R& B's New Bad Boy

**** READ BEFORE YOU PROCEED PLEASE SO YOU WONT BE CONFUSED!!!!!!

Please Leap of Faith fans don't hate me. I had to unpublish the book for a minute I had been having extreme writer's block with that story. But I am going to actually plan it out so I can complete it and give you guys what you want. In the mean time, this idea came to me today.

Especially after seeing all these videos with Aug. Specifically the one with the chair. I wish people knew he really wasn't a bad person, but people test him a lot, thinking he's soft because he sings and so forth.

And any person who feels disrespected is going to react. As you see, he did not hit first.

Anyway, enjoy this excerpt of my new story called "The Publicist." It's about Aug's manager hiring a publicist to help him clean up his image after this fight.

R& B's New Bad Boy

Jazmine P.O.V. -

"Where did you say it was again DJ?" I asked scrolling through my computer trying to find this video of a new client.

"TMZ. Did you find it?"DJ, my assistant who happens to be my best friend came into my office to help me look. His desk was seated right on the outskirts of my office.

"I don't see it." I squinted around looking at the TMZ website trying to find it.

"Move." He moved me out the way and scrolled down.

"Girl it's right here in front of your face." He put the cursor over the video.

"My bad. I don't see how I missed that." I chuckled.

He clicked the video.

He stood behind me with his arms folded, as I sat in my office chair watching a fight that R & B singer August Alsina was involved in yesterday at a stop the violence Mike Brown Tribute concert.

"Oh my God." I said tiredly as I held my forehead and repeatedly shook my head.

"And on Martin Luther King Jr. Day we have to see this nonsense. Messy. So fucking messy. But I'm sipping all this tea girl." DJ bent down get a closer look.

"Is that Fabulous ass just watching? See that's why I like Fab. He always so cool. When Ray-J going on and on about his booty-goons, Fab just played it chill. That's why people fucks with Fab. This negro on the other hand, he stay acting light-skinned."

"They say it's another video." I scrolled further down to a link on TMZ that led to another video. We watched it. It was of August getting a chair and about to hit somebody, but his crew stopping him.

"He is such a hood rat. All he needs is the bad weave." DJ smacked his lips and sat in the seat across from me.

I closed my computer after the video was completed.

"I don't think you should take him as a client. Not even Jesus could fix his image." DJ crossed his legs men's style.

"His manager called me this morning practically begging me."

"I don't see why. There are plenty of artist he could manage, with much more talent. His voice is mediocre all that gotdamn whining he does. On top of that, that voice shaking he does. Uhhhhhhhh." DJ tried to mimic August's voice.
