A young girl with a beam
And a swirl asked me a thing.
"What moves the water?
What blows the trees?
What keeps the air together?
And how do all these things connect?"
I sucked in a breath and exhaled, then proudly said,
"It's just nature. Beautiful nature."
And she smiled and closed her eyes.
