"Okay Y/n, don't panic" I say to myself, getting out of my car with Theo, headed to find Daniel at the studio.
I walk into the large building I was once outside of. Front and centre there's a lovely front desk with a overly cheerful woman sat behind it. I walk up to her with Theo in my arms, she gives me a look as if she knows I shouldn't be here.
"Can I help you?" She asks with a smile
"Hi, um, Daniel Seavey is expecting me"
"Ah, you're Y/n, right?" I nod with a smile
"You'll be going to the third floor, room 52"
"Thank you" She smiles and points me to the elevator.
As I push the button to go up, the nerves really start to kick in.
Why did I suggest this?
What a horrible idea.
The doors open on the third floor and I take a step out. I look around and see many different hallways and I have no idea which direction to go in first.
I start walking towards the right and thankfully I see Jonah and Corbyn stepping out of a room. They both see me coming and wave me over.
"Hey" I smile, trying to hide the nervousness
"Hey, are you ready?" Jonah asks
"As I'll ever be, I guess" The other three boys step out of the room and Daniel looks like he sighs of relief
"Ready to do this?" Daniel asks kissing my cheek and taking Theo from my arms
"Let's do this"
"Good luck" Jack whispers before Daniel and I walk into the meeting room
"What's this about, Seavey?" An older gentleman asks
"Um, okay, Y/n, this is Randy, our manager and Jon, our tour manager" Daniel smiles pointing to each of the men
"Hi, it's nice to meet you" I smile as Jon shakes my hand. Randy stays seated
"This little guy here, is Theodore Seavey" Daniel tries to say confidently but is almost not understandable.
"Theodore Seavey, huh?" Jon says with a smile.
This is good, we've got one out of two so far.
"Yeah, this is my son, or our son. Y/n is my, I guess, ex girlfriend" Daniel half smiles in my direction, almost looking disappointed
"Congratulations you two! Why didn't we find out earlier?!" Jon says, overly excited.
He gives me a hug then takes Theo from Daniels arms and starts tickling Theo to get him to laugh
"I was going to tell you after he was born, but we broke up, so I wanted to get things sorted out first" I rub Daniels back in comfort as Randy stares us both down
"Randy?" Jon says
"What about this Luna girl?" Randy finally speaks up
"I'm trying to break up with her, sir" Sir?
"And why haven't you?"
"She said she'd tell everyone about Theo, so I figure, I better tell them first" Daniel smiles
I'm quite proud of Daniel, he's come a long way from when we started talking again on his birthday.
"Break up with her, get back together with Y/n, it'll be better for publicity, then you can tell the fans about Theo" Randy mentions, then makes a shooing motion for us to leave the room.
Jon hands Theo back over to me, and I head out of the room. All the boys are still waiting outside for us.
"So, how'd it go?" Zach asks
"Really well, I can finally break up with Luna" Daniel says and the boys cheer
Jonah and I start walking towards the doors with the other boys trailing behind us.
*Daniel POV*
"Break up with her, get back together with Y/n, it'll be better for publicity, then you can tell the fans about Theo" Randy says and a smile becomes plastered on my face
Y/n and Theo leave the room while I stay back for a second
"Thank you, for being so nice about this" I nod to both of them
"Why did you two break up anyways?" Jon asks and my eyes widen
"Story for another day?" I ask, looking back at the door
"Go get your girl" Jon winks and I run out the door
"So, how'd it go?" I hear Zach ask
"Really well, I can finally break up with Luna" The boys cheer and we finally get to leave.
Jonah and Y/n leave first so the rest of us are falling behind. I look to see Jack playing on his phone, so this seems to be the perfect time to pull him aside.
I grab his arm, pulling him back, almost causing him to drop his phone
"What the hell?" Jack looks up from his phone, seeing my face in front of him. "Oh, what's up Daniel?"
"Um, I'd like to talk to you about Y/n" I nervously twirl one of the few rings I have on my fingers
"Okay, what about her?" Jack puts his phone back in his pocket while placing both hands in his pockets as well
"Um, the panic attacks. How do I stop them? I want to be able to help her if you're not around. You knew what to do, you calmed her down in 10 minutes"
"Well, for starters, don't yell at her. She's still a little scared around you" Jack rolls his eyes, I feel guilt wash over me
"Just, hold her, don't rub her back though, movement panics her even more. I'll usually pull her onto my lap and just hug her. Um, talk to her in a calming voice. Give her instructions, like how to breath slowly, and breathe with her, to show her how to do it right"
I nod to Jack as he continues to tell me what to do as we make our way outside the building.
Y/n is putting Theo in her car while the boys are all standing with her.
Jack and I walk over and they all stop talking. Jack and I look at each other, he shrugs.
"Um, we were just talking about going to lunch, would you two like to join?" Jonah asks rubbing the back of his neck
"Yup, lunch" Zach adds, walking to his corvette.
"Yeah, I'll come" Jack says while Corbyn walks to his BMW.
"Yeah, sure, I'll just follow you guys" Jack and I walk away, giving each other weird looks
*Y/n POV*
"Do you think he knows?" I ask Jonah, opening my drivers side door
"No, you're fine. Just talk to Christian and Tyler, I'm sure they'll help you out to get Daniel out of the house" Jonah gives me a hug then heads to his car
I get in my car, waiting for all the guys to leave the parking lot so I can just follow them, but Daniel sits in his car, not moving. I take this as he's waiting for me to leave, so I pull out and follow the rest of the boys to the restaurant.
I pull up in the parking lot beside Corbyn's car, seeing all the boys standing around Zach's corvette. I grab Theo out of the car and walk over.
"Is Daniel not here yet? I thought he was following me" I smile as Jonah takes Theo
"He texted me, saying he's not coming, he's got something to take care of" Corbyn adds as we start walking towards the restaurant
"Sorry kid, you're stuck with us" Zach wraps his arm around my shoulder as we walk into the restaurant.
We get a table for the 6 of us, ordering our drink and food. The boys get lost in conversation while I sit there in silence wondering what was so important that Daniel had to do instead of coming to lunch with us.
"Y/n? You okay?" I hear Jack say
My eyes come back into focus and I realize I've been sitting here, spinning my spaghetti for the last, who knows how long.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm good" I set my fork down and see all the boys staring at me except Zach, who's feeding Theo some soup.
"You sure? We kinda lost you for a while there" Jonah chuckles
"Yeah, just, thinking" I smile, going back to twirling my food
"There's no need to over think about Daniel, he's just taking care of something. Who knows, hopefully that something is Luna" Corbyn chuckles under his breath, causing everyone else to let out a chuckle
