I Do Not Own One Piece

Floating in front of the lighthouse and twin capes, stood Laboon, with a twisted looking, or horrendous painting of the straw-hats jolly roger. It was painfully hard to look at. Even harder to not laugh at.
"And... Done!" Luffy stood in front of Laboon, still covered in dried blood from their previous battle. his arms crossed as a giant paint brush was cropped under his arms. Giant paint buckets surrounded his frame. All in different colors, "This will be a sign of our promise to fight again."
Faythe came bounding forward to gaze at the paints and buckets. She quickly covered her mouth to prevent a snort to escape her body.
"So don't bash your head against the wall and make it disappear, by the time we come back, you hear!?"
"BUOOHHH."
"Good!"
Faythe could see the faintest smile form on the flower man's, Crocus's face. Though it was hard to see with that huge frown that was probably their since birth.
Still looking down at the paint, which somehow memorized her somehow, was interrupted by a splash of paint. Luffy had just plunged the giant paint brush back into the buckets. The paint was splattered all over her blue shirt and feathers that lined her arms.
"Luffy!?" She sputtered in shock at the paint all over her.
"Sorry bout that Faythe!" Luffy laughed, holding his hat in place, only to be met with a splash of paint as well.
"Its okay now." she grinned victoriously.
Luffy then whipped his trusty paintbrush out to splash more paint at her, making her throw a whole bucket of paint at him in return. Then the chaos began. Colors of red, blue, yellow, white, black, purple were all flying through the air.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" A shout made the two paint covered souls freeze in place. Their attention now turning to Nami who was shrieking at her wrist. Laboon had seemed to flee from the screaming or maybe he just wanted to rest from all the fighting.
"What? Your being noisy." Luffy whined.
"What's the matter my dear Nami!?" Sanji came flying around the corner, both hands occupying plates of stacked food, his head and foot balancing foods as well, "If its about the meal, then its all ready!" Usopp came flying after him at the mention of food.
"Ugh... I'll take a brief break from the ship repairs and eat."
Faythe glanced around and found that Zoro wasn't there, meaning he either didn't hear it, or he's just a deep sleeper.
"The compass...! It's broken! It's pointing all over the place!" Nami shrieked, showing the people who compass that looked like it was going haywire.
Everyone was sitting down at the wooden table as Sanji placed down the food. Nami was being explained what was the problem with her compass and why she couldn't use it out in Grand Line. Faythe's attention wavered from the explanation at the smell of the plates sanji held.
Food.
"Ah, Time for food?" Luffy sat down, literally drooling.
"In your case, Its time for feeding." Sanji muttered out loud, but stopped when he saw Faythe's atrocious paint covered form. He gracefully pulled out a neat towel from his jacket and kneeled in front of her, bestowing it to her like one would do with a sword.
"Thank you." Faythe smiled at how grateful she was to get the paint off her.
"Sanji!!! What about me!?" Luffy whined, not knowing why Faythe got one and he didn't. Sanji vicious threw one at him in the face and went on gushing at how Faythe was eating her nut filled sundae. Glancing to her right, she saw Luffy start gobbling down a huge fish.
Continuing eating the food in front of her, she glanced up when she heard Nami.
"I... Had no idea." She rubbed her head nervously.
"WHAT!? ISNT THAT LIKE REALLY BAD? ARE WE GONNA BE OK!?" Usopp shouted at Nami's reaction to whatever Crocus explained.
"Ah!~ Nami's so cute even when she doesn't know!~" Sanji fawned over her.
"Huh? Just what about this fish is bad?" Luffy looked down at his food quizzically.
"YOU TWO JUST QUIET DOWN!" Nami shouted from across the table.
"This elephant trout trunk especially delicious!" Luffy started gnawing on the fish, almost cramming the huge fish into his already chubby cheeks. Faythe started laughing at this. though following her laughter, Luffy took the chance to steal her food and fricken gulped it all in one bite.
"HEY!" Faythe exclaimed furious at her now clean plate. Luffy only shrugging at her outburst. her attention now gazing back at the flower headed man.
"To navigate through Grand Line, you'll need a Log Pose."
"A Log Pose? I've never heard of it." Nami tilted her head.
"Its a special type of compass that records the magnetic field."
"So its a weird-looking compass?" Luffy spoke up during his munching.
"Well, it is rather oddly shaped as well." Crocus nodded.
"So you mean something like this?" Luffy held up the globe shaped thing Faythe and him grabbed from the two weirdos.
"Yes that's it." Crocus said without blinking an eye, "Without a Log Pose, it'd be impossible to navigate on the ocean. Of course, it is quite hard to obtain one outside the Grand Line."
"I see, but hang on just a second..." Nami got out of her seat and launched a punch right in Luffy's face, making his food get slung out of his mouth, "WHY THE HECK DO YOU HAVE ONE!?"
"Those two weirdos from earlier, accidently left it on our ship." Luffy sat on the ground still munching on his face.
"Them?" Nami tilted her head now remembering those two strange people.
"Why'd you hit me?"
"Just felt I had to."
"Oh." Luffy's only reply back to that set Faythe laughing at that whole conversation.
"So this is a Log Pose... There's no marking on it or anything..." She leveled it to her eyes.
"The various islands across Grand Line, all have their own magnetic field surrounding them." Crocus continued, "So in short, you'll have to record the magnetic field interaction between any two islands. before you can progress on to the next island."
Nami nodded, information being sucked up at the new things she'll have to do as a navigator. Faythe just went into a weird daze, already lost at the word magnetic field.
"In this ocean where one cant use any normal means of path-finding, this Log Pose represents the only reliable way for one to find his way. From this mountain, you'll choose 1 out of 7 magnetic fields to record, which'll lead you to different islands. But no matter which island you start with, the paths will all converge into one eventually... And the name of the very last island one can reach in the Grand Line is..."
He stopped and gave us all a very serious expression, which only make me pause what I'm doing and stare back.
"Raftel.
The final stop in the Grand Line.
The only ones who've ever confirmed its existence in history is the Pirate King and his crew.
It is an island of legends."
"Then does that mean... One piece is on that island!?" Usopp broke the silence.
"Who knows." Crocus replied nonchalantly, Faythe snorted at this, "Although that is the most likely theory, nobody has ever reached there to confirm it."
"Enough thinking." Luffy stated. Faythe turned to him and saw he was eating the bones of the fish from earlier, "We can see for ourselves one we're there."
turning back to get another spoonful of her sundae, Faythe notices that its all gone, along with everything else.
"Luffy!!" She shouted
"Ahhhh. Should we get going now?" Luffy leaned back in his seat, his stomach already looking bloated.
"DID YOU JUST EAT EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF!?" Sanji shouted, looking at the clean plates.
"AGHHH! EVEN THE BONES ARE GONE!" Usopp stared in disbelief.
"Alright, Log Pose... I'll make sure to take good care of you. Th fate of our journey is all up to you, after all." Nami cooed to her new compass, shining the glass that covered the needle pin. Faythe was pouting at her empty bowl, glaring at her captain.
"Why you rubber crap head! That food was.. was..." Sanji shot out is chair and round house kicked Luffy in the head, "For Nami and Faythe to enjoy!"
"AGH!" Luffy's body was flung across the table, shooting past Nami's new compass with the sound of broken glass following.
There was a big pause of silence for the people to realize what happened. The Log Pose was shattered and broken, just like that.
"YOU TWO CAN JUST COOL YOUR HEADS DOWN IN THE SEA!" Nami shrieked furious at what had happened, and kicked both of them off the cliff and into the ocean. Faythe fell to her knees laughing.
"That's what you get for eating my sundae!" Faythe laughed, pointing at Luffy now struggling in the sea.
"AHHH! WASNT THAT COMPASS, LIKE, SUPER-DUPER IMPORTANT!?" Usopp screeched, sweating almost, seeing the shattered Log Pose.
"What do we do, Crocus!? Our precious Log Pose....!" Nami turned to the flower man, seeking for more answers as he was the one, the only one who had experience in the Grand Line.
"Don't worry. I'll give you one as a sign of thanks for the matter with Laboon." He smiled.
"Wow... So Captain wasn't completely being an idiot.." Faythe muttered, still laughing.
"I guess so.." Usopp murmured from beside the parrot lady.
Usopp and Faythe watched a explosion go off in the distance, while Nami was inside with Crocus getting another Log Pose.
"Hmmm.. Should we worry about that..?" Usopp spoke slowly.
"Depends on whose over there." Faythe shrugged.
"Good point." Usopp raised his finger.

"Whiskey Peak? What's that?"
"It's a name of our town." Spoke the strange guy with the crown. He and the lady with a high ponytail, blue hair were taken back up here as they had requested something. So now were listening to whatever they want.
"So you want us to take you there because you lost your ship?" Faythe muttered, her and Usopp held doubted expressions.
"Dont you think that's a bit too much, Mr. 9?" Nami leaned down to the crowned fool's level as he sat on the ground, "Especially considering you tried to kill the Whale and all."
"I dont trust them.." Faythe said with narrowed eyes.
"Just who are you guys anyways?" Usopp questioned.
"I'm a king." The crowned one said.
"Liar." Nami pinched his cheeks, twisting them in a painful way.
"OWWW!"
"WE CANNOT SAY!" The blue haired one bowed down on her knees.
"BUT PLEASE! PLEASE TAKE US BACK TO OUR TOWN AND WE SWEAR WE'LL RETURN THE FAVOR!" Mr. 9 followed his partner in bowing.
"We'd really rather not keep things hush-hush about everything, but 'mystery' is our organization's motto." The lady started to tremble or shiver, Faythe couldn't tell. though in her gut, she didn't fall for it, "And so we absolutely cannot tell you anything more. Please help us out from the kindness of our hearts...!"
"Dont listen to them. They're nothing but trouble." Crocus grumbled, as he crossed his arms. To be honest, Faythe didn't really care what they did to them, it was up to her captain on what was their fate.
"Well... We accidently broke our Log Pose, but do you still want a ride?" Nami showed the two the broken Log Pose from before.
"W-WHAT!? YOU BROKE IT!? AND ISNT THAT OURS!?" Mr. 9 shouted out in outrage.
"HOW DARE YOU TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR MISFORTUNE WHEN YOURE JUST AS MISFORTUNATE AS WE ARE!?" Mrs. Wednesday yelled out right after hearing her partner.
"Oh right! I forgot to mention that crocus here gave us another Log Pose." Nami flicked her chin with her thumb, now messing around with the two weirdos.
"We beseech your kindness, madam..." Mr. 9 and Mrs. Wednesday instantly begin to bow to Nami again.
"HA!" Faythe doubles over and start cackling again. Usopp struggles with holding her up as she just kept having fits of giggles.
"Ok. They can come along if they want." Luffy stated.

"Alright then..." Crocus looked up at the ship that was now occupying the whole crew, with the addition of the weirdos, "Your log should have been recorded by now. Is it properly pointing towards a place indicated on the map?"
"Yup!" Nami looked down at her Log Pose and then to a map she held with her other hand, "It's pointing towards Whiskey Peak."
"You sure about this kid? Picking Whiskey Peak all just because of these ruffians..." Crocus asked his question to Luffy who was still leaning on the rails, "The only place you can choose which route you want to take is here, you know."
"It's fine. If I dont like the route, I can always sail once around and choose a different route." Luffy grinned confideintly.
"Luffy, I dont think that's how it works..." Faythe mumbled tiredly.
"I see...." Crocus grinned back.
"Bye then, Flower Gramps." Luffy smiled.
"Thanks for the Log Pose!" Nami waved.
"Bye Crocus, the Lighthouse Keeper of the Twin Capes. 71 year old, Gemini, and blood type is AB!!!" Faythe shouted out as the ship started to sail away.
"How does she remember that...?" Crocus smiled nervously.
Once the ship was out at sea, Luffy ran up to the crow's nest and almost burst Faythe's ear drums.
"WE'RE GOING NOW, WHALE!" Luffy screamed out at the top of his lungs.
Laboon shot out of the water, right on time and screamed back as well.
"BUOOOHHHHHH!"
Running to the front of the ship, all the way to the mast, she saw the winds dance around her excitedly. The waves crashing against the side of the ship as they sailed past.
This was gonna be the start of an adventure.
This was going to be a step forward of reaching out of the cage.
This was just the beginning of it all.
