I pushed the hair out of my face and growled in frustration, this guy was getting on my last nerve, griping my chosen weapon I swung wildly at the guy which caused him to grin menacingly at me.
"Prepare to die" his voice rang out making him sound like the Terminator on a bad day.
Smiling back at him I jumped up and kicked him in the chest causing him to fall back with a wheeze but alas he was quicker then I was, he swung his katana around and stabbed me in the chest falling to the ground I tried desperately to stay alive but it was a loosing battle.

GAME OVER
"You mother fucker" I yelled at the flashing screen as it replayed my death.
"Swearing at video games again?" Derek voice came from behind me, placing my controller on the table next to me I spun the chair I was sitting on so I could face him.
"The game cheats" I grumbled causing him to smile, not a fake smile like the ones he used when we were in the company of Scott but a true smile that he saves only to use in my presence.
"Sure" he said pulling me into his arms with such tenderness that it showed he was in a cuddly type of mood.
"It does" I murmured into his chest, breathing in his scent I brushed my lips against his shirt front.
"We have to go train Scott" Derek's chest rumbled making me sigh, feeling a hand in my hair he tilted my head back enough to kiss me on the lips.
"Scare Scott, you mean" I said after he pulled away, getting out of his embrace I grabbed my phone off of the table, where it sat next the abandoned Xbox controller.
"Well I was going to to put it like that" he paused just long enough for both of us to jump out of my window "but yeah that's exactly what we're going to do"
*Mall*
Hiding behind one of the many parked cars in the Parking Lot I watched in amusement as Scott made his way from the stairwell, with his hands full of bags which were filled to the birm with his shoppipng, to the car I was hiding behind, it was tempting to jump out at him before Derek had a chance but I stopped myself from doing it, Scott needed to learn to use his senses. putting the grocery bags down onto the ground he pulled out his Autolocking key for his car out of his pocket he looked around as he pressed it muiltipul times only to hear it unlock and relock above his head on the next floor up, "Oh, crap" Scott murmered and I watched as his bottle of milk bounced out of his bag and rolled under the car we were hiding behind.
Scott rushed foreward and tried to stop it but he didnt move fast enough, it rolled to my feet and I bent down lower so i could puncher it with my claws and roll it back to him, just to add to his no doubt freak out that would happen. Scott's eyes widened and he looked up and though the cars window to see Dereks Shadow and hear my growling, not even looking back he took off running towards the down ramp, Derek chased after him careful not to get to close to the freaked out Scott.
I, of cause made my way towards Scott at a more relaxed pace until I heard all these car alrams go off under the floor I was on, taking off in a sprint I ran down two ramps and ran right into Derek's back. He spun around and put his hand of my mouth so I couldn't speak and put his index finger to his lips, nodding once he let go of my mouth and began to make his way over to Scott's general vesinaty which we'd both pinpointed when his phone started to play its annoying ringtone.
"No. No, stop." Scott mumbled clearly struggling to get his phone to stop ringing, Derek and I snuck up and jumped up on the cars hood to grab Scott by the shoulders and slam him down onto the harsh serface.
Derek put his hand on Scott's chest and said rather forcefuly "You're dead."
Derek got down off the hood of the car and grabbed my hand as we made our way back up to Scott's disguarded groceries. "What - what the hell was that?" Scott yelled from behind us clearly he didn't like the way Derek taught.
"Said I was gonna teach you. I didn't say when." Derek said glancing over his shoulder at Scott who was trying to keep up with our fast paced walking.
"You scared the crap out of me." Scott said still yelling, his voice echoed though the parking lot.
Derek looked down at me and winked because I was playing with his fingers "Not yet."
"Okay, but I was fast, right?" Scott histerics stopped for a second.
"Not fast enough." I said answering for Derek, still distracted by his fingers, which were now tapping away to some unknown beat.
Scott glance at the car that he had jumped on as we walked past them "But - but the car alarm thing, that was smart, right?"
"Till your phone rang." Derek said in a matter of factly way, which meant his mind was else where.
"Yeah, but that was - I mean - Would you just stop? Please?" Derek pulled me to a stop and turned us around "What happened the other night, Stiles' dad getting hurt, that was my fault." I binked twice.
"What happened to Stiles' dad?" I asked Scott who paused midrant to tell me.
"There was a Mountain Lion and people were freaking out, Stiles' dad tried to shot the thing but he got hit by a car that was backing out of it's parking space" he said, I opened my mouth to asked what happened to the Mountain Lion and he answered before any words came out "Allison's dad shot it"he turned back to Derek, who was waiting patientlyfor us to stop talking "I should have been there to do something. I need you to teach me how to control this."
"Look, I am what I am because of birth. You were bitten. Teaching someone who was bitten takes time. I don't even know if I can teach you." Derek explained to a freaked out Scott.
"What do I have to do?" Scott asked after he took a deep breath and clamed down again.
"You have to get rid of distractions." Derek snatched Scott's phone out of his hand and held it up to Scott's face so he could see who the missed call was from "You see this? This is why I caught you. You want me to teach you? Get rid of her."
"What, just because of her family?" Scott asked in a smartassed way, "Wait - wait - whoa - whoa!" Derek turned and throw the phone at the wall with enough force to shatter it into a million peices
"You getting angry? That's your first lesson. You want to learn how to control this, how to shift, you do it through anger, by tapping into a primal animal rage, and you can't do that with her around." Derek said raising his voice slightly as if he was scolding a erant child.
"I can get angry."
"Not angry enough. This is the only way that I can teach you. Now, can you stay away from her? At least until after the full moon?"
"If that's what it takes." Scott said looking down at the ground, which told me he was lying to Derek.
"Do you want to live? Do you want to protect your friends? Yes or no?"
"Yes. If you can teach me, I can stay away from her." oh Scotty you shouldn't have lied to Derek.
*Home*
Derek and I lay on my bed together talking quietly about nothing inperticular when I rolled over on my side so I could see him better "Scott's not going to stay away from her you know that right?" I asked pushing my hair out of my eyes.
"I know" Derek looked over at me and pulled me into his arms, he was about to say something else when a timid knock came from the door.
"Yea" I said sitting up I watched as Mia opened the door and pecked her head in my room "Hey you" I said quietly "What's wrong?"
"Nightmare" Mia sniffed as she climbed onto my bed and snuggled inbetween Derek and I not even realising that Derek was topless.
"You sleeping in here then?" I asked lying on my side again to look at who pulled the sheet up to Mia's chin.
"yeah" she said sleepily, yawning she closed her eyes and sighed falling alseep so quickly I wondered how she even did that.
"This is awkward" I mumbled to Derek who was smiling at me sweetly "I'm sorry about this"
"No it's fine" he said he put his arm over Mia and rested it onto my waist.
