"Three rounds please." Bakugo said with a smirk as he gently set some money on the counter. He really only needed two to hit 50 points, but he knew there was no way he was going to be able to hit all the yellow ones perfectly.
"Here you are." The worked replied as he set 15 darts on the table. Midoriya ripped his eyes from the ground to watch the blonde play. Bakugo took a deep breath before throwing the first dart. He let off a smirk as it popped a yellow one.
Is there anything Kaachan isn't good at? He's good in school, he's good with music, he's good at art, he's good with carnival games, he's good at kissing.. Midoriya stopped himself abruptly when he said the last thing in his head. He couldn't keep thinking of things like that, it was only going to hurt him more in the long run. Still, he couldn't help his wandering eyes as they landed on the blondes soft pink lips. It had been quite a while since they had kissed and Midoriya was really missing it at the moment. He hadn't realized how close they had gotten in a short few weeks.
"Which one did you want?" Bakugo questioned with a satisfied smirk. Midoriya had stopped paying attention to the game, so he didn't know it had already ended.
"The bunny with the headphones." Midoriya replied quietly as he looked to the ground again.
"Green or yellow?" Bakugo questioned when he located the prize Midoriya was talking about.
"Green." Midoriya replied with a soft smile. The worker quickly handed him the well deserved prize. Bakugo quickly thanked him before handing it to Midoriya.
"Do you want to leave?" The blonde asked gently, hoping it wouldn't upset Midoriya.
"No." He shook his head. "Can we maybe go somewhere that isn't so crowded though?" He questioned.
"Yeah, let's go." Bakugo replied as he began walking away from the game with Midoriya by his side. The game and shopping area were always the most crowded at this time. Everyone most likely at dinner an hour or so ago, so the food stalls shouldn't be terrible.
"What do you want to eat?" Bakugo questioned as they escaped the busy crowd into food section. Midoriya instantly felt better when he saw the crowd had at least been cut in half.
"Fries sound good!" Midoriya said with a wide smile. Bakugo couldn't help but let out a small laugh at his 180 attitude change.
"Let's get some fries then." The blonde said simply as they walked to the vendor with the shortest line.
"Thank you for winning me this by the way. I really love it Kaachan." Midoriya said with a smile as he hugged the little bunny close to him.
"Whatever nerd." Bakugo replied with a small blush. Midoriya had to stop being so cute all the damn time. The blonde didn't know how much more his heart could take. After a little debate, Midoriya ended up paying for their food since the blonde had ended up paying for the game. They made their way to the back of the seating area where it was pretty empty.
"So I was thinking maybe we could get a hotel and stay here for the night?" Bakugo questioned as they sat down across from each other at an empty table. "We're pretty far from home and it's getting dark. Plus, they're shooting off fireworks tonight." He added as he took a bite of his fry.
"I'm okay with that, we just didn't bring anything to sleep in." Midoriya said as he began unzipping the bag to pull out his music book.
"We can just stop and buy shorts somewhere. I'll just sleep in my T-shirt. There should still be enough room in that bag." The blonde said as he pulled the bag towards him to dig out his phone.
"Sounds like a plan!" Midoriya said with a wide smile as he began working on his music. It may be summer break, but it was the most important one by far. Bakugo couldn't help but smile as he watched his crush focus on his music, taping the rhythm against the table with his fingertips as his new plushie sat in his lap. He would stop tapping every few seconds to grab a fry before returning to his previous pattern. The blonde smiled to himself as he unlocked his phone. The first thing he noticed was the four missed calls from Kirishima and the thirty unread texts from several people.
