Hi Jimin" I smiled back.
"Thanks for finding my phone.. I was worried about it" Jungkook smiled at Jimin.
"Ah, don't mention it" he smiled back, "I'm glad it reached you safely though..I was worried Taehyung-ah might throw it in a ditch."
Taehyung fake smiled, "I'm not that evil.. plus, had I thrown his phone away, y/n wouldn't have cooked for me."
"What?" Jimin asked.
"You're saying that as if I made you a seven course meal" I said.
"Wasn't any less" Taehyung said.
"What do you mean cooked for you?" Jimin asked.
"Oh I didnt tell you yet" Taehyung said, "well, y/n stayed over at Jungkook's last night.. so I met her in the morning too"
"Oh" was all Jimin said, for some reason his smile had vanished too.
"Yeah" Taehyung grinned, "she makes amazing pancakes."
"That's some unnecessary praise" I said.
"Come on, you deserve it" Jungkook said.
"Even I wanna try the pancakes some day y/n" Jimin said.
"Hah, sure thing" I said, "anyway, did you enjoy your party last night?"
"Couldn't have been better" he said, "besides the fact that I couldn't sleep in my room" he raised his eyebrows at Taehyung, "rest of it was pretty good."
"I'm glad you had fun" I said, "I think we're late for class."
"I don't have a class right now" Taehyung said.
"Yeah I'm late" Jungkook said, "I'll get going now, see you guys later."
"Bye" I said, "I should get going too"
"Wait" Jimin said, "my class is that way too- can I walk you there?"
I smiled, "sure, let's go."
"Bye kids, enjoy studying" Taehyung said and walked off in the opposite direction.
