I press my hands against his chest once I realize what we were doing. It feels right, but it is not.
"Charlie," I slurr. "What are you doing?" I look up into his eyes all serious, but somehow this reminded me of some cliché shit which makes me wheeze out. I feel so incredibly good right now, I should drink more often.
But I also really shouldn't. I do stuff I shouldn't do when I drink. Like kissing Charlie- nope, not good.
"I'm sorry- I don't really know why I just did that..." He slurrs back, trying to stay serious but he couldn't help but let a laugh escape through his lips either. Now we are both just laughing in each other's face for absolutely no reason.
"w-what lipbalm do you use? Your lips are incredibly soft!" I stutter, trying to calm my laughter down.
"They are?" He asks. He licks his lips before wiping his thumb across his lips, which ended up with me stare at them.
"Yes really," I reply. Why do i feel like I'm in some sort of trance? I have never felt this way around someone, even whenever I was drunk. But right now, I feel as if I'm hypnotised. I can't seem to look away from him and my only focus is him. I don't blink. Hell, I don't even breathe.
"Just kiss me again then," Charlie teases and steps closer. I clear my throat and shake my head. I would love to kiss him again, but what I said before- this isn't right. We really can't do this to Selina. I can't do this to Selina. I know how much it sucks when your friends flirt with your brother, but especially when it involves in something more, like what happened between me and Charlie just now.
"We really can't," I mumble. "We shouldn't have done that," I add and look away from his eyes. I am sure that it I look into his eyes right now, it would be way to hard to resist.
"Yeah no... you are probably right," he agrees. "Let's just go bac- wait. Did you hear that?" I raise my brows and look back at his face- he's frowning.
"Uh no... I don't think I di-"
"Charlie where are you hiding this time?" We hear someone scream.
