"ORYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"
The three crewmates, including the duck flew out the forest into the clearing where all the drama was happening. But instead of landing in the clearing, The crewmates whizzed by the opponents and into the trees on the other side.
While whizzing by, Luffy shouted, "YOU THERE! GET READY TO HAVE YOUR ASSES KICKED!"
Leaving the the opponents utterly confused.
"What...?"
Marching out of the destroyed trees, Luffy fixed his hat, while Usopp put his goggles on, a tree branch sticking out of his head. Carue Quacking as loud as he could, while Faythe walking towards the opponents looking menacingly, her eyes only on her rematch.
"LETS DO THIS USOPP! FAYTHE! AND BIRD!" Luffy called out angrily.
"ROGER!" Both Faythe and Usopp yelled out.
"QUACK!" The duck's response was.
"LUFFY!"
"FAYTHE!"
"CARUE!"
"USOPP!"
Nami and Vivi called out thankfully.
Zoro just stood there with a raised brow.
"MASTER BROGY! WE SHALL AVENGE YOUR AGONY!" Usopp shouted out. Determination written all over his face.
"Usopp...!" The giant known as Brogy, muttered.
"BEAT THESE LOSERS' FACES INTO AN UNRECONGIZABLE PULP AND SEND THEM FLYING AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!" Nami's shouted radiated throughout the clearing.
Nami, Vivi and Zoro were all standing on a wax made cake thing, with a tower on top. On top of the tower stood half a pumpkin with candles lit on top.
Beside them laid Brogy with four wax made swords digging into his hands and feet, pinning him into the ground. Dorry was unconscious or possibly dead for all Faythe could see or know.
She turned her head towards Mr. 5 with a glint of excitement.
"That's what I plan to do! These bastards defiled the Giant's Duel!" Luffy said annoyed, cracking his knuckles.
"Ah, so you're the one they call East Blues most wanted man, are you now..." A man who they haven't met yet spoke out. He wore some Khakis, a jacket with stripes, which were sleeveless. He had a long face with strange looking glasses. His hair tied up multiple times to form a 3 standing on his head. At the tip of the 3 was lit up on fire, almost like a candle.
"Seems the Marine HQ has dropped their standards quite a bit."
This made Faythe mad, but it soon faded away once Luffy spoke up.
"WHOA! What a weird head!"
"QUIET!" The strange man shouted.
"There's a 3! The 3's on fire!" Luffy continued.
"I SAID SHUT UP!"
Faythe started cackling at the broken tension.
"Luffy! Start by destroying this pillar or we'll turn into wax-figures!" Nami hurriedly.
"Huh? You guys in trouble?" Luffy questioned.
"No, not particularly." Zoro said blankly.
"See if Zoro isn't worried then they're fine." Faythe waved them off laughing.
"W-wait a minute! Your legs are bleeding!" Nami looked down to see blood splattered around the rim of his legs.
"yeah, I was about half-done cutting them... Haha." Zoro explained calmly.
"HOW IS THAT NOT BEING IN TROUBLE!?" Nami shouted in disbelief.
"Well in any case...Could you destroy this pillar for us? I'll leave the rest to you guys." Zoro did his simple grin.
"Sure thing." Luffy grinned back.
"You got it!" Faythe gave him the thumbs up.
"Hmph... Oh we'll see about that won't we?" The man that Mr. 5 mentioned as Candle man must be Mr. 3.
But Faythe didn't care about that. She had her sights on Mr. 5, who she dearly wanted to have her rematch.
"Captain? Can I leave the others to you while I have my little rematch? Sorry for being selfish." Faythe said getting in a fighting stance.
"What do you mean!? You already lost to him!" Usopp screeched nervously from behind the trees, along with the duck.
"Captain?" She ignored Usopp retort and looked to see Luffy reaction.
She saw a grin slowly make it on his face. He quickly showed her a thumbs up.
"Wouldn't have any other way! Kick his ass for me!" He shouted before running forward into battle.
On que to his order, Faythe's long wings stretched out. She grew out her talons, her claws reaching out, itching to dig into her opponents skin.
"Roger." She said quietly, already dashing forward towards Mr. 5. Resulting in her speed he barely had time to dodge, ducking down close to the ground, her talons skimming the tips of of his hair. As she touched the ground, she race forward again.
Out of the corner of her bird eyes, she noticed wax racing towards her. She bent her back backwards, dodging the wax. She shifted her gaze to Mr. 3. Growing irritated as she was too busy with her fight.
"You never learn do you? Do I have to beat the crap out of you again to make you understand!?" Mr. 5 yelled.
"Ha! Says the one that got blasted into 3 trees!" Faythe taunted.
The man grew annoyed, she could see veins popping out of his neck and forehead.
"Ya, I counted." She gave out a dry laugh.
But this only made him more furious. His jaw clenching tightly.
Bringing her talon behind her, she raised her hands up in a fight stance. She tilted her head, with a cocky smirk displayed.
He ran forward, throwing a kick to her side, seeing this from how his eyes glided down her injuries, Faythe deflected it with her large wings. The explosion erupted, scattering several feathers from her arms. She used this distraction to lunge at him. Roundhouse kicking him in the face, he let out a grunt of pain and fell backwards.
He quickly got up and flicked some boogers at her.
She saw this and immediately started dodging like her life depended on it. Seeing the boogers like a death causing disease as she might add.
She leaned forward huffing out of breathe. Her bruised shoulders weren't helping her as she needed those for her attacks and blocking.
"Dammit..!"
Just as she was about to attack, she saw Usopp fired his attack on Mr. 3. But Mr. 5 looked to see what caught my attention. Trying to rush over to keep his attention on her, he ignored her and intercepted Usopp's flame star attack by swallowing it.
"Why you...!" Faythe made a running start, and dashed for him.
"Get back over here..!!" She tackled him just as the Gun powder star exploded in his stomach. Giving her a muffled grunt as his response to being kicked into a tree nearby.
"You brat..!" He shouted. Faythe turned her attention to her Captain to see him punch through a wax wall and into Mr. 3 face!
"Ha!! EAT RUBBER!" She shouted happily. But as she was distracted, Mr. 5 picked a booger and flicked it at her. Causing another disgusting explosion.
She was thrown back into a branch, she wrapped her wings around it, catching herself. After calming down her harsh beating heart, she scanned the clearing to see how Usopp and her Captain were doing.
Luffy was fighting Mr. 3's partner, Miss Golden Week. Who seemed to fight with colors of paint. And seeing Luffy have some type of mood swings, The color of paint must change emotions at will. Faythe turned to Usopp who was riding Carue, running away from Miss Valentine and now Mr. 5. She could see explosion's go off in the forest where they were running.
Laughing at the sight, Faythe fell off the branch, catching herself by bending her knees. She started running after them, still giggling to herself at how hilarious this turned out. As she raced into the forest, she caught up to Usopp and Carue screaming there heads off. She plucked two large feathers from her wings and held them behind her to get at a faster pace.
"Usopp, you still kicking!?" Faythe laughed out.
"Does it look like I'm okay!?" He shouted back, bruises covering his whole face.
"Well I need you to deal with Miss Valentines! You got that!?" Faythe smiled back.
"Sure! Leave it to Captain Usopp!" He grinned cockliey.
"Ya, ya, ya." Faythe rolled her eyes, while they both dodged explosion's shot at them by Mr. 5.
As they made back to the clearing, Faythe an d Usopp came to see Luffy sitting down with Miss Golden Week, drinking tea. She glanced up at her friends who were slowly turned into wax dolls.
Her stomach dropped at the sight.
Nami, Vivi, and Zoro were all covered in wax. Even the giant, Brogy.
She ganced back at Luffy having the most painful expression.
"This tea... is.. so delici..ous..!" He seethed out.
"You idiot..!" Usopp grinded his teeth in rage.
Faythe perked up at the color on his back.
"Usopp..! Blast his shirt off!" Faythe ordered quickly. Turning around seeing Mr. 5 and his partner catch up.
"On it!" He raised his slingshot and shot one of his flammable powders, right at Luffy's back.
Faythe turned around and saw Mr. 5 blew air into a bullet sockets and heard it 'click'.
"Dont tell me...!" As she said those words, her feathers rose in a warningly way. She could feel the hair on her neck rise as well.
To be honest, Faythe was never good with guns.. Especially when there pointed at one of her comrades. She whipped her head towards Usopp still riding Carue.
"Usopp..! Duck!" She called out, already running towards him. He turned towards Faythe and heard Mr. 5's gun go off. The sound in the air kept ringing for Faythe as she ripped out her largest feathers.
"Where's the bullet...?" Usopp asked turning towards Mr. 5.
Faythe's large feathers swiped at the air in front of her and Usopp.
After a few seconds that past, behind them was a tree that seemed to be brushed by a soft wind. But it blew up not a second later.
"WHAT...!?? WHY DID THE TREE BLOW UP!?" Usopp screamed out confused, as the force of the explosion knocked him off the duck.
"Ah, I forgot to tell you... Even my breath can explode." Mr. 5 said nonchalontely.
Usopp got up wobbly, glancing back at Luffy, "huff... huff... Hey! DID YOU GET A GRIP YET!?"
Faythe was still crouching in her position where she deflected the breathe explosion thing. Her breathing coming out in ragged takes. She tilted her head towards her Captain so see him burnt to a crisp, but with a look full of pure anger and determination.
"Yeah, I did... Thanks for that, I wont let those paintings affect me anymore." Luffy said panting.
"You mean... That attack was actually to burn away the painting along with the shirt." Miss Valentines breathe hitched.
"Huff...! Huff...! I'M NT GOING TO LET EVEN A SINGLE CREWMATE OF MINE DIE! I'M REAAAALLY PISSED OFF NOW!" Luffy shouted out. Faythe could see layer of sweat all over him dripping. He must already be exhausted from earlier battles.
Faythe closed her eyes and tilted her head down. A small smile graced her lips hearing him say those words. But her eyes hardened when she heard Mr. 3 start laughing like it was the most funniest thing he's heard all day.
"HAHAHAHHAHHA! It doesnt matter how pissed off you are because as you can see, your friends have already been reduced to wax-figures!" He barked out in laughter. Faythe thought it would be nice if she could stick Zoro's swords up through Mr. 3's throat. Just to make him stop his fit of laughter.
"So!? They're still alive!" Luffy yelled back.
"Haha... Oh, I wonder about that... once Miss Golden Week paints them, They'll sure to be excellent wax-dolls!" He exclaimed excitedly.
"You're too late, Strawhat. Parrot Pirate." Mr. 5 said calmly.
"He's exactly right, you know...!" Mr. 3's voice could be heard getting closer and louder, "You're far too late... So wallow in despair!"
"ATTACK! CANDLE CHAMPION!" Out came Mr. 3 in a giant robot body with just his head visible. Not gonna lie, it looked pretty snazzy. The spikes on the shoulder made it look pretty cool.
Faythe wasn't paying attention to Mr. 3 total battle speech and she glanced at Luffy to see what his reaction was as well.
"So cool!" Luffy had sparkles in his eyes when he saw the robot.
"DON'T JUST STAND THERE ADMIRING IT! FIGHT!" Usopp choked out, looking at his Captain.
Faythe started to laugh at this. Her group of friends and family couldn't even take this fight seriously. It was hilarious to her.
She placed her attention on Mr. 5 and Miss Valentines.
"Let's retry this..." She inhaled a breathe. Taking a glance at her bracelet, shining brightly in the sunlight. She smiled faintly and breathed out that take. She placed her hands on the ground, feeling a stinging pain in her body. Her normal feathers grew out rapidly, scouring her whole body. Her legs that were talons, grew larger than normal. Her eyes that were a bright blew turned a sharp yellow. Her arms, now wings, grew at a quick pace and formed a large wing span. She winced at heavy headache, she felt horns curl on her head, almost like a ram's.
"Bird Transformation.. Parrot Beast!"
She has now fully transformed into her hybrid beast form. Her feathers were still the color of a parrot's. But that just made her look, the more appealing.
Mr. 5 flinched as he saw Faythe transform. Miss Valentine's face turned into a disgusted look.
"KYAHAHAHHA! What is that creature?" Miss Valentines pointed her umbrella at Faythe. Her sharp yellow gaze drifted to the two of them.
"Why dont you com and find out?" Faythe's voice was a bit low and scratchy in this form.
"Very well then." Mr. 5 Blew more air bullets into his pistol and strated to fire off. Faythe raised both her wings and pushed them hard against the ground, resulting in the air around her to fly back around her. The air bullets were deflected by the wind current. Faythe flew forward, her wings tight against her side giving her more speed.
Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine saw her disappear right in front of their eyes.
She appeared next to Miss Valentine, her eyes blazing yellow. She swung her wing over her shoulder and Smacked the lady forward. Sending her flying past Usopp.
Faythe quickly dodged more air bullets that were sent for her, swiping them away with her feathers or just moving to the left or right. Sending the air bullets into the trees behind her. Explosions sounded out behind her, making her form shadowed and menacing.
"Come at me..!" Her voice barked out. Mr. 5 grew angry at this and rushed forward. blowing more bullets into his pistol , while reloading he sent and exploding kick to Faythe's side. While Faythe dodged the kick, she was surprised to see a pistol pointed to her forward.
"I win." He said cooly.
"If I'm going down, I'm bringing somebody down with me..!"
She wrapped her wings around him and brought him close. He had already clicked the gun, his face turning into a look of horror.
"I'm assuming you can't eat your own explosions." She giggled. He was starting to sweat now.
"Gotcha."
The explosion went off, sending them both flying into the air. Smoke lighting the air, Usopp was under Miss Valentines, being pinned down by her weight. Carue had successfully wrapped the wax tower with oil covered rope without any distractions, thanks to Faythe. Now Luffy was dragging Mr. 3, by the hair. And using the tip of his hair to light it up, as it was on fire already.
Just as Mr. 3's hair touched the rope. The whole Wax tower lit up humongous flames. Flames that challenged to reach the skies above.
Mr. 3 ran away, not knowing how to take the heat, as his wax made robot started melting. Miss Valentines grew furious about this.
"You've done it now!" She shouted out Throwing her umbrella aside, shattering it as if it was made of glass.
"PLAY TIME'S OVER!" She leaped into the air, growing weightless, "I'll crush your neck into pieces!"
"10,000 KG GUILLOTINE!" She lifted her leg up, ready to destroy his neck.
But in the flames came two forms, shadowed out.
"Miss Valentines became confused at this, "Wha-"
But was sent flying back by none other, than Nami and Vivi!
"It's so hot here. Wasn't there a better way to save us?" Nami complained.
"Hey, you should be grateful you're even alive." Usopp huffed out of breathe, from being crushed earlier.
"I guess... Thanks." Nami wiped some of the ash from her face.
"Cough, cough! I cant believe it... We're actually still alive." Vivi was still astonished that she was even still standing.
"Ya, be grateful...!" A voice coughed out.
Vivi whipped her head towards the voice and saw a figure limping towards them, through the smoke.
"Faythe...?"
"Ya?" Faythe came into view, dragging the unconcious body of Mr. 5 with her. When she met with the group, she threw the body on top of Miss Valentines'.
"I'm so glad your okay..." Vivi breathed out.
"Course I am. I'm not breaking any promises, remember?" Faythe grinned. Her frame was worn out. Her clothes torn and dirtied with blood and dirt. Her feathers look like they were ripped off her skin. Her shoulders even more bruised from that up close explosion from earlier. Her hair now matted and tangled up, not in the tied up ponytail anymore, but let down in a messy way.
"I beat his ass up, because it'd annoy me if I let our draw, keep standing. So I won." Faythe said simply.
All three of them fell down at the statement.
"THAT WAS THE REASON!?" Usopp shouted.
"YOU ALMOST DIED!" Nami smacked Faythe's head gently.
"Faythe don't do things for such reasons..." Vivi sweat dropped at this.
"Ya, Not sure if I can keep that promise." Faythe laughed out, but stopped abruptly.
"Hey.. are you guys multiplying..? You guys need to get that checked out.." Faythe started weakly. At that, she fell backwards. Before she hit the ground she was caught by a certain green head.
Faythe tilted her head to look at Zoro's face.
"Zoro..? When did you get 6 more earrings...? That's probably bad for your ear.." she said giggling tiredly.
"Get some rest." He said with a grunt. Rolling his eyes, he placed her over his shoulder.
"Oki..!" She giggled loudly. And then instantly went to sleep. Her snores were soft and muffled.
"Looks like that move she did against Mr. 5 drained a lot from her.." Usopp muttered.
"Yea.. hopefully those injuries don't scar." Nami said thinking.
As they chattered, Brogy sat up with a grin, seeing both Miss Valentines and Mr. 5 all beaten up on the ground.
"Glad to see these bastards have fallen at the hands of you guys!" The giant huffed out satisfied.
"Yep. Just two more left." Zoro replied, seeing Mr. 3 and his partner Miss Golden Week, not in the clearing. Along with Luffy and Carue.
