Words Dust

Naked

Around my heart, I've built a thousand fences

And of barriers a thousand more

So that no one can ever break in

And that nobody could break my walls

Inside my shell  I isolated myself

So that I can for once feel safe

And then you came inside my shell

Yet you never broke my walls

You watched me strip from my safeguards

You saw the scars marked on my heart

You read my naked unsaid thoughts

And taught me to give my trust for once more
