School is finally done, and I finished my homework with Midoriya, Uraraka, and Iida in the common area. Eri was there, too. She tried to understand our homework, so he can help out. Sadly, Eri got too confused because the math was too hard for her age. I was listening to ABXY music on loop, so I had to ask them to repeat what they said a few times. Iida explains it in a very complicated way, so Midoriya, Uraraka, and I got really confused. Midoriya and Uraraka were just normal people, trying to get the homework done without any complex explanations.
After we were done with our homework, we were playing truth or dare. Everyone is having fun. So far, the game lasted for 21 minutes, until this happened in the game. "Kuromiya, Truth, or Dare?" Midoriya asked me. I never said truth for the whole game, so I replied with "I'll pick truth for now." There was silence for a minute, then Midoriya questioned me "Why did you want to go here?" I was lightning struck when I heard that question. "If I tell them, they will question me more, so I have to tell them that I am an inkling. Sorry, Marie." I thought to myself.
"Kuromiya, are you okay?" Uraraka asked me. I took a deep breath, and informed them "If you want to know, there is a big reason behind it." "What is it then?" Iida interrogated me. "If I tell you, it has to stay as a secret between us, deal?" I asked them. Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, and Eri agreed, so I led them to the side of the class 1-A Heights Alliance. "WHat's the secret, Theo?" Eri questioned me. "How do I put this... Let's just say that there is another form of human in the world right now." I told them.
Midoriya recited "Another species of human? I only know that the only species of human is us." "What is this other species of human, Kuromiya?" Iida interrogated me. I explained to them "Those species are inklings, part human, and part squid. They have the ability to turn into squid and swim in their ink. Octolings are part human, part octopus, and the rest is pretty self-explanatory. You might be asking yourself how I know all of this, and the reason is that I am an inkling myself." Eri commented, "I can't believe you're an inkling, Theo." "That's crazy!" Uraraka mentioned. "If I transform into a squid and dive into my own ink, I can collect ink for my ink tank much faster than standing around, doing nothing, and it can also be used as stealth." I added.
"For 12 millenniums, inklings and octolings have been created. Some say that humans are just a mythical creature, while others think humans are extinct. Six and a half months ago, the existence of humans was proven, and there was a ton of evidence to prove that fact. I was sent here to see what humans do daily. So basically, the answer to Midoriya's question earlier is that I was forced to go here at U.A. I'm sorry if I wasted your time for this ignorant explanation." I continued and left in embarrassment.
Before I took my fourth step, I felt someone hold my arm. I turned around, and it was Eri, demanding me not to go yet. "Don't leave yet! We want to know more about inkling culture!" Iida beseeched me. "Yeah, we want to know more about the weapons you used at your quirk exam!" Uraraka implored. "Please, let us learn!" Midoriya and Eri begged. I thought about it for a while, and I replied with "Sure, why not? We can do it in your free time, and it is a lot to learn. You got to keep this a secret, got it?" They all agreed, and Midoriya advised me "I'm free today." "Same here!" Uraraka added. Iida continued with "Me too!" "May I join in also, Theo?" Eri asked me. I responded with "Yes, you may, and please call me Three when no one is around." "But isn't Three your hero name?" Midoriya interrogated. "Yes, Agent Three is my hero name, but is also my legal name too." I replied. "Let's start, shall we?" I questioned them. They all said yes, and we started our inkling culture class. I feel like I don't need to hide anything from Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida, and Eri again. Plus, someone needs to know about the inkling culture. It can't stay a secret forever.
