We walk out of the grocery store.
I hold the grocery bags behind my back so Pico couldn't see.
"That was easy." Pico said.
Pico turned at me.
"So- Do you have everything?" Pico asked me.
I glance over at the bag behind me.
"Yeah..." I blushed.
Pico started looking me up and down.
"Something... Wrong?" I asked.
"Yeah- Where exactly?" Pico tilted his head at me.
"What do you mean?" I ask him.
"Where are the things we stole?" Pico started inching his way closer to me.
All I could do is stand there.
Pico finally inched his way into my bubble.
I start sweating, there was no way I could hide it.
"Look! I... Managed to steal a grocery bag." I shoved the bag in Pico's face.
"That's quite impressive- Did you manage to take one with no witnesses?" He asked.
"Yeah... I did." My voice cracked.
"I doubt it-" He yoinked the bag to see for himself.
He pulled out a receipt.
"Wha- I swore I told the cashier to keep the receipt... Did she just completely ignore my offer? Why? Why?" I say to myself, as I cover my face.
"A receipt? This were a waste of time..." I could hear the disappointment in his voice.
"I didn't really want to do this anyway-" I shrugged.
"You were completely fine with it yesterday-"
Pico mumbled.
"Not really- I just wanted to make you happy but at the last moment I couldn't..."
I could hear the birds chirping outside, indicating how silent it were.
"And... I got caught by some elderly woman- Also what if what's going on is a hoax, a myth, some sick joke." I proposed.
"I doubt it- We witnessed objects getting deleted so... You're honestly full of shit." Pico started walking.
I guess we were going home.
Pico were a few meters in front of me, I turned my head and see another house getting deleted.
I pointed at the house but I couldn't develop enough courage to speak.
I felt a very fuzzy feeling, I was unsure what I did but I have no idea how to resolve it either.
I close my mouth and continue walking, I felt incredibly heavy. I couldn't lift my head up all the way, I looked like a zombie walking.
Forty-five minutes pass and we finally reach Pico's home.
I was quite surprised that it were still there, almost every house I walked by were deleted.
We walk inside.
I felt oh so dizzy so I decided to take a nap upstairs.
A few hours pasted while you were sleeping then suddenly you were woken up.
"I've been waiting almost all day for you to get up."
I open my eyes to see Pico hovering near me again. But time he has his arms crossed.
"Ohh- I'm sorry." I started blushing.
"While you were sleeping I went to the laundromat. I even made breakfast." Pico said.
"The laundromat?! So that means?!" I asked Pico.
"Yes, that means..." Pico handed me my hat while grinning to himself.
I instantly put it on. I check myself out in the mirror.
"Maybe you should put some pants on-" Pico suggested.
"Nah- This hoodie thing doesn't even fit me so it covers everything." I strike a confident pose.
"Let's just go downstairs." Pico scratches his head and opens the bedroom door.
I run downstairs into the dining room.
I noticed a plate with pancakes, eggs, and bacon on it.
Everything looked really well made.
"Wow! This looks amazing, Pico." I grabbed his hands.
"It's nothing that special..." Pico blushed.
"Just a few store brought items- I didn't really technically make anything." His face looking a extremely burning red.
His hands felt sweaty.
"No need to be embarrassed- You literally made most of the items yourself. No need to discredit yourself." I squeezed his hands.
"Surprised you didn't get sausages-" I said.
"Thought you already had enough." Pico grinned.
"I suppose you're right- I'll eat what you made later. I just want to cuddle with my big sausage." I winked.
Pico drags me to the couch.
We both sit next to each other, Pico starts holding onto me oh so dearly.
We inch our faces together in for kiss, I could feel the static light from the TV hit our faces.
