Chapter 22: New Friends

(*One and a Half weeks later*)

There are a week and a half left until the concert starts. The rehearsals have been good so far. Four suggested that they change the color of their outfits, so it can add a little 'pop' to it. Eight designed the poster, and it looked good! It looks like Marina taught her how to use adobe photoshop. Good thing we printed out many of the flyers yesterday. For me, it's been going well. The idols, agents, and Captain Cuttlefish were all shocked that I can dance. They also hired four musicians from four bands to perform in the concert. Those people are Noijī from Chirpy Chips, Kagi from Wet Floor, Ryū-Chang from Sashimori, and Ikkan from Diss-Pair and a former member of the Squid Squad. The idols invited Dedf1sh too.

It was 7:03 P.M., and we were all wrapping up on the stage we were going to perform, which is next to UA. I thought about inviting Four to the Class 1A dorms. "Hey, Four. You wanna visit our dorms today?" Four looked at me and replied with "Yeah, I would love to! Thanks for the offer, Three!" She jumped on me and hugged me very. "You know, I can take it back." I told Four. She got up, and begged me "Please don't, Three. I want to meet the rest of your classmates." "Make sure you come home before midnight. You still have school tomorrow." Marie explained to Four. "Yeah yeah, you're like a mom." Four said. We all packed up and said goodbye. The idols exited the school, and we made our way back to the dorms.

When we entered class 1A dorms, we saw everyone in the common area where the couches were. They were crowding each other. We were confused, so we stood there, and after a minute, Mineta noticed us. "Guys, Kuromiya and Eight are back!" Mineta alerted them. All our classmates started running towards us. "Yo, Kuromiya, where have you been?" Kirishima questioned me. Uraraka mentioned to Eight "We want to introduce you to someone!" Midoriya barged through the crowd and apprised us "Guys, we want you to meet a friend of ours." Our classmates left an empty row in the crowd, and we saw a girl with wavy blonde hair and glasses. She was wearing a white short-sleeved dress shirt with plaid cuffs. She was also wearing a large bow of the same design at her neck, and a dark raspberry pink waistcoat. Accompanying these are pale gray capri pants. Under which are a pair of plaid pink socks as well as a pair of heeled brown boots.

"Hi! I'm Melissa Shields! Nice to meet you!" The girl greeted us. "Hi. My name is Theo Kuromiya. You can call me Three." I introduced myself. "Oh, I saw you dancing with other people earlier today." Melissa mentioned. I thought to myself "Carp! She saw me dancing! What am I gonna do about that?" "You can dance, Three?" Todoroki interrogated me. "N-no! I can't!" "Then I must have seen someone else dance then." Melissa apprised. "I-I'm Eight." Eight introduced herself. "You look very cute in that outfit!" Melissa complimented her. "Oh, Thank you, Melissa." Eight thanked her. Everyone looked at Four, and I explained "This is Four. She's a third-year here, and she also came here at the same time as Eight." "I noticed that all your names are based on numbers, is that true?" Melissa asked us. "That is true, Melissa." I replied. "Whats you quirk anyway?" She questioned us. "Squid." Four, Eight, and I responded. "I'm going to shower first. Be right back, guys!" I notified them. I went to my room to get my clothes and towel and went to the bathroom shower. Melissa is a kind and curious person, and I kind of like her. AS A FRIEND.
