*not my method*
1. close your eyes and listen to a subliminal or sounds of something that reminds you of your dr
2.visualize someone from your dr saying 'you can do it y/n, come home'
3. count to 100 then start affirming 'i am shifting' x3 'i will shift' x3 'when i wake up i'll be at my dr'x3 and continue affirming that you will wake up in your dr when you wake up until you fall asleep
4. if your doing the awake method change the last one to 'when i open my eyes i will have shifted' x3
