The Vermillion bring Cyrus to the museum and trap him in a sarcophagus. Krux noting that the sarcophagus that Cyrus Borg was being stuffed into is the same one that the Serpentine previously tried to steal.
"The Vermillion Warriors have done well, brother. Borg is captured and the first step of our plan is complete. It's time to begin phase two." Krux happily announced.
"How? Phase two requires many more Vermillion than we have." Acronix questioned.
"We'll have them shortly. With even more growing in the swamp. Soon, there will be a force of thousands." Krux said. "Okay, but how do the two of us control a force of thousands?" Acronix questioned again.
"I've had forty years to develop this plan, brother." Krux said with a chuckle. "Do you not think I took that into account?"
"May I introduce... Commander Raggmunk, Commander Blunck and Commander Machia." Krux said as six sets of glowing eyes appeared in the darkness.
"Hand-selected from the genetically superior Serpentine. Their superior intellect allows them to communicate telepathically with the Vermillion Warriors and control them to the hive mind." Krux bragged as the three Commanders stepped out of the shadows and into the light.
"You've thought of everything." Acronix said in astonishment at his brother's foresight.
"Indeed. I bred them to be strategic thinkers. In fact, they've been working out the details for phase two." Krux continued to brag about his plan.
"With your permission, sir, I've outlined the attack so we can—" Blunck said only to be cut off. "We've outlined." Raggmunk angrily hissed. They began hissing and spitting at each other.
"Hand-selected?" Acronix said in a mocking tone. "They're fighters. One must expect a certain amount of...aggression." Krux said dismissively of his brothers mocking.
Blunck and Raggmunk kept hissing and spitting at each other. Getting closer and closer to a fistfight.
"The plan!" Acronix said, hitting his fist on the table. He had, had enough of their behaviour.
"Of course. I will explain-" Blunck said, clearing his throat. "We will." Raggmunk corrected again. They violently hiss at each other again. "Enough! You will tell them the plan or I will eat the two of you for breakfast, bones and all!" Machia snarled at them both.
"Hm. As I said. Aggression." Krux said in a smug tone.
(Third Person P.O.V)

"Okay, he's hooked up to the main computer. Keep your fingers crossed." Nya said as she finished hooking Zane up to the Samurai X computer.
"Come on, Zane..." Jay pleaded with Zane. But no luck. "Nope. Still out." Jay said with a bitter sigh.
"We've got to get Zane back online. He was the last one to see Cyrus Borg." Lloyd said.
"Hang on. There's something on the video feed." Cole said, pointing out the footage on the computer screen.
*Cyrus Borg's Voice: "Well, this is a surprise. I didn't expect to see you."*
*Zane's Voice: "Who did you-" Then Zane was knocked out.*
"Um, did I miss something? One second Zane is talking, then nothing." Jay said scratching the back of his head in confusion.
"Okay, let's try again, only slower." Nya said as she slowed down the video but still saw nothing except a green blur.
"Oh, there you go. Zane was nailed by, uh, some mysterious blurry thing." Cole said sarcastically. "Oh, so all we need to do is round up all the blurs in Ninjago. This tells us nothing!" Jay joined in.
"Maybe I can slow it down more." Nya said fiddling with the controls but the computer screen cuts out. "We lost the connection." Nya said. "Aw, and Zane." Jay sighed bitterly.
Kai walks back into the Samurai X cave with the Vermillion helmet on.
"Nothing?" Kai asks. It appeared that his sister hadn't had much luck either. "Nothing yet." Nya replied with a sad sigh. "What about you? Are you positive the helmet doesn't do anything?" Nya asked, hoping her brother may have found a lead.
"Hm. Something about this is familiar, though. I just can't place it. Perhaps Dr Saunders knows. He's an expert on all things Ninjago. Maybe he knows something about this helmet." Kai said, taking the helmet off to examine it.
"Good thinking. Go and see what you can find out. I'll go back to H.Q and keep an eye on Master Wu." Lloyd said. Everyone agreed to the plan and set off to their set task.

(Y/N) walked into the Ninjago City Museum. Let out a heavy sigh as she did so. Her jacket was still missing the sleeve. "I've had this thing as long as I can remember." (Y/N) sighed again. Missing the soft sounds of the snakes hissing as she walked past them.
The snakes slithering over to the entrance and into a nearby suit of armour. Its eyes glowed as it gave its report to the hive mind.
The commanders had only just finished explaining their plan to Krux and Acronix.
"Excellent. You may strike when ready." Krux commanded, giving the order the go-ahead.
"My sentries say we have a visitor." Blunck announced reporting what the sentries had seen.
"It's a museum. We have lots of visitors." Krux said in a snide tone.
"It is a girl in a torn grey jacket." Raggmunk quickly elaborated. "A girl in a torn grey jacket? (Y/N)?" Acronix excitedly guessed.
"Brother, no." Krux warned. "Oh, relax Krux. I'm only going to say hi." Acronix said while waving his brother off. "Acronix." Krux scolded his brother as he opened up the secret entrance and strolled out.
Krux let out a bitter sigh. Before quickly running to his spy scope to watch what his brother was doing. The head of the serpent statue was attached to slowly moving as Krux watched his brother stroll towards (Y/N).
Acronix peeked around the corner to see if it really was (Y/N). Sure enough (Y/N) was sitting in front of the portrait of Eris.
(Y/N) knew Hela, yes. She'd never forget the woman that made her life hell and haunted her dreams. The very scars on her back were a testament to her cruelty. Eris, however, was a complete stranger to her.
(Y/N) spotted a strange-looking person standing in the hallway. Well, all humans dressed funny in her opinion but that was beside the point. He was dressed rather strange compared to the others she'd seen walking around.
He was wearing a red, green and silver coloured outfit with gear like designs on it. What she assumed was green warrior paint smeared across his eye, a soul patch beard and a rather bizarre hairdo that seemed very out of place.
The individual must have caught her staring because he lifted his eyes to meet (Y/N)'s, and he chuckled softly. "I won't lie to you." The man spoke with a wide grin. "I never thought I'd live to see another Master of Karma." Acronix stated.
"What do you mean?" (Y/N) asked, tilting her head inquisitively at the man. "Eris." Acronix said, walking up to the portrait to stand beside (Y/N).
"Your grandmother. I knew her. From before what you all are calling the serpentine wars." His eyes ghosted over, and his face became haunted as he gazed into the portrait.
"Never thought I'd outlive her." Acronix said sadly. "You knew Eris?" (Y/N) asked with a sceptical laugh in her throat, turning towards the man with sudden interest.
Acronix nodded, looking back to the portrait. "She was my friend." Acronix said, glancing back toward (Y/N). "Sorry, how rude of me not to introduce myself." Acronix apologised, even bowing slightly as he did.
"My name is Acronix. I'm one of two Masters of Time." Acronix said introducing himself while trying not to sound overeager as he talked.
"Then as an Elemental Master, you know you are my enemy." (Y/N) coldly stated. Acronix merely laughed and pointed at the portrait of him and his brother fighting Wu and his brother.
"We disagreed with their little club about many things. Including the Serpentine the Anicondria as well as Eris and her child." Acronix pointed out. "They didn't take to kindly to that."
"According to that portrait that was over forty years ago. Aren't you a little young?" (Y/N) pointed out. Once again Acronix chuckled.
"Wu and Garmadon with help from the other Elemental Masters stole our powers and trapped us with them. My brother escaped but I wasn't able to until about three days ago." Acronix answered truthfully.
"What was she like? Eris?" (Y/N) asked, Acronix chuckled softly and turned his attention back to Eris' portrait.
"Stubborn. Fearless. An unstoppable warrior with an amazing singing voice." Acronix replied, with a spark in his eyes as he talked. "She helped her father lead fellow Anacondrai into every battle, All ways at the front, fighting alongside them never from behind." He paused for a moment, a lump in his throat.
"Eris had a kind of way about her. She saw the world differently." Acronix explained. "You could see it in her. She was... different. Different from any other Elemental Master I had known. She was unorthodox in all the right ways." He looked back to (Y/N).
"The kind of right way that narrow-minded people didn't agree with at the time." Acronix said darkly.
"Truthfully, you remind me a lot of her." Acronix's voice became soft, quiet. "She would've been very proud to call you her granddaughter." Acronix spoke up. "That much I'm sure of."
(Y/N) fell quiet along with him, turning her gaze back to the portrait. Of course, she knew of some of the stories about Eris. But to actually hear about Eris from the mouth of someone who was actually there?
She let her gaze linger on the portrait for a beat longer and then turned to Acronix.
"Do you know who did it?" (Y/N) bluntly asked him. "Not personally but my brother Krux has been planning our revenge for the last forty years. I'll ask if he's turned up anything." Acronix answered honestly.
"I want the person or the descendent of the Elemental Master that killed Eris." (Y/N) coldly stated. It was a clear warning not to interfere.
"We won't interfere with your revenge if it doesn't interfere with ours." Acronix said, holding out a hand for her to shake.
"Fair." (Y/N) agreed, shaking Acronix's hand. "Until we meet again, Master of Karma." Giving her hand a kiss before leaving.
Acronix opened the entrance to the secret lair he and his brother shared and strolled right on inside with a smile on his face.
"What did you do?!" Krux demanded. "Relax Krux." Acronix stated in a calm tone. "We talked about Eris, revenge, and we agreed to stay out of each other's way, so long as we don't interfere with each other's plans." Acronix explained in a sing-song like tone.
"Not a bad idea but why did you take that risk!" Krux demanded as he scolded his brother.
"Because you know the ninja are going to try and get her on their side, even after everything they've done to her." Acronix pointed out. "I just beat them to the punch."
"Clever, little brother." Krux admitted. "But as Dr Saunders, I told her an adult should handle this." Krux said using his silly voice. "That's not going to stop her. It didn't stop us when our own mother said it to us." Acronix said. "True." Krux sighed, knowing his brother was correct.

Lloyd returns to The Temple of Airjitzu to speak to Wu, who is resting in bed.
Misako walks in bringing Wu a cup of warm tea. "Oh, Lloyd. I didn't know you were here." Misako stated as she gave Wu his tea.
"Thank you, Misako. Focus Tea might help to clear my head." Lloyd sighs. "Maybe you should have some as well." Wu said, offering a cup to his nephew.
"Uh, what?" Lloyd said taking an offered cup before it could fall from Wu's grasp.
"You seem...distant." Wu said, gulping down his tea. "Yeah. It's just that, as a master-in-training, it feels like I should be doing something. But what?" Lloyd said, looking into his teacup his reflection staring back at him.
"A true Master must always..." Wu said, his voice dropping off slightly. "Yes, Master? Must always what?" Lloyd said, urging him to continue. "...and only then will he be a true Master." Wu said falling asleep mid-sentence then wakes up.
"Sorry, I-I-I didn't quite get that." Lloyd urged again. "I said a true Master must... Wu said falling asleep. "Curious...Time..." Wu mumbled in his sleep. "Time?" Lloyd repeated. "Time waits..." Wu mumbled in his sleep. "Time waits..." Lloyd repeated again. "Time waits for no..." Wu said, then fell back asleep.
"Uh, Master?" Lloyd said, trying to wake Wu. "Did someone mention lunch?" Wu said waking up. "No, Master, no one mentioned lunch." Lloyd said with a bitter sigh. "Then why did you wake me?" Wu angrily snaps and goes back to sleep again.
"He isn't himself." Lloyd bitterly sighs. "Ahh, this is just perfect. Mysterious snake samurai things attacked Ninjago, Cyrus Borg is missing and our team is down one master, one Ninja and..." Lloyd stopped himself before he could finish the sentence.

Kai arrives at the museum just in time to see (Y/N) coming down the front steps.
"Hi (Y/N). Say do you know anything about-" "Brick off Ninja." (Y/N) coldly stated walking past Kai on the steps. "I already agreed to stay out of it!"
"Ok?..." Kai said watching her leave. "Already agreed to stay out of it?" Kai mumbled to himself. Kai shook his head and went inside.
"Hello? Dr Saunders?" Kai called out. "He's gotta be here somewhere. He's always here. The guy is practically an exhibit himself. If anyone can shed light on the origin of this helmet, it'll be him." Kai said to himself.
Kai made his way further into the museum coming across the portrait of his parents in front of their blacksmith shop.
"Mum. Dad." Kai said to the portrait. "I wish I could ask you what this is. Actually, I wish I could ask you anything." Kai sadly admitted.
"It's been so long." Kai said, whipping some tears from his eyes. Kai briefly reminisces about meeting Nya for the first time.
"Your kids miss you, you know." Kai said out loud at the painting.
"My sentries say we have another visitor." Blunck reported. "It's. A. Museum. We have lots of visitors." Krux reiterated. Now wishing that he'd tried harder for more intelligence.
"This one's a Ninja." Raggmunk said with a sharp hiss. "A Ninja?" Acronix said. "We need to see what he's up to. Oh, wait, I bet you never set up a security camera, Mr I-Hate-All-Technology-Even-Though-It's-Cool!" Acronix started to mouth off to his brother.
"I have something better." Krux stated with a huff and showed Acronix his spy scope.
"The Fire Ninja! He must be onto us! Perhaps he's more dangerous than I first thought. I'll neutralize him before he uncovers our plans." Acronix declared. "No. That will draw too much attention to everything. I will take care of this. This changes nothing. Commence phase two." Krux ordered as slipped on his disguise.

Nya inserts a device into the Samurai X computer. "Upgrade is complete. Say hello to Super Slow Motion." Nya announced with pride. They play the video again and pause the video just in time to see who the attacker was.
"Acronix!" Cole angrily spat. "That's why Zane never saw him coming. Acronix fast-forwarded into a blur!" Jay angrily stated, punching his palm in anger.
"But wait. Cyrus Borg said he saw someone approaching before that. But who?" Nya said. They continue the video to show Acronix taking Borg to see Dr Saunders.
"That's... Dr Saunders." Jay said in surprise. "Hold on. That means he and Acronix..." Cole exclaimed, putting the pieces together. "Are working together!?" Cole and Jay said at the same time.
"And he's hooked up with those slithering Samurai's too." Cole spat in disgust.
"Oh, I always knew there was something snakey about that guy!" Jay loudly proclaimed.
"No, there wasn't. Dr Saunders is such a kind old man. Remember all the school field trips to the museum?" Nya stated. "Exactly! And how boring were those?" Jay shouted in protest. "I kinda liked them." Cole sadly admitted.
"The point is, he's definitely gone full snake now." Jay said in a huff. "And Kai is headed right into that snake's nest!" Nya gasps.
Nya, Cole and Jay quickly rush out of the Samurai X Cave. "Hurry! We've got to get to Kai before that double-crossing Dr Saunders." Nya shouts, hoping it isn't too late to save her brother.
"What about Zane?" Cole asked as they were about to leave. "He'll be fine. I've got him on a restore and reboot protocol." Nya shouted as they left.
On the Samurai X computer symbols start appearing. Symbols that look awfully similar to the one's on (Y/N)'s arm. A warning flashed on the screen before shutting off and restarting itself. Deleting the information in the process and causing a reset of the security system and the entrance to be opened allowing a single entity to walk in.
Thanks to the bright light from outside shining in only the outline of the person was seen stepping inside. They seemed to be looking for something. They stopped when they saw Zane and immediately walked up to him and lovingly stroked his cheek in a way meant to soothe someone's pain.
They then turned their attention to Nya's Samurai X armour and her exo-suit.

Krux, disguised as Dr Saunders, slowly approaches Kai from behind prepared to strike.
"Aah! Dr Saunders!" Kai shouted in fright having turned around at the right moment. Starting Krux enough to stop him from his surprise attack.
"In the very flesh-flesh. You were expecting different doctor?" Krux said awkwardly. "No, you just startled me. But actually, I was looking for you." Kai said, ignoring Dr Saunders ever-present weirdness.
"Were you now?" Krux said slightly on edge. Had he been found out? "Do you recognize this?" Kai said, showing him the helmet. Krux let out a sigh of relief.
"Hm. It slightly resembles a post-Serpentine War Samurai battle helmet but is probably just a knock-off. Cheapy-cheap-cheap. Perhaps costume from Ninjago Con?" Krux lied to the red ninja.
"Uh, I don't think so. We got it off a snakey Samurai Warrior we defeated." Kai said, taking the helmet back.
"Snake Warrior?" Krux said, trying to sound concerned in his silly voice. "Actually, a bunch of snakes, all, like, twisted into one, attacked the Borg Store. It was on the news. Don't you watch TV?" Kai asked in disbelief.
"I despise TV." Krux hissed under his breath and his voice slowly went back to normal. "A vile, bilious contraption." Krux quickly clears his throat and fixes his voice before he can give himself away. "I-I-I mean, interesting. Heh! If you leave it with me, perhaps I can look into its origin. Heh! Goodbye." Krux said, taking the helmet back and starting to walk away.
"Master Wu always says 'Never put off until tomorrow what can be done today.' So I would like to look around now. Maybe I'll stumble on something useful. Is that okay?" Kai stated his eyes glancing over everything in the room.
"Of course. We are open to the public for seven days of the week. Late on Thursdays." Krux said, hiding the frustration and anger in his voice.
Kai continues to check the museum while Krux desperately tries to keep his cover hidden.
"Master Wu taught us that any problem can be solved. It just takes thought and time." Kai said. "I am quite very certain there is nothing to interest you here." Krux said, trying to shoo the red ninja away.
"Hm, I don't know. I mean, what if this guy was related to the snakes we fought?" Kai pointed out. "Not likely. And really, I doubt you'll find anything. Our collection is mostly harmless artifacts." Krux said with an awkward laugh.
"Hmm. Maybe. But you never know what might open the door to some secret information." Kai says as he sits on a chair in one of the exhibits, unknowingly opening a door to their base. "Something I'm missing. Like, you know the expression, one can't see the forest for the trees?" Kai said.
"You said you were taking care of this." Acronix whisper shouted at his brother.
"Something that's right in front of me." Kai said, completely oblivious to what was happening just behind him.
"I am taking care of this." Krux whisper shouted back. "No, I am!" Acronix said, grabbing a Time Blade, but Kai finally stands up from the exhibit, unintentionally closing the door on Acronix before he could strike.
"Now, really, I must insist you to go home. It is after closing time." Krux said, pushing Kai towards the exit.
"Yeah, I guess you're right. It was a longshot, anyway. Wait a minute." Kai gasped in realisation. "That's it! The helmet! It's just like the one they were wearing. But wait, Acronix is gone and Master Wu said Krux was lost in time forever. So that means Krux must still be around somewhere!" Kai said holding the helmet up to the portrait of the time twins fighting the sons of the first spinjitzu master.
"Don't be ridiculous. I have told you, they are myth." Krux said just as his fake moustache gets caught on a statue and comes off, accidentally revealing himself as Krux.
"What is the- Dr Saunders! You." Kai said in shock. "You're Krux! Which means Master Wu was wrong! You weren't lost in time!" Kai shouted.
"No, no, no, no, no, no. That is positively..." His voice goes back to normal. "Correct. I've been hiding here, right under his nose for decades." Krux gloated. The farce was up much sooner then he would have liked but no matter this would just accelerate his plains.
"I knew I'd seen that helmet before!" Kai said readying himself for a fight. "Well, aren't you clever? Such a smart little Ninja." Krux loudly mocked Kai.
"Ninja, go!" Kai shouted, attacking Krux with spinjitzu knocking him backwards into Cyrus Borg's wheelchair.
"I almost forgot that Wu taught you Spinjitzu." Krux spat as he steadied himself and shoved Cyrus Borg's wheelchair at the Master of Fire.
"Yeah, but I came up with this one all on my own." Kai proudly declared jumping on the statue Acronix was spying on with. Incidentally smacking Acronix with the spy scope in the process.
"I knew I should have dealt with him when I had a chance." Acronix snarled as he rubbed his sore face. Snatching the time blade off the wall he tries to go out, but the sarcophagus blocks the entrance, trapping him, but revealing Cyrus.
"Cyrus Borg! So you kidnapped him!" Kai shouted after Cyrus was revealed tied up inside the golden Serpentine sarcophagus. "I prefer the term acquired." Krux said with a smug tone.
"That means you took out Zane too." Kai snarled. "Nothing is getting by you." Krux said in a mocking tone. "Too bad You and I are nearly an equal match, but let's see how you do against both Hands of Time!" Krux declared.
"Brother! Brother?" Krux said in confusion when Acronix failed to appear and banging sounds could be heard. "Oh, Come on!" Acronix shouted at the blocked entrance.

"Fresh off the rack! Arise my army!" Raggmunk declared as the Vermillion attacks the city. "Our army!" Blunck angrily hissed.
"Let's hope for your sake phase two is a success. Or they will become my army!" Machia spat at the pair.
"No, they'd still be our-" Blunck said. Machia hissed at him silencing him.
"Yes! Grab the best... The most skilled... And the finest craftspeople!!" Raggmunk ordered. And the Vermillion Samurai go on a kidnapping spree, snatching shipyard workers, metal workers and tailors.
Cole, Jay, and Nya frantically drive toward the museum but see Vermillion Warriors attacking the city.
"Uh, guys, look who's back." Cole pointed out. "Oh, now what are they up to?" Jay complained.
"They're either kidnapping more people or organizing a parade." Cole snarkily stated. "Aw, I love a parade." Jay sarcastically stated. "Nya, keep going to the museum. We'll deal with these guys." Jay said. Nya nodded and continued on ahead.
Jay and Cole readied themselves to attack some of the samurai holding the citizen's hostage.
"Looks like somebody wants to play. Wish we had the rest of the team here to help." Jay commented.
"Well, say hello to our newest members. Lefty and Righty." Cole declared using his Earth Punch, but couldn't control it. "Oops. Wow, if I'm not more careful, I can take all of us out." Cole said with a nervous chuckle.
"Lefty, Righty, nice to meet you. Also, do better!" Jay shouted at Cole's hands.
"Okay, okay." Cole said as he tries using his new powers again but just breaks more stuff.
The Vermillion Samurai just standing there watching all the destruction. Not really sure what to do. The Ninjago citizens were suddenly questing whether or not it was safer with the snakes.
"Cole, seriously!? Watch where you're throwing those things!" Jay shouted at the Master of Earth.
"It's out of my hands! Aah!" Cole yelled from at top a small mountain of now destroyed cars. "It is your hands!" Jay shouted back.
"I'm still trying to get used to them." Cole protested as his arms started glowing again.
"Okay. How about getting used to them in their direction?" Jay shouted at Cole and caused the Master of Earth to accidentally launch Jay into an open dumpster. "Jay!" Cole cried out in panic and rushed to save Jay.
"Fools! Did you forget your mission? We need the people. Forget fighting the Ninja." Machia screamed at her Samurai.
"But Commander Machia, they are warriors. Fighting is what they do." Blunck stated. "Which is why we need the people. There is much to follow phase two. Into the sewers." Machia angrily hissed and the opening cover was removed and the people forced inside.
"Hurry, Jay. Get out of there." Cole said shoving garbage out of the way. "Just don't hurt me." Jay cowered from underneath all that garbage. When Jay finally is freed from his garbage prison, the streets are empty.
"Uh, hey. What?" Cole exclaimed in confusion. "Where'd they go?" Jay asked looking up and down the destroyed street.

Nya arrives at the museum only to find it seemingly empty at first. "KAI!" Nya shouts for her brother.
"Snakes. Why am I not surprised?" Nya said in disgust. as they slithered past her and slither inside a large suit of armour at the entrance.
"Okay, that surprised me." Nya admitted as the giant samurai stood before her.
The giant samurai slammed its fists against the ground. Nya dodges out of the way as the giant samurai charges towards her.
Nya avoids the giant samurai's left swipe by using the momentum to move to the right. She then lands three punches to the giant samurai's right leg, which causes the giant samurai to roar in response, as it seems apparent that Nya's punches hadn't done any significant damage.
A retaliatory left punch sends Nya tumbling back into the wall. The giant samurai roaring before charging again.
Nya grits her teeth as she manages to dodge the giant samurai's double fist slam and lands an uppercut to the giant samurai's chin, propelling herself upwards to perform an airborne side kick on the giant samurai's chest before landing back on the ground, sliding under the giant samurai's forcing the giant samurai to turn around, the kicks apparently having no effect either.
Furious Nya activates her powers, firing a powerful stream right into the giant samurai's face, forcing it to back. Nya then slides underneath the giant samurai again to dodge the right punch.
As the giant samurai turns around, Nya attacks with another powerful stream, which pushes the giant samurai's head to the right, before the giant samurai tries to use both fists to pin her down, which misses as Nya propels herself backwards, ready for another charge as the giant samurai.
As Nya prepares another right hook, the giant samurai times it perfectly to swat Nya away. Nya then lands on a nearby tapestry.
A final blast of water decides the winner and ripples throughout the giant samurai's body as it tumbles and fades away into nothingness. Nya uses her powers to push them outside. "Stay! No more surprises." Nya said as slid down the tapestry and rushed to find Kai.
"Is that all you've got? Your parents would be very disappointed!" Krux sneered at the Master of Fire.
"Don't you ever mention my parents! Aah!" Kai yelled as he attacked. "Wu may have been a good teacher, but he's not here to help you now." Krux said blocking the oncoming attack.
"Don't you mention Wu either!" Kai added. "Oh, Ninja, such self-righteousness." Krux said, shaking his head at the Master of Fire.
"My parents helped Wu and Garmadon defeat you once. And I will do it again." Kai declared. Krux just laughs at Kai. "Ah, so that's it. Trying to live up to their legacy is that it?" Krux laughed, whipping away a tear.
"Did they ever tell you how this all happened?" Krux teased. "How one of the Elemental Masters broke our treaty with the Serpentine by killing the daughter of General Arcturus."
"We know this! (Y/N)'s told us this!" Kai said as they continued to circle each other. "Ah, that's right. (Y/N). If I recall correctly this generation of Elemental Masters tried to kill her too." Krux spat. "So I guess you all are living up to your legacies after all."
"Shut up!" Kai spat. "You ever wondered why we left? Why we refused to be a part of the elemental masters stupid little club? After one of them killed Eris and the rest decided to cover it up." Krux shouted.
"That's a lie!" Kai spat. "It's the truth." Krux countered. "You were not there during the time Eris was murdered, young Ninja. But I was and so was my brother."
"They were drunk on hubris and their own power. And when we tried to stop them. And when we went in search of justice. Your parents helped steal our powers." Krux spat at the Master of Fire.
"Wu has told you all a great lie. Wu, Lord Garmadon, your parents and all the rest were not whom you think they are. They didn't fight for justice or some noble cause. They were thieves and murderous liars looking to line their own pockets or steal power whenever they could."
"What? No! You're lying! They were heroes!" Kai shouted at the oldest Master of Time.
"Surely you can see why he didn't want you to know the truth. No one in their right mind would want to live up to that!" Krux said. "I don't believe you. Master Wu would never lie!" Kai shouted. "And don't you talk about (Y/N) either!" Kai yelled at Krux.
"Oh? Why wouldn't I." Krux gloated with a sinister grin. "After all, my brother got her to agree to not interfere with our goals."
"No!" Kai said losing control of his powers. What she said earlier played in his mind. "I already agreed to stay out of it!"
"The truth hurts, doesn't it?" Krux said, preparing to strike. "Not as much as this will-" Krux gets interrupted with a stream of water.
"Aw, gee. What a mess. Someone really needs to clean up the museum." Nya said as she joined the fight just as Acronix managed to get out. "Ugh. Sorry, I'm late." Acronix said joining his brother's side.
"Nya! Good to see you, sis." Kai said. "Back at you, bro. Now let's teach these two a lesson in sibling rivalry." Nya said.
Kai then snatches up two statues from a nearby display and throws them at Krux; Acronix dodges out of the way and grabs a single bowl throwing it a Nya. Kai then leaps in front of Nya smashing the bowls with his fists.
Nya's attempt to disorient Krux with her water, Krux knocks her back and throws three more plates at Kai, The Master of Fire manages to dodge, Acronix then charge at Kai, but Nya intercepts using her powers to cause Krux to slip and crash into a nearby display which shattered because of the impact.
Krux jumps through the shattered glass to grab a metal flag pole using it as a spear Kai blocks and retreats. While Acronix and Nya duel in a one-on-one fight. Kai grabs a sword off the wall and engages Krux in a one-on-one.
"Switch!" Nya and Kai said at the same time.
Krux manages to dodge, but is unable to stop Nya from knocking him backwards with a powerful kick causing him to land inside the sarcophagus. "Hahaha. Looks like we have the upper hand." Krux declared as his brother joined him.
"The Time Blade. Don't let him-" "Until next time." Acronix said and with that the Time Twins and Borg disappear. "Too late. They're gone. And so is Borg." Nya said with a sigh of defeat.
"Vanished. Before our eyes." Kai sighed, grabbing the helmet.
(Third Person P.O.V)
____ Ninjago ____
The ninja regroup back at the Samurai X cave to reboot Zane. Only to discover that Nya's Samurai X gear was missing.
"So it looks like not only are Acronix and Krux are working with those Samurai snakes." Nya growled. "Someone broke in and stole my stuff!"
"At least Zane is safe." Jay pointed out. "Hey, he's rebooting!" Cole shouted as Zane started to come back online.
"Four, seven, two, one... nine." Zane glitched out as he sat up on the table. "Spoke to soon." Jay sighed to himself.
