"YOUR _______ KIDDING ME? THAT WHOLE BOMB THING WAS A BLUFF?"
"Language." She ignores the hokage's warning and glares at the white haired man who smiled at her.
"Well, Yeah. Though the one that blew up the branch was real."
"Oh my. What were you going to do if we had realized that?" She deadpans at Katasuke's curiosity.
"That wouldn't have happened. You wouldn't have risked it, once you saw the real one go off." Ahmyas lips twitched and a chuckle escaped her mouth, making everyone stare at her as if she was crazy.
"Huh?" She looks around, seeing Amado's amused expression.
"No! I- Uhm...It was just...Funny..."
"FUNNY?! ARE YOU INSANE, DATTEBAYO!?"
"I think with the amount of emotional trauma, I ought to be." He punches her head slightly.
"Ow!"
"Woah." They turn to Amado with raised eyebrows.
"Usually-" He points at Naruto, then Ahmya.
"Megumi would have killed you for even tapping her."
"..."
"..."
"..." Ahmya frowned before huffing and turning around, showing off the Hatake crest.
"My name is Hatake Ahmya. That's all, so whoever this Megumi is, it's not me." He chuckles.
"That's not what your mother named you."
"Yeah, well I didn't know my Kaa-San."
"I could always tell you about her." Ahmya shakes her head.
"I'll meet her someday."
"?"
"When I die."
"Sure..." He shakes his head and looks back to Naruto.
"In any case, lord hokage. I'm sure you know this, but the hard part is yet to begin.
"Kashin Koji lacks the power to take down Isshiki. You two are the only ones who might have a chance." He glances at Ahmya.
"And maybe even with the help of little Megumi..." They frown at the statement while Ahmya's face remains stoic.
"Aren't they still fight? If we head there now, we'll gain the upper hand!"
"No. I can'y recommend that."
"Why not?!"
"Isshiki has only two targets right now. Kawaki and..."
"And...?!"
"Megumi."
Ahmya's jaw drops.
"What the FU- FuDge?!"
"Why is he targeting Ahmya as well!?" Amado shakes his head.
"I'll explain that later." He stands up.
"Now, as I explained earlier, Isshiki only has a few days of remaining life. There's no way he'll sit still and do nothing. He has to be intending to implant Kawaki with another karma before his life runs out. In order to make it possible again for him to use Kawaki as his vessel to resurrect."
"Implant Kawaki with another Karma?" He looks down at the Hatake with a nod.
"He'll likely prioritize that above all else. So even if you two go rushing over there he really has no reason to stay and engage you. He might just ignore you and teleport here. To konoha village, where Kawaki is."
"Oh no! If someone like him goes wild here the village will be destroyed!"
"So long as Kawaki is here, you can't avoid him attacking. You might want to start evacuating the civilians."
"Sai-" Shikamaru turns to the Yamanaka.
"Get on it."
"Roger that."
"Dammit! There's nothing else we can do?!"
"At the very least, hide Kawaki some where. However...Just in case his location gets exposed lord hokage and Sasuke who have the greatest fighting power need to be around to protect him. In short. the two of you cannot go running off somewhere too far from Kawaki. We'd be spared if Isshiki's life runs out quickly, but...Well, at any rate...All's lost if Kawaki is implanted with another Karma. So you must defeat Isshiki before that happens." His eyes harden.
"No matter what."
"Why does he want me?" Ahmya attempts to release some of the tension, successfully doing so, though it seemed to return once his sharp eyes turned to her.
"I don't think you understand how much potential your eyes have." Her mouth parts slightly.
"He's Otsutsuki...Surely he can obtain eyes like my own...?"
"Maybe, but like I said. Yours have far more potential than most. Meaning your eyes could upgrade once again."
"...Upgrade...?"
"I'm not completely aware but...You might be able to change both your eyes in sharrinnegan or into another unknown stage of the rinnegan."
"Ah..." She sinks into the chair.
"Otou-San is gonna kill me." They all comically fall, excluding Amado.
"THAT'S WHAT YOUR WORRIED ABOUT!?"
"Eh?!" She yells, jumping up and pointing at Boruto with white circles.
"Of course I am! You honestly think i'd rather get new eyes, than deal with Otou-sans anger!?"
"YES!" She blinks at all of their responses.
"Your idiots. I'm not trying to have soap stuffed down my throat, or cauliflower, or have a flipper thrown at my face!" Amado sighs.
"Who's your father?" She blinks.
"Hatake Kakashi."
"Of course you picked someone like that to supervise her." Ahmya blinked.
"Oi. That's not-"
"Well who'd you think they'd pick? A legend and great shinobi was the best option for someone with the rinnegan."
"Wait, Ahmya you knew?"
"Of course I did." She scoffs.
"Why do you think I was so obedient at the start?"
"Oh...Wait! AT THE START?!"
"Huh? Did you say something, dobe?"
"TEME!"
"Enough you two..." Ahmya turns to Amado.
"Oi, Old man Amado?"
"What is it?"
"Do you have any freaky tech to make people forget?"
"Why?" Ahmya sweatdropps.
"Maa-Maa- Because I don't wanna get grounded."

"Ow! Ow!" She cries mentally as the man sends insult, each hitting her heart.
"Your so mean~!"
"You have no right to speak right now!"
"C'mon, Otou-San! I'm being serious here!"
"So am I!" She flinched.
"You may be a shinobi, yes, I realize that! But your a daughter. My daughter! Your a friend, a comrade, and a hero to many! You can't throw your life away just like that! I don't care if what you think your doin is noble, or heroic. But it's not! It's causing many- especially me, pain! Your freaking thirteen! You shouldn't die at such a young age! Especially at a time of peace like this!" Ahmya stood in her house living room, mouth slightly parted in surprise.
"Otou-Sama. I-"
"What? You'll sacrifice your life for the village? Your a child. Whether you like that or not, your physically, and mentally a child. Even if your more mature than others. Your my child. And no child of mine is going to sacrifice themselves for their village before I do."
"Father..." She muttered the word instead of the usual less-formal form.
A bitter smile made it's way onto her face.
"I'm really thankful to have even gotten the chance to meet you all. I feel like I need to repay the village in some way, and if protecting it in some way will do so then-"
*SLAP*
"..."
"Are you a damn idiot!?" Her eyes remained wide, staring to the side with mouth parted from the impact of the slap.
She knew he hadn't done it to hurt her, but instead quite literally knock some sense in her.
"The village is in debt to you!"
"Wha....What are you talking about...?"
"You've save many lives, brought happiness and even more peace to this village!" He placed his hand on her cheek, rubbing it slightly while maintaining eye contact.
"Have you not seen the happiness around people in your presence? Just the mere sight of you makes their eyes light up. We are in debt to you. I'm not saying this simply as your my daughter, but from the many thanks I get directed to you from the villagers when I walk around..."
He places his forehead on hers, closing his eyes as she does the same, memorizing his words
You can't simply throw your life away... I would...I would never forgive you for it..."
"..."
A silence remains between the two, as not many words were needed. They simply needed each others presence to soothe one another.
You might wonder why they were acting as if a war was about to begin?
Well...They were just warned that their village was about to be attacked by a single man who defeated the hokage and shadow hokage.
And Ahmya wanted to fight.
Kakashi wasn't permitted to, as a retired shinobi, but his daughter was already a famous shinobi in the bingo book. No matter how much he wanted to say she can't, the truth can be denied, but not avoided.
She would have to fight with her rinnegan. And the fact that she was fully willing to, pissed him off.
She was too much like he was. Too willing to die for the village. Too much of a good shinobi.
Too much.
"I...Have to go." She pulled away with a small sad smile.
"You need to evacuate the village with all the other villagers, father. It's for your safety."
"And what of yours?"
"You already know what i'll say."
"I want to hear it." She turned around, grabbing her konoha headband and tying it around her head.
As she returned her gaze back to her father, he felt his heart drop slightly at the complete seriousness in her voice.
"The village always comes first."
"..." He turned around, walking to grab a bag with the Hatake crest implanted onto it and turning back around, handing it to her.
He then grabbed a pair of goggles and placed them in her hands.
"This way, Obito will help you."
"Heh, Heh..." She smiled and placed the goggles over her headband.
"No need to be so scared, Otou-San. I'll be back, and stronger than ever. Even if i'm injured, i'll still be back. For you and everyone."
"You promise?"
"Of course..."
