What he saw was Anahita shrugging her shoulders and grabs the tip of her flowing grey dress still damp from Anahita's wet hair dripping river water on it. While lifting the skirt of her dress upward over her head Pennywise realizes that she literally wasn't wearing anything underneath no underwear in sight at all. He couldn't look away from her as he was paralyzed from shock and recognized her small perky breasts.
No way is that the same exact girl I found at the barrens and the same creature I encountered twice? But how can that be? Her body looks completely human right now!
A cold liquid dripping out of his mouth snapped him out of rattling his thoughts and quickly slurp the drool back in his mouth before she notices. Looking back at her naked body again which makes Pennywise's mouth start to water from the sight of her beautiful soft warm flesh filled with her thirst quenching blood and juicy organs laying underneath the delicious meat he's dying to eat. Pennywise feels slightly aroused by the way her breasts looked and slightly bounced from her movements. Quickly dismissing the lustful thoughts he craved so much to notice Anahita's body was covered by her towel and was walking towards him with a smile on her face. "I'll be back my darling thumper! I just gotta take a bath to wash the river water off me"
river water?...that explains why she smells like fish and why her hair is soaking wet. She must've been swimming in the river, must've been a cold swim since it is almost fall.
Pennywise thought to himself still trying to figure out if this was actually the same girl/creature he's encountered multiple times. Anahita turns around gleefully causing her towel to slip giving Pennywise a front row seat of the full moon flashing in front of him. Unable to take his gaze away from the view arousal was creeping back in into his senses again.

This feeling again?!?! Ugh what's wrong with me!? I'm supposed to be the eater of worlds a monster with no human emotions yet why does this feeling feel strangely good and thrilling?
Pennywise pondered until he noticed Anahita started moving forward again after failing to keep her towel wrapped around her body and gave up thinking
Oh well I live alone anyway plus animals don't care about human morels so I guess it's fine
She flips the towel off her body and puts it on her left shoulder totally oblivious of Pennywise's reaction to her carelessness of exposing her completely vulnerable naked body to a very ancient creature from another dimension who's been eating humans for lord only knows how long. Flicking her long rusty iron hair back she begins to walk with a prep in her step causing her booty cheeks to jiggle which doesn't help the fact that she walks on her toes all the time like she's wearing invisible high heels. While Pennywise was starring at Anahita's butt he noticed her walking on her toes thinking how odd it actually is seeing as most humans walk flatfoot not on their toes like a animal does. She disappears in the bathroom only leaving the door cracked open to let the steam vent out since Anahita likes warm baths and imagines herself swimming in the tropical waters of the oceans. Pennywise shape shifts back into his clown form so he can look around Anahita's room to see if there's any necessary information on her. Completely surrounded by ocean theme stuff Pennywise was intrigued by all the foreign pictures of marine animals including a poster of many deep sea creatures. Drawn by the strange alien looking creatures pictured on the poster he wonders why they look like something that he is likely to shape shift into to scare kids. To his surprise it looks like spiders have been ruled out of the fear list now seeing a drawing of a spider with to large black eyes along with five smaller eyes round it's head some writing is on it to
