"Oh, you're giving me the gem? Thanks!" Leiko smiled, nodding happily, "As I promised, I can train you guys. Just talk to me anywhere for normal skills, and privately for gifts."
"What gifts do you have anyways?" Chess asked the she cat, tilting his head.
"Ah, right. I have the teaching gift, and that's the one most of you would probably be interested in, but I also have some gifts used for petty crime, like stealth and stealing."
"Why do you have those gifts though?" Airin asked Leiko, narrowing his eyes, "What need do you have for them?"
"Wha? You know, I was just promised a gift. I didn't know what gift I'd get. Some of you probably have had a similar encounter, right?" Leiko sounded mildly insulted, though she kept her temper. Airin nodded, though his gaze stayed on her.
No one else said anything about it though, and the day continued as usual.
