It was the next morning, and while usually Hinata would be doing just fine and happy at that hour, he was the exact opposite. He was barely just walking behind Kageyama with his face flushed and eyes half open.

"Yo Hinata, what's wrong?" Sugawara chuckled heading over to Hinata as he picked up the small boys' bags.

"This guy didn't sleep, he said he was-" Kageyama raised the pitch of his voice clearing his throat "Too excited" Hinata glared at Kageyama reaching to Sugawara to get his bags back.

"It's fine Hina, go hop in the van. Daichi is already there setting everything up." Hinita half smiled towards his upperclassmen "Thank you suga~" his voice came out soft as he yawned walking away. It was like arrows went through Sugawara's chest. Kageyama looked at him a bit confused before responding with a blank voice "He does that to me too." he walked away immediately feeling a bit embarrassed.

When it came to Hinata everyone was head over heels for him, his spikes always made their hearts pound in anticipation, and the looks he gave when he was challenged were like adding wood to a fire. Hinata was the small orange-haired boy who gave energy to everyone. It just happened that the appreciation they felt for Hinata was most of the time love. They couldn't beat around the bush, they all knew that Hinata was the one they wanted.

The shrimp was oblivious though, I think. sometimes he knows what he's doing.

Kageyama, yams, and Tsuki were the first three the get in the van as they saw Hinata resting against Daichi, the captain looked toward the three sending a nervous grin. "He saw me writing some things down while sitting and decided to just sleep against me."

Tsuki and Yams couldn't help but blush, their thoughts synchronized- 'He would look so cute in my hoodie..'  they both turned around heading straight for their seats and sitting down facing the floor both still looking like a hot flustered mess.

The rest of the team eventually got situated on the bus and Sugawara nearly slit Noya and Tanaka's throats for nearly waking up the small boy. Sugawara couldn't help but smile sitting on the seat across Hinata and the captain.

And while normally Sugawara would never think of thinking about Hinata in lewd ways sometimes the occasional thought couldn't be helped. He pulled out his phone sending Daichi a couple of messages.

The vibration alerted Daichi as he pulled out his phone seeing it was from Sugawara, he glanced at him as he replied.

Daichi chuckled, looking down at Hinata's soft features. He had such rosy cheeks and plump lips. everything about him was lovely. It was all so fond.

Whilst Sugawara thought hard about sending his next few messages. He hoped for the best and with no bad intentions he sent them.

Daichi couldn't help but choke at the last few messages, his face went completely beet red. This was extremely unexpected from Sugawara; although it was understandable. Daichi threw a glance at Suga and his face was also flushed as he shifted uncomfortably.

It put Daichi in thought about the small tangerine. He knew everyone wanted to have a piece of him. Daichi and Sugawara pampered and praised their shoyou.. seeing him drool as he panted their names out. He quickly shook his head and moved a bit looking suddenly to his side as he felt the small boy stir awake.

"Daichi.. youhavewater.." his words were slurred as his small hands gripped the side of Daichi's shirt. The captain simply nodded reaching into his bag for the water pre-opening it.

"Here you got sweetheart." he handed the water to Hinata, and the nickname just slid over Hinata's head as he slowly woke up. It only took a few minutes until he was up and full of energy. He looked toward Sugawara who had a fond smile looking at him.

"Suga-san! How are we rooming?" Hinata asked excitedly.

"Eell you'll be rooming with Daichi and I until we get to the dormitory we'll stay at over the summer. Then you'll be rooming with Kageyama." the mention of Kageyama had him turn around.

"I'm not rooming with Hinata?" the question was almost bitter, he and the boy always roomed together, always sharing the same mat to sleep sometimes. So it was a surprise that he wasn't with Hinata this time, and admittedly he was jealous. He sighed leaning back on his seat.

"You'll be paired with Asahi and Ennoshita since rooms are in short supply." Daichi then piped in after Sugawara. "You and Hinata will have the same classes for the most part during the morning, and Tsukishima and Yamaguchi will have classes with him during the afternoon." the team nodded at that. Then the Hinata piped up again.

"How long until we get there?" Daichi looked at Ukai and the teacher. "About half an hour more!" they both responded.

The time it took to get there flew by quickly, and the Nekoma volleyball team was standing outside the dormitory with boxes in hand. The rooster-haired boy walked up to the captain handing him a box. "This is your uniform! If anything is wrong send me or Kenma a quick call and we'll get it sorted out. Also, the schedules should be in there for all of you." Kuroo nudged Kenmas shoulder.

Kenma then looked up from his phone at Shouyou and then Daichi. "Oh uh.. come by later to get a look at the school."

The team said their thanks to the Nekoma team and were about to disperse to settle in their dormitory, when the sweet unmistaken voice yelled out in so much excitement, stopping them in their tracks.

"Kenma!!!" Hinata came running towards the Nekoma team with a big toothy grin, he was beyond excited to spend so much time with the quiet Nekoma setter.

The team gave fond smiles to their freaky good teammate, although they were all beyond tired from the ride, they buzzed with happiness and excitement. This experience was going to help them! With the hopes of getting closer to one another, hopes of getting closer to a specific someone, and the hopes of become a stronger team.

This summer was going to be an interesting one!
