The Heir Of The Moon & The Fire Lords Queen

2. Announcement

The next day your father and mother had the whole northern water-tribe come to the palace in order to celebrate the recovery of their princesses, and to announce that you, are the heir of the moon. 

As your mother and father where getting ready the maids got you and Yue dressed in cute, ruffled, blue dresses with fur.  [or your favorite color]

"Look at my princesses" your father said as he walked in the room, his eyes gleamed with joy as he looked at you and Yue. Your mother followed in a few moment after your father, she looked at you and your sister with a soft, caring, motherly gaze. The maids bowed before your parents and then left the room, leaving you and your sister with your parents.

"Their so beautiful" your mother said, still holding that loving look on you and Yue.

"Yes they are my love" your father then kissed your mother hand making your mother let out a small giggle. 

"Do you think the people will accept (y/n) as the moons heir and a bender nonetheless?" 

Your father answered immediately, " I think...no..I know that the people will accept our daughter, she was chosen by the moon spirt her self, as was Yue" 

"Your right my love" 

Your father chuckled softly, "yes I know...(y/n) will be an extraordinary bender, just like her mother, as well as Yue...if she's a bender" your father then picked you up as your mother did the same for Yue. 

{ Time skip brought to you by walking around the big palace} 

As your parent's walk out to the balcony while holding you and Yue, the people erupted into joyful screams and excessive clapping for their beloved royal family. Your father started to speak as the people settled down.

"We are here today to celebrate the recovery of my daughters, princess (y/n) and princess Yue" 

The people started clapping and cheering, they feel so relieved that their princesses are safe and healed. Your father spoke once again as the people calmed, "Princess Yue" he said while holding Yue up enough for the people to see her [kinda like simba lmao] "has been touched and blessed by the moon spirt, which is why her hair has turned white....the moon spirt has saved my daughter life, and I, am forever great full to the moon" 

The crowd was shocked as they once again cheered. This time your mother spoke when the people lowered down, " Princess (y/n)" your mother said as she held you up like how your father did with Yue, "has also been blessed by the moon spirt but more directly....she has been chosen by the moon her self, to be the moon's heir" 

Various gasps came from the crowd, looks of disbelief and shock spread throughout the people, and mumbling can be heard. Your mother decided to continue and explain more, "As most of you know of the prophecy, the moon did chose a female. I know that it is not in our  tradition to have a female bender other than healers but, the moon chose my daughter for a reason. Me, the King, and Master Pakku, has decided to stand by this and train the princess how to waterbend. It is your choice if you will stand beside us and the moon, and accept our daughter." 

The people stayed silent for a brief second and then with out a doubt several people kneeled and with that everyone kneeled, facing their heads to look at the ground and then back at the King and Queen, showing their loyalty to stand by their rulers. 

Your mother let out a low sigh of relief, your father then put a a hand on your mother shoulder then started to speak, "Thank you, really, Thank you all for standing by us. We are forever great full to our people"  your father bowed his head sand your mother followed. 

"We will have an all day feast to celebrate the gifts given to us and to thank the moon sprit" your father announced. 

"We will be down shortly so for now, may the dancing being!" You mother said, then she and your father, as well as master Pakuu, went inside the palace. 

{Time skip brought to you by the people dancing}

Your father and mother were now down with the people and everyone was going to eat. 

"Thank you all for being supportive and trusting in us as your leaders, we will make sure to never fail you and do our best to make sure you are all happy. Now with that let the feast being" 

Everyone started to eat, talk, and enjoy one another's company as well as looking at your and your sister in your cute outfits. The women and men gushed over how cute and fragile you two looked. As everyone was enjoying the party it started to rain and as it did your mark started to glow, the rain then stopped and turned into ice shards in mid air. One of the shards floated just above you and Yue. You touched it and laughed, as you laughed that shard turned into a puff of snow, soon all the other shards started to turn into a puff of snow making it look like glitter falling from the sky. 

Everyone gawked in amazement, holding out their hands to touch the glitter like snow, and then faced their gazes to you who was still laughing at the falling snow. 

To think that a baby, who couldn't do much at all, could stop it from raining completely, froze the rain, and then turned it into snow. That just showed the people how powerful she will be and that she really is the heir of the Moon. 

After the party ended, the king and queen took their princesses home, placed them in their beds, and slept next to them. 

"Goodnight my Queen" your father said as he kissed your mothers forehead 

"Goodnight, my two little princesses... you will do great things for the world" he kissed you and your sisters foreheads and then let out a soft sigh 

" I love you three" 

And with that he finally went sleep wishing that he could stay with his family like this forever, but he knew that one day, he princesses, will have to grow up, and become Queen's.
