George yelled in frustration and agony as he punched the dummy yet again

"You're supposed to be fighting the thing, not lashing out on it."

He punched it one last time and watched as a piece of plastic chipped off the dummy

"Why are you wasting energy attacking, instead of practicing?"

He exhaled shakily as he gripped at his hair

It was 2:17 AM training had started only 3 hours ago, lately, the training had been getting more intense, and he was learning things people 4 years older than him were

Adding onto the fact that he couldn't let go of that night as more weight piled on top of him

"4 weeks ago, I let you go to a party. Ever since then you've been all over the place, what happened?"

He inhaled, that's the thing. He wanted so desperately to talk to someone, but he was drunk he didn't remember what happened other than the fact that he felt violated

And that bothered him

Certain parts of his body burned as if someone had touched him after putting their hands in wax

But he didn't remember anyone touching him

But people continuously told him otherwise, which bothered him knowing that he was violated yet he couldn't remember shit

He sighed as he fell to the ground

The training and studying, the confusion along with many other things going wrong just didn't help his situation

"Nothing is wrong."

It was a lie, he was lying to one of the best FBI agents in the world

A director at Quanticos office

She sighed and shifted weight to her right leg as she crossed her arms, her brown hair in a tight bun

"Alright, forget the dummy,  you're fighting me right now."

He looked up at her, "What? I'm not gonna do that!"

"Why because I'm a woman? I fight men all the time."

"No not because of that."

He stood and stared into her brown eyes

"You won't fight me? Why?"

"Because I don't want to fight you-"

"No you just don't want to fight, you want to strike and take your anger out on something that can't feel the pain."

His eyes widened as he stared at his fists, his hands that now had little cuts and bruises from how hard he'd hit the dummy

He looked back at her

"If you really were practicing you would tell me 3 mistakes you made whilst attacking."

He bit his lip, he wasn't practicing, he was venting

He was trying to get all this emotion out of him so he could just sleep and focus on other studies

"I-.. my footing.. and i.."

He silently stared at the blue mat in the campus weight room

She sighed

"You were unfocused, your movements were completely untimed and sloppy. Second, you weren't defending your vital points, all it would take is one strike, right here.."

She hovered her hands on a spot that lead from his shoulder to his neck and ear

"Just right there, and I would have you paralyzed and knocked out on the floor."
