~A/N~ Hi! Just some background information for this chapter! Kaito was chosen to go to a space station with 3 friends of his choice so he bought Shuichi, Kaede, and Maki. Kokichi is the prince of the Aliens on the moon, his home, the aliens from the moon are called 'Eclipsians' and they speak in what sounds like a dolphins but slowed down. For you that can't think of the sound just think of this:

**//SHUICHI'S POV//**
Kaito, Maki, Kaede and I were just about to doc at the space station, space was beautiful, no wonder Kaito always talks about it! "Alright sidekicks! I'm nearly done docking the shuttle! They really did put it close to the moon, didn't they?" Kaito cheered as he steered the ship closer to the station.
I could see something from the corner of my eye out the window, but it gone as soon as I looked over. 'It's probably nothing, Shuichi. Your eyes are just messing with you.' I thought to myself, shaking my head to clear my thoughts. The shuttle rattled as we got close to the docking bay, was this supposed to happen?
"U-uhh, you guys might not like this, but, I think there might be something wrong with the ship." Kaito said, checking all the buttons and switches he could see. "M-momota, p-please tell me y-your joking." Kaede stuttered. "This is ground control to Shatoru (the name of the space shuttle) , we've sensed that you're low on fuel. We're afraid you may not be able to make it home..."
Everyone started panicking, 'this wasn't supposed to happen! What's going on!' The thoughts came crashing through my mind all at once. I looked around me to see my friends crying, hyperventilating, or trying to keep calm and help the others. "L-let's just head onto the st-station, m-maybe there might be f-fuel?" I suggested.
"Good idea, Saihara. Let's go" Maki sighed, I could tell under her calm expression was terror, just like the me and the others. We started exiting the shuttle that was now hooked onto the station, I saw the thing out of the corner on my eye. What was it? Was it some kind of machine belonging to the station? I ignored it and continued through the station.

We were in the main bridge of the space station, the stations AI, Kiibo, started beeping, letting us know there was a problem. Kaede walked over to Kiibo and pushed the blinking button on it's chest, "what's the problem Kiibo?" Kaede asked the robot. "There has been motion detected in hallway 4! Not by a droid, by a unknown life form!" Kiibo yelled, making sure we all heard.
My face paled at the news, an alien was aboard the station, and was heading our way! "Quick! Shut the doors! Don't let it in!" Kaito shouted to us,Alfred hurrying to the button to close the emergency door. "Hallway 1!" Kiibo shouted...

...that was just down the other end of the hall. Kaito hit the button and the door slowly started closing, the red emergency light flashing down the dark hallway. I could notice something peeking through the hallway. I started screaming and pointed at it, backing up against the wall of the main bridge.
The door shut just as it reached the end of the hall. "Phew! Just in time!" Kaede sighed in relief, along with the others. My face was still pale and staring at the bottom of the door. "Shuichi, what's wrong?" Maki said, looking over at me. I slowly pointed to the bottom of the door.

The aliens hand was holding the door open. Another hand slipped underneath and started pulling the door slowly up. "AAAAHH!" Kaito screamed, jumping into Maki's arms and hugging her tightly. "Save me, Maki~roll!" He screamed. Kaede was backed-up into the opposite corner of me, looking like she was about to faint, I couldn't blame her though.
The door was now fully open, a large silhouette was standing in the frame of the door. It looked almost human-like, apart from it's freakish height, horns and tail. It stepped through the door into the light, revealing itself. It look rather cute, I caught myself staring at it, maybe even for too long.
"S-sidekick! Snap out of I-it!" I heard Kaito shout to me. I snapped out of the stare to realise the alien's gaze was fixed on me. It started moving closer, it's gaze not leaving. My breathing quicker as the thing came closer and closer, I squeezed my eyes shut and turned my head away when it was around 5 meters from me.
I felt nothing touching me. Assuming it had left me alone, I turned my head slowly back and opening my eyes. The alien was really close and looked like it was inspecting me. It smiled at me and made a weird sound, I'm guessing it's trying to talk to me? "U-Uhm, h-h hello." I said, still shaking like a rattle.
"...h..he-...hello?" It spoke, or at least tried to. It tilted it's head with a confused smile. I glanced at my friends who were on the other side of the room, staring at me and the alien in fear and curiosity. "Y-yeah, hi. I-I'm S-shuichi Saihara-a." I stuttered, calming down a little. "Sh...shu....s-shui..chi?" It said, pointing at me, tilting it's head further to the side.
I nodded, now managing to regain my composure. The alien looked like it was processing the information, it's eyes started glowing for a few seconds, then stopped. "I-...I think I c-can talk now. I only need to learn a few words of a creatures language to comunicate with it!" The alien said, shocking me and the others.
"W-what a-are you?" I asked. Now that I think about it, it seemed kinda rude. "I'm an Eclipian! I come from there." He said pointing out the window to the moon. "I'm assuming you guys are earthlings?" He said, looking at the others, then back at me. I just nodded my head. "Why are you guys so scared? Did it look like I would hurt you?~" he laughed and backed away.
Everyone stayed silent, staring wide-eyed at the Eclipsian. "W-hat's your name? Do you have one?" I ask, getting out of the corner. "Oh, my name is )$=$);;(#=&+" it said, it's name sounded more like a sound than a name. "Uuuh, do you want an Earth name?" I asked, tilting my head. It started bouncing up and down with and enticed face and nodding its head at rapid speed.
"I'll be right back, I'll go ask the others what they think would be okay." I said to the alien, which he nodded his head in response. I walked other to the others, who were still in a huddle in the corner. "H-hey guys, what should we call him?" I asked. They were just staring above me, I turned around to see the alien had followed me over and was standing directly behind me.
I looked back to the others with a bored expression. "He won't hurt you guys, if he did, he would have done so already." I said, which seemed to snap Kaede out of it, well, mostly. "U-Uhm, what about 'kichi'? It seems cute." Kaede said, still in the huddle, but more out than Maki and Kaito. "I like that! But I think something is missing from it, maybe a slight change to it?" The alien said, sitting down and pulling me into a hug, which startled me for a few seconds.
"W-what about 'Kokichi'? Does that sound better?" I ask, getting used to the sudden cuddle from the friendly alien. "Oooo! I like that! But I have a question, I've watched you guys come into the station, but you guys were panicking. Is there something wrong?" The alien we would now call 'Kokichi' asked, tilting its head.
"O-oh, we're kinda stuck up here, a-and we can't get back h-home. We're probably g-going to die up h-here once w-we run out of f-food." I stuttered. It was true, we will most likely die here. 'Wait, maybe Kokichi could help us!' I thought to myself. I looked back to the others and noticed Maki had disappeared, where was she?
I heard faint footsteps behind me and Kokichi, I turned my head in the direction of the noise to see Maki with a broken pole in hand, ready to swing it at Kokichi. "Maki! What are you doing!?" I shouted, drawing the attention to her. "I'm not waiting around for the alien to kill us, so I'm getting rid of the problem." She said in a monotone voice.
Kokichi started hissing at Maki, showing off rows of razor sharp teeth. She backed off, dropping the poll after seeing he was more of a threat than he looked. Once she did, Kokichi went straight back to cuddling me. Why was he so attached to me and not the others? "Well, I'm going to go look to see if this place has any rocket fuel. Have fun with your little alien pet." Kaito said getting up and walking to the door.
I felt Kokichi suddenly leave as if he teleported, I looked over to Kaito to see Kokichi standing right in front of him. 'I guess he can teleport.' I thought to myself. "What did you just call me?!" Kokichi growled, staring Kaito in the eyes with a menacing glare. "A-a pet, I'm sorry." Kaito said, backing up a bit .
"You better be sorry." Kokichi spat, his glare not leaving as he came back over. "Your friends really are idiots, aren't they." Kokichi said sitting back down next to me. "W-well, somethings I guess, but t-they aren't that bad." I said. It was true though, Kaito could be stupid. "Y'know, I could help you get back home." Kokichi said, playing with my ahoge. "Really?! How?" I asked, with a hopeful expression. "Well...

~A/N~ Hi guys! I left a cliffhanger because I was going 300 words over what I usually go, mainly because I really love alien AU'S and I have so much ideas for my alien AU. There might be a part 2 to this if you guys request it! I might be slow to update starting Monday (AUSTRALIAN TIME) because my friend is coming to stay for a few nights, so I won't be able to update as quick as I'm going now.
