EJ's POV

And last but not least... The Christmas cards for Y/N and David.

I walked up to their house and knocked the door. No answer. I knocked again. No answer. I looked in the window to see David, clearly drunk, hitting Y/N. Oh when Ricky finds out about this he will be furious. The cards can wait.

"Richard Bowen!" I stormed into his house.

"What?" A grumpy Ricky came over "And stop calling me that"

"I just saw David hit Y/N" I told him.

"What the-"

"LANGUAGE" I stopped him.

"Flip" he finished "I need to get her out of that relationship"

"I'll ask her to meet us here" I took out my phone.

"She's coming" I told Ricky.

"Ok" he nodded.

Y/N's POV

"Hi!" Ricky opened the door.

"Hey!" I hugged him and walked inside "What's up?"

"I saw what David did to you" EJ said.

"W-what did he do?" I asked.

"Stop playing dumb, Y/N. He hit you" Ricky sat down beside EJ.

I started crying and the boys jumped up to hug me "I'm sorry" I sobbed.

"Y/N, it's ok but you need to break up with him" Ricky told me.

"I- I can't" I shook my head "He is drunk and he doesn't mean it. I really love him and he really loves me. I can't break up with him"

"But-"

"No EJ!" I stopped him "No. Can you just mind your own business? Please?" I walked out the door and went home.

"Where were you?" David asked when I walked into the house.

"At Ricky's" I replied, getting some food.

"Why?"

"He wanted me to come over. Haven't been there in a while. Just a small catch up" I smiled.

He nodded, not believing me "Oh and Y/N? I love you"

"I love you too" I kissed him, smelling the strong alcohol in his breath.

Ricky's POV

Once Y/N left, EJ left too. I cannot let her be treated like that. I need to tell her to take care of herself in a way that she and I both understand. A song.
