CH2: Nani

Bright POV

"Who are you?"

I was snapped out of my thought when suddenly a little boy come to me and ask me a question.

"I am Bright. Hmm I'm Win's friend" I'm not sure if I can really call Win as my friend. He hates me so much.

"Ahh.. p'win friend" The little boy says cutely as he smile showing his full teeth.

"What's your name kid?" I ask back.

"My name is nani. I am p'win smart little brother whom he loves so much" the boy introduce himself to me. I find this boy is cute though.

So, he is win's younger brother. I didn't have any idea that win has younger brother.

"Oh.. so p'win love you because you are smart?"

"Yeah p'bright. If you are smart, p'win will love you too" Nani says as he giggles, his eyes disappear when he laughing, just like Win.

I can say that this boy is quite friendly compare to his brother. He just know me but already chatting happily with me. If only his brother like this as well.

"Nani, don't disturb p'bright. Come here at papa" uncle Newwie appears while bringing the drinks and serves on the small table near them.

"Sorry Bright. Nani really likes to talk. He always like this with stranger. He don't get shy like other children" uncle Newwie try to explain to me.

"It's okay uncle. He doesn't bother me. I'm happy chatting with him. He indeed a good and smart kid" I praise the kid.

"See papa. Thank you, p'Bright. P'Bright is not only handsome but really kind too. I love him already! If I'm an adult, I would marry you phi"

I laugh when I hear the kid talking. How can this kid talk like an adult.

"Nani baby, at this rate you gonna marry all the handsome man you meet" uncle Tay interrupt.

"Bright, don't mind my son here. He always say that whenever he meets someone, well mostly my employee he meets he said that" uncle Tay add while laughing at his son.

Nani puffs his cheeks and pout form on his lip.

So cute.

"It really didn't bother me uncle. I find he is cute and adorable as well" I try to assure them.

"Nani is actually our adopted son" uncle Tay tell me when Nani disappears into one of the room.

Oh.. that's why I don't hear about it before.

"But we already treat him as our own son. Win loves him too. But it takes time for Win to be in good term with Nani. Thanks to Nani friendly nature, he succeed in melting the king of iceberg" uncle Tay laughing while saying this.

I guess I know why uncle Tay called Win as iceberg. That guy is really cold. Sometimes, I feel he takes everyone around him as his enemy.

Then Dr Lee comes downstair towards us. Dr Lee is private doctor for Win's family. As far as I know, the doctor is really close with Teepakorn family.

"Doctor how about Win? Is he okay?" Uncle Tay ask.

"I think he lacks of sleep and maybe too much stress on work related? But don't worry. I have prescribe the sleeping pill for him. But I really hope he doesn't rely too much on this pill. It is not good for the long term" Dr Lee explains.

Sleeping pills? Is Win taking sleeping pills? Why? Is his condition is really worse to the point he needs sleeping pills?

I have so many question inside my head but I can't possibly ask it directly, can I?
