1- accept:

learn to accept things the way they come at you, there's really no need to be frustrated over ridiculous stuff or even afraid of them, deal?
please make sure you accept all your problems with your wise grand way of thinking

just use the energy you've already fed the problem with so that you can find great solutions

2- make a list:

a list; things you're capable of doing,, or more like, solutions you've got the competent for reaching

3- talk to someone:

well venting is a main point you can do right? yeah i mean we been knew. find someone to talk to, your sibling, your cousin, a close friend or even your parents if you have a strong relationship with any of them. and with that, the person you talked with for sure, will advise you so that's a win-win point, cheer up!!

4- start achieving:

as i mentioned in the second point, you gotta brainstorm the solutions you're able to do and it's role comes in this point
now that you've wrote them you shall shoot your shot right? (lmao i know this phrase is used for other kind of situation but why not change)

5- maintain your mental health:

mental health is the most crucial tip you must run after in this situation as well as in other situations. so you need to drink water, eat healthy, keep in touch, express your feelings and emotions, take a break.
yes you need to take a break, make time for yourself, you deserve a lot

6- visit a therapist:

just tell your parents or whomever you're living with about this new decision and try to convince them if they protested, and in case it didn't work then it's fine, i'm sure they will look after you and take care of you in all the possible ways
