39: The Rumor

"Aww you're welcome sweetie I'm here if you ever need me" They both hugged pulled away but Linka couldn't help but notice her mom had a concerned look on her face which made Linka give a confused side-eye.

"Uhh is everything Okay mom?" she sounded a little nervous as her mother cupped her cheek and gave her a sad look. "Everything's fine sweetie I'm just sorry I wasn't there to get you through your first break up" she whispered Linka's eyes widened at the mention of the break-up her mother continued to cup her cheek and wipe away a stray tear that had slipped down her cheek.

"You must've been so scared and confused, Honey" Linka held her mom's hand and leaned into the hand that held her cheek as she let out a content sigh before looking at her mother. "Yeah mom I was scared and confused but I'm okay now I'm just wondering if I should give him a second chance or not ya know" she let out a frustrated sigh and her mother moved the tray of food out of the way so she could hug her.

"Do whatever your heart tells you sweetie if you want to give him a second chance and you're sure, Go right for it...But if things don't work out between you two that Mikey boy is pretty handsome both of you would make some adorable children" Rita chirped out happily Linka felt her face heat up and she pushed her mom away in an act of embarrassment shaking her head frantically.

"Mom please stop Mikey and I are just friends he doesn't see me that way," Linka said covering her face, Rita gave her daughter a face that said she wasn't really buying that so she decided to humor her daughter and sigh hopelessly. "If you say so but it was really hard to get you off his back, the poor boy barely made it home alive" Linka let out an embarrassed cry and her mother just laughed as she pulled her into a hug which Linka accepted.

"I love you, Linka" her mom sighed.

Monday rolled around and Linka was fresh out of the shower and was walking back to her room when she got in she locked her door so her brothers wouldn't bother her while she was getting dressed, she picked up her phone and began texting in a group chat that she, Clare, Mikey, and Javen had created on Saturday.

Linka: Nervous about today...What if I didn't make it

She didn't even have to wait before their responses came in.

Mikey: You have the lucky ribbon on your side

Javen: Linka stop you know you made the team, you got this in the bag! Now stop all that before I get Fluffalicous on you!

Linka hand flew over her mouth as she tried her best to hold her laughter Mikey and Javen were now engaged in a roasting session and she couldn't stop laughing at how they just kept sending roast after roast, she received a separate message from Clare and read it.

Linka texted her back and put her phone down as she got ready for school she threw on a pair of jeans and ace savvy hoodie and a pair of black Air Force 1s, she moved the orange ribbon from her hair to around her wrist she grabbed everything she needed before left her home and made her way to school. When she got in the school everyone was looking at her and whispering things as they watched her walk through the halls she tried her best to avoid the stares as she found Clare, Mikey, and Javen waiting for her at the gym doors they were faced away from the door and waiting for her they saw her and greeted her with hugs.

"You ready?" Clare asked Linka gave a nervous shake and looked at the roster on the doors she took a deep shaky breath and nodded her head as she walked up to the doors she looked at the white piece of paper that had a list of names for JV and Varsity squad she checked JV first and scanned down until she made it to the L's and her eyes grew wider as she reached back to grab onto one of her friends she looked at saw she had grabbed Clare and gave her a huge smile.

"I MADE THE JV SQUAD!!!"

The reaction from her friends was nothing but pure excitement as Javen and Mikey slapped their hands together that was followed by a chest bump meanwhile Clare and Linka were hugging and laughing as they watched the boys.

After their mini celebration that was in front of the gym, the four teens were making their way to the cafeteria for breakfast when they got in line Linka couldn't help but notice some girls staring at her and whispering something.

'I heard she was giving blow jobs in the stairwells before she lost it'

Mikey had long since thrown his tray down on the floor and now had the guy by his collar.

"Hey, dude what's you're problem, that is not how you talk to a lady" He growled the boy didn't seem scared as he only laughed making Mikey raise a brow. "And here's the lucky guy who tapped the Loud Princess' little pussy, It's a shame she let a black guy smash first but its fine one taste of this white meat, and she'll never go back"

Without any warning and in a blind fury of rage Mikey punched the guy in the face drawing the attention of the whole cafeteria Javen rushed quickly to grab Mikey to make sure he didn't get another hit on the guy Mikey cracked his knuckles and shook Javen off of him.

"You're lucky that was a soft hit Dr. Delacate touch hits way harder" Mikey spat the boy spit up blood as he spat out some blood and glared up at Mikey, Mikey bent down and on the boys level and grabbed him by the shirt. "If ya don't wanna met him take back what you said about my friend"

The boy looked up at Linka and back at Mikey and glared at him. "Ain't no way I'm apologizing to a hoe who begs for cock, you see what she's wearing shes just practically asking for it"

Mikey's eyes closed as he smiled at the boy before he opened his eyes with the smile still on his face and suddenly all color drained from the boy's face. "You shouldn't have said that" and with that Mikey punched the guy again and this time a full-blown fight broke out between the two half the students were chanting fight while only a small portion was trying to break up the fight in the midst of the commotion Clare and Javen grabbed Linka and rushed her out of the cafeteria

"Okay, what the hell is going on?!?" Clare asked breathing heavy

"Oh, you don't know?"
