Ella's POV

Nandito kami ngayon sa kwarto ng babae na makakasama namin sa grupo.

Kinausap sila ni Mr.President kanina, asking them to prepare themselves for the meeting. May aasikasuhin lang daw si Mr.President kaya ibinilin niya na muna kami sa kanila and the girl insisted na dito nalang muna raw kami sa kwarto niya.

Ewan ko nga kung bakit may kwarto siya rito sa Cora Mansion. Ayaw niya bang umuwi sa bahay niya or something?

Hindi na rin ako nagtanong kung sino ang isa pa naming makakasama. As if naman I care. Wala akong pakialam kung sino man siya.

"Hi! What's your name?"-tanong bigla nung babae sabay upo katabi namin.

Tapos na pala siyang magbihis.

"I'm Nieves..."-pagpapakilala ni Nieves.

Tumingin lang ako sa kaniya dahil wala akong planong sagutin ang tanong niya.

"I'm Naomi. Sorry if I might be a little annoying. I'm just happy because the group is finally complete." Excited na excited pa rin siya kahit na hindi ako sumagot. She really seems so jolly.

"What's your ability, Naomi?"-Tanong ni Nieves sa kaniya.

Nasa kanya ang ispirito ng kadaldalan Nieves.

"I can control the air element. How about you?"-sagot niya na ikinamangha ko. Air... That's a strong element. One of the main elements of nature.

"Ice..."-Sagot ni Nieves sa tanong nito.

You see, the abilities of Corans are mostly connected with nature and seasons. Some have snow, some even have heat, some even  have the ability of changing the season for a short period of time just like Nieves because of her ice ability.

Tumingin naman si Naomi sa'kin na parang naghihintay ng sagot ko.  Is she also asking me what my ability is?

"I can control the water element and the earth element."-Sagot ko nalang.

There are also Corans like us. Those who control the main elements of nature. I knew some people from the town na may kakayahang lumipad, can transform into a bird or any animals and talk to them.

These elements does not depend on what our parents have, the ability that suits us the best is mostly given by the gods. If our parents have the ability to breath underwater, does not guarantee that we will also possess that ability. Instead it can be too far from that like breathing fire or something.

"Two abilities? That's very rare."-sabi niya as she smiled sweetly at me.

There are those like me na dalawang ability ang binigay but it's only on rare cases.  Very rare actually, especially that I control two of the main elements of nature.

"Bakit ka nga ba may kwarto rito sa Cora Mansion?"-Tanong ni Nieves kay Naomi. Napakunot agad ang nuo ni Naomi when Nieves asked that.

"Hindi ba nasabi sa inyo ni Mr.President?"-tanong niya agad. The what? There's something he didn't tell us?

"Ang alin?"-tanong rin agad ni Nieves sa kaniya.

"It is required for us to live here for our training and security."-sagot nito that made me feel worried a bit.

Kung ganun ay iiwan namin sila Tita Carla at Tito Hans? Pati na rin iyong bata?

Kung dito na talaga kami titira, sana naman ay mabigyan kami ng pagkakataon na makausap ang mga magulang ni Nieves. Gusto ko ring makita iyong bata. Para naman magkaroon ako ng lakas ng loob na ipagpatuloy ito.
