Waking up to the sound of the blaring alarm, Natalia groaned and hit the alarm causing it to quieten. Her alarm was her worst enemy every morning; She stood up and went to have her bath and dress up for work.
"Blaire wake up or do you need my help in waking you up by pouring water on your head?" Ashton her elder brother shouted at her from the bottom of the stairs
"I'm up, isn't it too early for you to be shouting? Why do you like to step on my toes in the morning? Don't you have a job or something else to do?" she shouted in anger
"You're getting late for work, and your breakfast is getting cold" Ashton shouted again causing her to groan inwardly
"You guys should stop bickering like kids, it's too early for that" their mother shouted at them
"Mum! Ashton is stealing my waffles" Blaire heard her sister shout from the kitchen
"For goodness sake Ashton get out of that kitchen and go get ready for work or have you been suspended again?" their mum asked and Blaire giggled to herself
"Mum! What do you take me for? I'm not that bad; I got suspended only once and since then I've not been suspended. Even the suspension was a misunderstanding." Ashton whined and Caitlin giggled
"I'm out ahh, I'm going to prepare for work." he said throwing his hands in the air. As she descended the stairs, she met Ashton moving up the stairs and he ruffled her just combed hair which took her time in combing and she hit him in the stomach.
"You know it takes time to tame this hair and you always end up ruining it." she complained while he laughed at her making her angrier
"You also know what you do to me sometimes." he said smirking
She huffed and replied "Whatever, go and prepare for work or you'll get suspended again." he tickled her and ran up the stairs
When she descended the stairs her mum said jokingly "Welcome ma'am"
"Mum! Don't pull my legs this morning, I'm getting late for work and your beloved son has done enough" she mumbled
She replied saying "Am I the one that told you not to wake up on time? You better caution yourself or else I'm gonna get pissed." Blaire mumbled a sorry, had her breakfast and hurried to go to work.
"Mum I'm off to work now." she announced to her mum
"Bye love take care and don't come home with injuries please" her mum begged
"What do you expect mum? Don't you know the type of job I'm doing I'll take extra care but I can't promise anything bye. Bye Caitlin, don't go late to school." she shouted and ran out of the house and went to board a bus
At a strange place
"Do not forget your job Scorpion we have to use Nathan Smith's name to perform the deal" A voice was heard saying
"Smart hack the system on time, they are suspecting so we have to pull back for a little while" The same voice said
"I'm almost done sir, I just need a little air" the so called Smart said, scorpion stood there wondering what he said meant all of a sudden a slap met his face and he stumbled back looking dumbfounded
"Idiot he meant you should move back I wonder why you are still with us; you made a mistake that almost got us caught and you are also not fast enough"
"Oh I did not know" then he stepped back properly
"Shut up your mouth, you talk too much; I'm trying to concentrate here" Smart said
Few minutes later in that same place "I'm done sir, I've transferred the cash and I used that rich idiot's name to cover up" Smart said
"You are just the perfect person, you are a keeper, the rest of you clean up this place while smart and I go to the bar for a little celebration" the boss said and they moved out.
Blair's workplace
On getting to work she saw her best friend coming towards the door probably to meet her.
"Hey babe, how are you?" Cassie her best friend said smiling like a cat that stole some milk and she laughed at her thought. Cassie looked at her suspiciously and she shrugged annoying her the more. She stormed off without looking back.
She smiled at my silly idea

She was singing when she was suddenly cut off by her hug and Cassie said "Don't think you'll always get away with it; and I'm wondering why you are in love with me" she asked smiling lopsidedly.
Suddenly a voice was heard over the speaker "Ms Blaire, your attention is needed in the director's office" she smiled sheepishly at Cassie and jogged off
When she got to the director's office he shouted "Is this some play ground, don't you know you are here for serious business? It's not too late to resign"
"I'm sorry sir it won't repeat itself" she said feeling very remorse then he dismissed me.
She met a very remorse looking Cassie in the hall outside the director's office "I'm sorry you had to go through that I should have minded my work" Cassie said and she stopped her
"It's not your fault that I was queried, don't start with I'm just a receptionist or I'm going to get really pissed. I'm your best friend and you're mine that is all that matters" she said sadly, hugged her briefly and left
for the training grounds.
When she got to the training ground she started training. The name of their trainer is Sir Harrison, he is a very talented man he is a retired soldier and he is very strict. A lot of her colleagues don't like him because he shouts at them but she doesn't get shouted at because she did all she was asked to do without complaining
"Blaire, what's going on in your little head? I've been calling your name but you seem to be in your own little world" Sir Harrison said.
"I'm sorry sir, I'm just hoping I get summoned for training pretty soon and I was also thinking of how good you are too" she smiled and Sir Harry laughed at what she said and assured her that she will get summoned soon.
"Okay sir" she said and was dismissed by Sir Harry.
When she was done with the training she went off to the women's lounge had a shower and went to meet Cassie at her post. When Cassie saw her, she smiled showing her 32 dentines.
"Okay so why are you smiling like a cat?" Blaire asked
"Why are you so petty? I was smiling at you." she answered with a fake scowl making Blaire laugh at her.
"I can't wait for you to have kids to keep you away from mischief" Blair said making Cassie gasp
"You did not tell me you were planning an early grave for me; I will just drop them off in your house and pick them on Sundays and drop them off again on Monday" Cassie said smiling proudly
'Lazy female specie' Blaire mumbled
"I'm going for lunch, are you not hungry?" Blaire asked
"I have some things to complete before I eat, someone important is coming over today and this place can't be empty."
"Okay, I'm off."
